Omzen were fantastic! We booked them to install our new solar system and about a week before the install we needed some extra electrical work done around the house so I called Justin who organised to send down another electrician at the same time to get everything done at once. The solar install went smoothly with a really neat finish. The quality of the panels and inverter that Omzen offer are top notch. The system was installed and commissioned in a day by Nathan and the team with the inspector signing off the system 2 days later. It was all coordinated seamlessly Keira who patiently walked us through the process to get all the right paperwork and other stuff sorted for connection. The electrical work around the house was also completed to a very high standard by Alex. I couldnt recommend Omzen any more highly for electrical works and solar installs.

He was also realistic about what we needed, and didn't try to up-sell products we didn't necessarily need. Installation was booked in literally on the day the VicSolar rebate came through. Nathan and his crew did a such great job with the panel and inverter installation that the independent inspector remarked how easy it was to inspect. A few roof tiles were cracked in the process but the guys came back to fix it up within a week. Good idea to have spare roof tiles easily available and not hide them away like I did.

This morning I had the pleasure of using Omzen Elerctric for some professional gaming installation works, rewiring of data cables and upgrades to my electrical system. I have to say they are the most friendliest/professional bunch of electricians I've used in a longtime. OMZEN recently installed a Enphase solar system on our roof and it was a fantastic experience. They recommended the ideal system for our home being south facing, it wasn’t an easy job either because we’re built boundary to boundary but it was no trouble for their team. They got it done with no fuss, they turned up ontime, and didn’t leave any mess. It was also really assuring knowing that they are a solar retailer and installer so the person we spoke to about which system to use were also the team who did the job. I recently had a bad experience with a sales consultant from another solar company so it been hard finding a company that wasn't trying to make a sale and be pushy with their sneaky sales techniques. After all that had happened a friend referred me to this company and when I got into contact this company, the whole experience was far beyond what I expected. They spent the time to discuss the product in detail and my options when it came to payment. It was just easy and with no pressure this just made me feel as though I could trust that the job will be done well. I will be recommending this company to all of my friends and family.

I can’t recommend Omzen enough. Justin is professional and offered me options of the installation plans. His team is capable with attentions to details. Originally we thought we have to drill a few holes in the ceilings of living room and dinning room. But at the end, his team is able to find an alternative to put the wires through existing LEDs holes, which is less destructive to the house ceiling, although this option took them longer time. If you are looking for a customer-oriented team with professionalism, it’s Omzen. Shout out to the team of Chee, Nathan, and more (sorry that I didn’t recall all their games).

We had our roof leaking after solar panel installation by GStore/Procam. After a year of back and forth and engaging multiple dodgy and fake tradies, we finally contacted Omzen. Justin was really efficient and responsible. G did a very thorough job finding and fixing all the leaks and insulation. Ben the painter also thoroughly fixed and restored all the damaged ceiling and architrave. They were all very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. All done very quickly since first contact. We couldn't be happier. (The repair cost was covered by Procam's insurance)
