I had an appointment today with this saloon for brow treatment(booked via treatwell), which i had to cancel 1,5 hours before since i had health problems and symptoms which don't allow me to leave home. Farnoosh reached me out demanding to send her payment back due to my cancellation, There might be different opinions on this and i totally understand that if a client doesn't show up, the beautician couldn't find replacement and monezite the working hour, that's why I transferred her the payment. But guys, there should be some common sense not to charge people who experience health symptoms and don't want to risk other people health. Also, nothing indicated that there is any charge for cancellation. She didn't send me any policy, just demanded the refund which is completely awful and irresponsible. Anyway, hope that tells you something about this place, someone before you might have covid symptoms and still get there just to avoid fines. Not gonna book this again or recommend to my friends.

This was my first lash lift treatment, and I’m loving the results! Farnoosh really transformed my short stiff lashes into a charming, flirty, but still natural look. I was a bit scared going into the treatment because I have sensitive eyes, but it was fine. I will definitely come back for another treatment!
