I had the worst experience of my life at OIH as far as being treated fairly and compassionately. I suffer from major chronic debilitating back pain for years now, due to an old injury. I was a patient at OIH for over 2YRS with no issues. I had all of my Drs in one place, which was convenient, but it came with a severe cost as far as My Health & Wellness were concerned. I loved My Acupuncturist StaceyG So Much! She always listened to me and my needs as far as my treatment went. She acknowledged my pain levels and worked with me to address what was going on specifically that day. As many suffering from chronic pain know, it can change drastically day to day, sometimes or minute. DrHermes was also Very Kind and Compassionate in his care as my ND overseeing my Health and really listened to give me the best advice and care needed. Now, for the Bad part. It was during the Holidays, most of my regular Drs were out over that time. I had completely thrown my back out and could Not walk or move at all. I was in Excrutiating Pain! Somehow, I got myself to Urgent Care in StHelens nearest to my house without driving into the City. I asked to be gurnied in from my car as I couldn’t walk at all. I was told they dont do that unless I came in an Ambulance. If I couldn’t walk in, they couldn’t treat me, I needed an MRI and I should go to ER in Portland. At this point I was so discouraged, in severe pain. No one would Help Me.The next day I somehow drove myself to ER. They treated me very well, gave me meds to Help with the Pain and sent me on my way. I was told to do a follow up appt w My Primary Care Provider in 5Days. I called to make an Appt, but my regular Drs were stil out. I was told by the MedAsst C, that there was an Nurse Practiioner available to see. I’d never heard of him or seen him there in my 2years as a client of OIH. I was in So Much Pain, I decided to go.. My friend drove all the way out from Portland to pick me up to take me in as I couldn’t Walk let alone drive myself. This has all been going on for 5Days now.. I lived 30mi out of City. We got down to OIH, I hobbled out of the car, barely making it even to the door. No one came out to Help Me, or even opened door when they saw me struggling outside. No One. I get inside and the MedAsst says, Wow I’ve Never seen you this Bad before! So, I go to see this NP Ryan Maxwell, who I didn’t have a good feeling about. He came in, started asking me 100questions re My injury, back issues etc. I told him I had been a Patient there for YRS, they All knew Me and I had stacks of records on file. I was Traumatized to have to tell him and ReLive Everything I’d been through, going back 14Yrs to my initial injury. I told him to read my records, its All there, including multiple MRIs. I understand he was just a Nurse Practitioner, but he should have looked at my records before even entering the room. I was really upset and In Excrutiating Pain, coming off Pain Meds! He left the room and returned to suggest a Shot of AntiInflammatory (not sure name). I was like, thats it? Thats All you are going to do for me? Really?! He scoffed then walked out and Slammed the door behind him. I took the Shot from Christine. She suggested I go Back to the ER if I was stil in Pain after. The shot didn’t do anything, but increase My Stress & Pain levels. I left so mad, so confused, stil really hurting. I said some explicit words to asst, she said she understood and flipped off the camera on my way out! I got a Call a few days later by the clinic manager, saying I was being ‘Medically Discharged’ from the clinic. What?? She said it was Because of my ‘Aggressive Behavior’?! I couldn’t believe it. I was Fired by MyDrs in the middle of a Serious Medical Emergency!!! I asked to speak to the Owner, VANESSA. I never did hear back from her. I gave up on All Drs after that for over a Year! It affected My Health & Mental State dramatically. I did Not get the Care or Compassion there at a time I needed it the most. I trusted them with my health and was treated terribly in the end. I hope they All READ THIS. KB

