Dr. Nack has been my dentist for over 13 years and has performed MULTIPLE dental procedures on me over the years. I recently had a crown replaced that failed after 17 years. Dr. Nack spotted the decay during a routine dental exam in its early stages. That ensured that replacing it was a much easier procedure than would have been the case if it was left undetected. One of On Pointe's greatest strengths is its competent and congenial support staff. I had the pleasure of meeting a new hire, Dental Asst, Jossarah, during the crown procedure. She immediately made me feel comfortable and even offered me a blanket to keep me warm. She demonstrated skill and confidence in assisting Dr. Nack with the precise instruments he needed to perform the procedure flawlessly. She often asked if I was OK and had a gentle touch when getting the required X-Rays after the procedure was completed. Jossarah was a pleasure to have by my side and is a genuine asset to this great dental practice. I look forward to having Jossarah assist Dr. Nack during future appointments. Being able to afford a dental visit and the work that comes with it has been extremely difficult to figure out. I need a lot of work done and can only afford so much. Because of that, I could not afford to continue with work on the crown I needed (I had a temp tooth in, the root was all that was left underneath). After discussing finances with Andrew, he not only set up an arrangement for me, he also recommended an additional resource that I could call, to get help with paying for the work I need. Andrew has been a godsend. I would not have been able to afford to continue with the work I needed if he didn't go WAY above and beyond to make this possible. He is changing lives for the better because of his passion for helping. Thank you SO MUCH! For someone who fears going to the dentist, this place is wonderful. My assistant Arleth was the absolute sweetest human and was very careful about my sensitive gag reflex. Lora my hygenist was the most gentle I've ever experienced in my life and Dr. Manika was more about saving my tooth than trying to sell me on a money maker plan. The finance lady was great with finding an affordable payment plan that I can afford since my insurance sucks. I will be going back for all my dentistry needs and will be going regularly instead of waiting 15 years between visits due to my fears, and that speaks volumes. The office and rooms are very clean and inviting, too. All around absolute positive experience.

LIFESAVERS and such a nice team and clean and comfortable office! Just this past Wed. evening I broke a front tooth, it pretty much shattered, I left a voicemail for OPD that night and by 8am Thursday morning, Dr. Nack and his incredible team were hard at work fixing my smile :) We opted to do a 4 crown bridge given the surrounding teeth were in need of work too. I was there for 4 hours, I never had any pain throughout the treatment. My teeth look incredible today and this is just the temp, which Dr. Nack meticulously sculpted! I highly recommend On Pointe Dentistry and Dr. Nack, everyone is so friendly, the atmosphere is lighthearted and like me, they love to laugh!

Cannot thank the team at On Pointe Dentistry enough! It’s hard to remember that you actually have to get dental work done here, when the environment and service are exceptional on their own. I found them in google maps, with great reviews, in my neighborhood. They took me in for an emergency appointment very quickly I called sunday night, last night. Their scheduling service and insurance check was prompt and friendly. I went for initial appointment today. They are very professional and have the latest technology. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They explained my situation clearly, gave me a treatment plan, including estimated costs, and I am now scheduled for 2 treatments. Today was my 6th month check-up/cleaning appointment with Dr. Thomas Nack. Dr. Nack is so professional along with his entire staff, but at the same time, he knows how to put you at ease. If you are afraid of dentists in general, do not fear as there is never any pain with any procedure that I have had. Leslie was my hygienist today. She was extremely friendly and did a great job on my cleaning and explaining everything. The office is immaculate and modern...they have all the latest technology available. I have total confidence in Dr. Nack and his staff.

Office staff is not competent. Someone inside there office changed my email address to a nonexistent one. They never sent out a text or a email. Instead they sent my account to collections for a internal clerical error. Then Janet tried to make it my fault that I gave her the incorrect information. But I have several emails from them to that existing email. I told her that I have not received a text or email. No apology, just excuses as to why it wasn't their fault. Too bad the office staff is ruining a really nice dentistry.

I love Dr. Nack and his team. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The hygienists are very professional. They always introduce themselves and explain what they’re going to do. I can often get an appointment that fits into my schedule. Dr. Back is a kick. Always upbeat but very competent and professional. He always outlines my options for treatment and listens to my concerns and needs. I trust Dr. Nack with my dental health and would gladly recommend his practice to my friends and family. By far the best experience I’ve had with a dentist. I just finished my third visit and they are consistent with getting me out in a timely manner, and the staff is super warm, comforting, and professional. Although it’s hard to pick a favorite staff member, Parker and Janet are top tier. Parker is great at checking in to see if I’m comfortable as the dentist is doing his thing. I appreciate Janet for making it easy to discuss the hardest part of any medical visit—the payment. I highly recommend this office.

I would recommend On Pointe and here's why: I took my kids to get their teeth cleaned and met Dr. Nack for the first time. He was great with the kids and I noticed he is more thorough that any dentist I've seen before. He is very knowledgeable and can handle my kids braces in-house. That's one less place for me to visit . After the appointment I worked with a cheerful lady named Janet. She did a great job explaining the treatment plans and insurance questions I had. Again, I would recommend this place.

OnPointe Dental is a great office. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. My friend referred me to them as she has been a patient of their practice for ~ 30 years now. My mother in law had to get into a dentist ASAP as she had a broken tooth. They were able to get her in to see Dr Nack very quickly and developed a treatment plan for her teeth. A huge shoutout to Janet who helped with getting the financial assistance I needed to help my mother in law get her new dentures.

On point dentistry is wonderful! After 30 years of dental care elsewhere, I’ve decided to change to Dr Nack‘s practice on the recommendation of a friend and I am glad I did. Today was my first time here at on pointe and they were on POINT no dentist has treated me with the amount of attention and patience as their team. Some people may say they try to add on extras to charge you more money but that is not the case at all! They take a very thorough examination of your teeth/gums/mouth tissues and make recommendations of treatments that will suit your situation specifically and only act with consent. I absolutely will be back again.

Dr. Kode, Parker, and everyone else here were really great. I had a pretty large filling from years ago get redone after I had it crack and fall out, when we were done, my bite just didn't feel right. They kept sanding it down even after they had closed and made sure I was comfortable with how my bite felt. My last dentist gave me major attitude about it and made me feel like an inconvenience, but Dr. Kode was very understanding. Thank you!

Leslie and Janet made my first visit so comfortable! I’m not a big fan of the dentist, but Leslie took the time to go over everything about my teeth and answered all my questions. I called yesterday to try and get an appointment as I had a dental emergency. They got me in the next day. Dr. Nack was kind, efficient, knowledgeable and helped solve my problem. He was great. I think that customer service is a lost art these days. But On Pointe Dentistry has it down pat. Dr.Naack & Sam were great. Came in for a consultation, they saw I was in pain because of my wisdom teeth. Dr.Naack was kind and was able to get them pulled. He even called to follow up. Same was great with communication in all she was doing. The fronts desk girls were also great and overall it was a pleasant experience. I for a second forgot I was at a Dentist office just because of how welcoming it was.

First visit was today, great experience so far. I was well prepared in advance for the amount of time a new patient visit would be, all of the technology is advanced, and they take care of their new patients as if they were existing patients.
