WORST TPA TEAM I have ever seen....... Hospital staff and doctors are good, but their TPA team will make you go round and round. I admitted my mother last month and she has Star Health Mediclaim. Before admitting they said they have tie up with Star health and then only I have admitted my mother in this hospital. Once she got admitted their TPA team started making excuses and said that there are some issues going on with Star Health and now they are unable to register my mother mediclaim with them. As my mother was already admitted I have to pay cash for the whole treatment. Then my wife kept following up with the Star Health customer care about this admission. We have to keep visiting the Orbit hospital team again and again to collect the bills. Because they never keep your bill ready and keep you waiting for almost 2 to 3 hours. Till date, I have not received my money back from Star Health and they have asked us to submit more documents. Today I called the TPA team of Orbit hospital and asked for the pending documents, they asked me to visit by 2pm to collect the documents. I visited the hospital at 2:40pm and my documents are still not ready and they are asking me to wait for a long time or to visit again. Seeing these issues with the Orbit hospital team, I will never admit any of my knowing people to this hospital again and strongly not recommend this hospital to anyone.

I WAS ADMITTED IN HOSPITAL AND THEY DONT EVEN ARRANGMENET TO MEET DOCTOR PERSONALLY. BEFORE OPERATION AND AFTER OPERATION I DONT EVEN KNOW MY DOCTORS NAME WHO DID MY OPERATION. WHEN I ASK THEY SIMPLY SAID ONE BHAIYA DOCTORS NAME. WHO DONT EVEN LOOKS LIKE DOCTOR. PLEASE AVOID THIS BOGUS AND FAKE HOSPITAL. IF YOU SEARCH IN MIRAROAD OTHER GOOD HOSPITAL IS THERE LIKE BHAKTIVEDANT ETC… I HAD MY MEDICLAIM AND EVERY TRATMENT WAS COVER IN MEDICLAIM BUT AT THE TIME OF DISCHARGE THEY LITERALLY FIGHT LIKE ROAD SIDE PEOPLE AND ASK FOR ADDITIONAL AMOUNT WITHOUT ITEMISED COPY OF BILL. ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS LOOKS LIKE PAID PROMOTION. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT VISIT TO THIS HOSPITAL IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY AND DO NOT TAKE RISK. I admitted my father here for brain hamorrhage surgery The services that we received was excellent. Dr. Shetty, Dr. Basant along with Dr. Raja, Dr. Pal, Dr. Imran were friendly and explained the entire process in detail and regularly updated us regarding the condition which made us highly hopeful as it ensure us of positive recovery about my father’s health. Post discharge care from the doctors was incredible and were available 24*7 on call regarding any difficulties. I would have no qualms in recommending this Hospital to friends and family.

A very good neat , clean and easily accessible hospital in Mira road offering cashless facility with all major insurance companies. All doctors , billing and TPA desk , nursing and aaya staff are very professional , helpful and available at a bell. Was referred by a excellent gynaecologist doctor Sneha K.Surnare and Mr.Ravi from Billing and TPA desk and doctors assisted for applying and undergoing a pre approved cashless procedure at the hospital.

The hospital should have sensible person to conduct interview for candidate.Dr.Raja has taken my interview and said " you are not even worth to pay for Rs.20,000". If you don't want to oppint ,say it. Donot insult other person just because you are in higher authority. ( he didn't even ask me questions related to my profession)

Services are great but it could be better. It's gets 4 stars in cleanness and 2 in emergencies. The reason being they didn't have the stretcher and wheelchair ready at the ground floor when emergencies came, they went to third floor and bought it from there which wasted valuable time.