I was referred to Nancy at OIH in late April by my PCP and MHP. I called on April 23rd to make an initial appointment. What followed was a cluster. They wanted me to use an app called RingCentral, and I don’t have the resources to use a 44M app or the reliable internet. I indicated this in an email on May 8th and during my initial phone calls. I thought they understood, and we proceeded forward with the process. First, the paperwork was confusing and unclear, then the web platform would not work properly, and after a series of emails, I finally had to call to have someone help. It was like they could not understand that there was an issue, and they just kept repeating the same action over and over, as though that would change anything. Then, today April 19th at 1:00pm, I was supposed to have my hour-long appointment. At 1:05pm, I get a phone call from a person with an access code for RingCentral?? I explain that I cannot use that, and that I had indicated that previously. They answer that Nancy does not have a phone in her office. I ask if she can go to an office that has one. Same answer given. I ask again, leading with the fact I understand she does not have a phone, but can she go to a DIFFERENT office that does or can she use a web based phone call app? It is now around 1:15pm. I try to see if I can install the app, even though a quarter of my time is now wasted, and they had said that the appointment needs to be an hour?! My cheap internet is down again, no surprise. There is no solution at this point, because OIH refused to offer ANY help except the voicemail of a manager, Sarah. I left a message. I needed this appointment two weeks ago, and I had been trying to catch a cancellation. I was excited and happy for the appointment to finally be here, but that has all changed to anger. OIH was purposefully placing all the responsibility and blame on me, even when I took all the necessary steps to communicate the constraints that I had to work with. Very unprofessional. I feel disrespected and discriminated against because I am poor and have a mental health issue. If they reconcile this in a professional and respectful manner, I will make comment to that, but I feel people should know what they are getting into before they get blindsided by unprofessional actions. By the time this phone call was done, over 20 minutes had passed. The appointment would have been lost anyway. Now we see what they can do to own their screw up.

Coming from another state, I was a little nervous about the kind of care I would receive. Where I came from, the medical care was terrible. My first appointment was a telemed to establish care. It was easy, my prescriptions were refilled promptly and referrals were sent in. All of my in person appointments (and telemed if I cant make it into the office) have been so easy and straightforward. Every refill is done the same day its sent in and my Provider is so sweet. She spends as much time as I need with her, answers my questions and is so positive. I never wait to be taken back- they are always on time. I noticed in other reviews complaints about Wifi and magazines? Seriously? You're at the doctors, you can deal with an hour of no wifi...lol. Yes, you have to park on the street but thats how it is for a lot of offices downtown. Ive never had trouble getting a space close by. To me, those are nit picky complaints. Up until last wek its been absolutely great. My Provider went out on maternity leave and one of my prescriptions is back ordered at the pharmacy. They can do 2, 15 mg tablets but they need authorization since my prescription is for a 30 mg tablet. Im starting to experience what others have talked about- the run around. Ive called multiple days, left messages for the medical assistants and talked to the manager but so far the "interim provider" cant seem to call in a month of this alternate dosing. I have had such a great experience here, so this is really disappointing. I know they are busy but, after 4 days, you cant call in a script as a back up provider due to the pharmacy not having something in stock and having no ETA on when they actually will? I would have given 5 stars and I still think my provider deserves 5 stars but Im concerned now. They need to get back to their patients promptly and not send impersonal texts or nothing at all. A phone call goes a long way- as does following through.

I would say this is the worst clinic you could go to for your health needs in Portland Oregon. First off it is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone at this clinic and the PCP I was assigned to always seemed rushed and unconcerned about my health issues. I wish I read the reviews on yelp before going to this clinic. Make sure you don't make the same mistake as me. I was a patient at this clinic and had my primary care doctor at the clinic for a number of months. One day my throat had closed up and I could not swallow food and I was admitted to the emergency room for it. I went to my primary care doctor to get a referral to have my throat looked at. After weeks of the referral not going through I asked to have the manager of the clinic call me back as I still as not able to eat or swallow properly. The manager Hedi called me back days later and told me I was discharged from the clinic for an incident that took place at the clinic. I never had any incident at the clinic and never had anything but a smile and thank you for everyone there. I asked her to tell me what day, time and place this incident happened and to provide video .... she could not since this was a made up story about something that never happened. It's outrageous that a medical clinic has the nerve to call a patient who has been waiting for weeks without being able to eat properly and makes up a story like Hedi the manager did. Unless you want doctors and managers that apparently lie and makeup stories about you to cover there own disorganization I HIGHLY suggest you look for ANY OTHER clinics in Portland. I have never been lied to by a medical professional in my life before being called and told this 100% fabricated story by Hedi the manager at this clinic. You have been warned. DON't trust your health with people who would rather make up a story and lie than to serve your medical needs.

