Amazing and very knowledgeable employees. It’s been a long time finding a shoe store with employees who understand running. I am in the military and I have knee and feet issues and was recommended this store and shoes by a fellow Soldier. Not only have these shoes made a huge impact but the young lady that works there knowledge and understanding helped me find the shoes that needed for running and every day use. I will never buy another shoe for running and for every day use. I will alway shop at this store. Thank you for taking the time and caring to spend the time with me. It feels great to be running and hiking again.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes and paid for expedited shipping. Only 2 pairs arrived and the 3rd pair is still missing after a week. No one can tell me when I’ll get it or a give me a straight answer. The lady at the Portland store was super unhelpful over the phone and hung up on me when I asked about a refund for my shipping cost on the item I never got. I am done buying this brand since they don’t care about customer service.

I went on yesterday on their short hours. Kara(sp?) helped me out. I told them I wasn’t sure what I wanted and they brought out every style in my size and gave me the time to try them on. My partner was with me and wanted to try them on and found out they weren’t for them. Kara offered other brand shoes instead of On which was excellent customer service. I would definitely return to this incredibly friendly store.

Got charged $230 for boots I didn’t get to try on and left empty handed. They said to come back whenever the charge lifts to try again. I live in Vancouver I’m not going to make a one hour round trip to try your shoes. I’m not coming back. Unless of course the amount isn’t refunded and I did in fact get charged. Lame experience. The only store in the US and they don’t know how to do a proper transaction.

Went there this past Thursday (6/3/21) after family members had a great experience. I live away from Portland for work (California) so was great to finally visit. My mom and I had a smooth and enjoyable experience - shout-out to employees Katie and Gunnar who were both very helpful and awesome. Loving my purchase (Cloud X in black) so far. Looking forward to being repeat customers!

I love the product and the sales staff is super. However when I went to the store during its published hours it wasn’t open. Super frustrating. I’ll still buy the shoes but not from this location which is unfortunate as I really would have liked the knowledgeable help.

The lady operating this store was extremely help and polite! Very knowledgeable about the product. Store was clean and had a fantastic selection. Absolutely love their shoes. Will never go back to Nike, adidas or any other of those major brands!

Didn’t have the colors I was interested in, but the staff was great at explaining the different styles and helping find the right size for me. Will be ordering online from them with confidence when I get a chance!

I turned on to "ON shoes" by a friend about a month ago and now I own 3 pairs. I have switched to this brand and I do not see myself wearing anything else. P.S. There is an ON store in Portland Oregon! Lucky me!

The sales person was very helpful and took her time going over the product line while discussing my running goals. I bought a pair of the Cloudventure shoes and plan to buy others in the future.

Very mellow and helpful staff. Truly stylish and comfortable shoes. I didn't know what to expect, but my feet were impressed. Highly recommended.

Do not buy from this store. I shipped/returned On Cloud shoes back to them and they will not refund me or return my shoes.