I have had a great experience with the Eugene office of Oregon Intigrated Health. I have not been to their office in Portland, but I imagine that it is similar. I have never really had great luck with healthcare providers in the past. I always seemed to end up with doctors and other PCPs who were competent, but didn’t seem to care much about me and certainly didn’t take my concerns very seriously. I was always kind of a pushover and didn’t really advocate well for myself, I felt like the doctor must know best, and I felt embarrassed to stick up for myself. None of that has not been the case at all with Oregon Integrated Health. I feel like all of my concerns are taken seriously, all of my questions are actually answered, and my provider genuinely cares about my health and my general well-being. I have also had an acupuncture session in the Eugene clinic and am scheduled for a visit with their chiropractor and their naturopath. I love the idea of getting all of these services under the same roof and am grateful for the access that this office provides to low-income folks like me. As far as the quality of the clinicians and providers here I would give them a 5 out of 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unfortunately, the office itself is often rather dirty and for a medical practice that does make me a little bit uncomfortable. It’s not like there is anything glaringly disgusting, no blood spatter on the walls or messes on the floor. But there is a certain level of grunginess that reminds you of the lack of affluence of the clientele that this clinic serves. A magic eraser on the walls, light switches, door jams and chairs would go a long way toward an overall 5 star rating.

(Patti has now left the clinic) Patti really spends a good amount of time during the appointment and cares, but follow up is non-existent. I felt like I had to do half of their jobs for them by following up on test results and getting referrals that were promised but never happened. I would have to schedule another appointment just so I could follow up on tests and re-request referrals which is wasteful spending but generates income for the clinic (not sure if that is their goal here). The front desk almost never returns calls, and the medical assistant voicemail is rarely returned either. What's worse is when they promise to relay info to Patti and she never gets it. The medical assistants suck at drawing blood. They poke & prod me leaving me bruised for weeks (no joke) whereas Quest or Providence gets my blood drawn immediately without bruising or difficulty. One of the MA's (female) at PIH acts like she's overloaded on energy drinks, which is not good for drawing blood carefully! I feel like this clinic is really understaffed and doesn't take care of the patients they have before accepting new clients. Someone with a serious disease should look elsewhere unless they enjoy having to poke & prod the staff for any followup care. Many times I had abnormal test results which went unnoticed. The one time I saw Vanessa she seemed very rushed during the appointment. No followup from her either. I saw Dr. Grasso once too. He has a good bedside manner, but I was promised a referral to a specialist and he would never follow thru on it. I ended up leaving the clinic for a small practice.

Called to set up a new patient appt the first week of January. Told they could do a video triage appointment 2/21 and dr appt 4/4. I am type 1 diabetic and need meds to live. Have called several times a week since setting the appts to get in earlier or to get my meds set up. Did not receive the login info for the triage appt because the person that took my info put in the wrong number. Never received a return call from anyone and no email either. After not being able to do the intake, called and was able to get the number in the system corrected and rescheduled the triage. Told them a prior auth was needed for the meds and they said they would do that. Tried to get meds at pharmacy and told the insurance was denying because there was no PA. Called that night and left message that this was needing resolution immediately, no call. Next day left another message. Monday called and told I needed to talk to supervisor who was at lunch, no call back. Call back 3 hours later and told supervisor is at lunch. I have NO insulin and have not been able to eat for 3 days because of it. Called back and told that PA was denied and I need to speak to supervisor and they will give them a message so they can call me back. At this point, I have lost 10 lbs in the last month and am getting very sick. I have no insulin and will be in the ER in the next 24 hours if these people cannot start doing patient care.

"I understand your frustration" was the first of many scripted lies told to me by Kelly Yan after waiting a month to see her. Im not sure weather she was not listening or just diddnt care when I described my 30-year medication history because she powered through the next script as though I had said nothing. It was a sales pitch for a gimmick-y dna test that she could not deny wasn't a data harvesting scheme, followed her final scripted pitch in which she insisted that I should take medications that I have already tried and do not work for me. She could not provide any other reason for it other than she "really wanted to try it" because it "might" "eventually" produce effects that "could" be beneficial. She told me she "did not like" to proscribe "effective" medications. Its clear that she does not have her patient's best interests in mind, but her own. Furthermore this "clinic" looks like it was podged together out the smallest amount of cheapest materials available, its little more than sheetrock stalls and a toilet in a retail space under some Pearl District condos. It could be an artisanal terrarium shop tomorrow and you wouldnt notice unless you were going there.

Review edited 08/28/2023 After seeing my new provider twice, I can comment on the quality of care. My provider has been thoughtful in the care that she provides, generous with her time, and considerate of my needs. So far, my prescriptions have been refilled promptly, and I received the referrals that I needed. Preventative services here go above and beyond. To reflect these new experiences, I changed my rating from one to four stars. Previous review: I scheduled the soonest appointment that I could, which was still months out, and then on the day of the appointment, I received misinformation repeatedly from office staff by phone, resulting in my first ever missed medical appointment. I was transferred to other staff twice, and each time, the call went straight to voicemail; after that, I had to call the main number back and navigate the phone tree/sit on hold again. An extremely frustrating experience. There is NO reserved parking available on site in PDX; this is important information for new patients (not provided by staff) because it took me almost 15 minutes to find legal street parking. OIH does not offer guest WiFi access in the waiting room.

I've been a client of an ND here for a year & Vanessa is a fast talker & unlike any other medical practitioner I've been to she actually does crunch a lot of quality work in her turn over. I'm not ignorant so I don't judge the amount of time for a petty mistake like forgetting to give me one thing out of 6 helps. Stacy is my favorite, she's a acupuncturist & human like the rest of us but a super human while also being a ND & a great socialist. Chris tucker fits right in to this worthy place to help facilitate healing body mind. If anyone bad mouths this place is because they don't have the knowledge or they are use to bad intentions. These people truly are humble humans & love you. Just laugh with them & stop being timid. You'll see!! Sara at the front desk really works hard for her $ & she too is very human. I say this because this group isn't like your teachers in school when you were surprised to see them at the groc store. They have big hearts & deserve more respect then those other reviews. They are worth knowing a bit. They actually know what they are doing. Well enough to explain it in laymens terms.

When Dr. Grasso was here it was pretty good. Despite the reviews I gave it the benefit of the doubt and made an appointment with a new provider here . I had just made my appointment yesterday with a confirmation message for today at 3 o’clock. When I went to check in with the receptionist (who was very rude)said we message you this morning by text and Dr. is out today so we need to reschedule. I took my phone out and showed her the confirmation text that is when she got defensive and said well we have your phone number here and it shows that we texted you. I asked her to read the number back to me it was a phone number I had never had. Come to find out this happens all the time where people show up for an appointment and the doctor is not there I understand things happen but this is a very common occurrence with this business. Good practices after multiple reviews on yelp regarding the same issue you would think that they would make changes.

Finally found a compassionate Dr. who actually listened to me and got me what I had been asking for more than 5 years. Thanks so much to Dr. Suki, Dr. Lizz, Dr. Melanie and everyone there who have been so kind and understanding and not treating me like some broken, worthless human that so many other Drs have treated me when I tell the story behind my injuries both physical and emotional. I had been suffering so long I was losing hope. I was beginning to think I was going to die cold, broken and alone. Now I feel like I have a future and that I can begin moving towards neuro-surgeries on my entire neck and spine and begin to heal, mind body and spirit. Great listeners and helpers in my hour of greatest need. Looking forward to starting acupuncture as well. Thank you all and Blessings to you all

  • Mel Theofficegamergirl

Awful therapists, terrible at communicating, late to appointments. Refuse to refill any necessary medications. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one is that they made it easy to get ear drops for an infection. Good luck getting help with anything actually important though, especially mental health. The healthcare system in Portland is a bit of a joke. I've been seeking help for years, these peoples' "therapist" caused more harm than good, wasting my time and making the appointment more about them. I don't care. I'm done trying with you people. You don't LISTEN. You don't HELP. You disrespect your patients and run off your gov issued scripts. Thoroughly disgusted by this so-called 'treatment'. I hope someone pukes in your lobby.

  • Heather Shull

So blessed to have been able to receive Insurence threw the Oregon Health Program. Went in for my 1st appointment yesterday... praying I had been assigned a good Doctor that would help me, listen to me and give me a little of there time! I honestly couldnt be happier! The front desk girls were so friendly and helpful. The nurse whom took me back was amazing and very caring! And the Doctor was absolutely wonderful! She spent over an hour with me! Listened to what I had to say... was very helpful and informative and by the end of my appointment gave me a hug! I was blown away by the services I had yesterday! Just feel so thankful for everything! Amazing people! Can only hope that the great care I received will continue! Thank You So much!

  • Tiffany Mayer

I called to schedule an appointment and was explicit about wanting medication management. When I got on the telehealth call, it wasn't a doctor, but a therapist who couldn’t prescribe medication. There had been some sort of misunderstanding, which is fine, but I was frustrated by how easily they brushed me off with “unfortunately the psychiatrist isn’t seeing new patients.” This careless mistake wasted a lot of time that I could have been finding an actual provider and I thought it was strange that they didn't at least try to get me in for an emergency appointment. Now I’m left high and dry without medication until I can manage to find a provider elsewhere.

  • Anna Larson

Awful experience. No one answers the phone here. I’ve been on the same medication for years and I have not been able to get back on it due to the run around I am getting. It’s been weeks. Had a triage apt followed their directions to come into their clinic then they send me elsewhere to a lab that had a week long wait for apts. I’ve never felt this frustrated or completely disregarded by a health care facility. Signed an agreement that I had to ask for for medication only for them to send a different form later to me via email. There’s something fundamentally wrong with their system of communication I can tell something is not right

  • Heather

I’m sure most their people are great, but avoid Ryan Maxwell. Pretty much everything I saw him for was done poorly. Prescription refills were wrong and valid for only one month, test result follow up was not done as discussed, and discussions of health struggles were insensitive and condescending. Avoid him and spare yourself some time, money, and bad healthcare. The phone system is also time consuming to navigate, and you'll often end up leaving voicemails and rolling the dice on whether you'll get a timely call back. It's pretty difficult to pay bills if you don't have a PayPal account, too.

The Eugene clinic is a comprehensive clinic. Thus far, I have worked with the medical, chiropractic and physical therapy staff. They have taken excellent care of my needs. They are thorough and efficient. Andrew, the chiropractor is very knowledgeable and adjusts with smooth, gentle movements. Rose, the physical therapist amazes me. I’ve worked with three PT’s in my life and she, by far is the most thorough, talented, and encouraging therapist I’ve worked with. Lastly, the two front desk women are cheerful, efficient, and very delightful to check in or out with. I recommend this clinic highly.

I switched to Oregon Integrated Medicine a little over a year ago. I've been very pleased with my PCP, Randa Kusey. She discusses all of my concerns and health issues without looking down on me. She talks to me as though I'm intelligent and validates my concerns. Also she is knowledgeable of reactions from the medications I take and works well with my other medical professional. Every time I go in to see her, she addresses my needs. I appreciate her care and concern for me. I am not beneath her or put down because I'm on a limited income. I really enjoy Randa and all of the staff as well.

  • Julio Mendoza

Not very friendly or helpful. I had set up a new patient appointment and they prettyuch just refered me to a different Dr. Actually it wasn't even a referral more like a suggestion and I did the rest of the work. So they charged my insurance to suggest I see someone else and got paid for it. The least they could have done was refer me to the new Dr and refer me to the places that could help me with the issues that brought me to them in the first place. I'm usually laid back and let things go but this really bothered me. It was a complete waste of my time.

  • Gregory Diaz

Needed a referral for a specialist. The service was speedy. I was only there for an hour. I’m assuming that things went smoothly and quick because I completed all necessary paperwork online instead of filling it out at the doctors office and I showed up 30 minutes early. The doctor was ready to see me 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, which helped to speed things up. The facility is very clean. There were only 2 people in the waiting room besides me. No big crowds. Parking lot was small but thankfully there wasn’t a lot of people there.

Moving to this office has been a real blessing to my family. The staff are supportive and helpful. The team of nurses, doctors and therapists is top notch! They have a synergistic approach of working together, looking at all parts of the body and mind that make up our complete wellbeing. As a single mother to a teenage son, the blessing of finding him a male doctor and male therapist in the same office has given me hope and excitement for his future. Thank you team at ORH- we are OhSo happy to be led to you all!

I highly recommend Randa Kucey , it’s hard to express how grateful I am that I met her and get to be her patient, I made an appointment because I was having back pain , she sent me to the right people for that , but she also took the extra care to ask me about my childhood and took blood tests and found I had underlying problems that needed addressed , I can feel that she genuinely cares and is not judgmental, now I’m healing on all levels . Thank you so much Randa.

  • tina Molina

I had an appointment yesterday with Amy Pandora, MSN, FNP-C, she was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I also, want to give a shout out to Erin for going beyond the extra mile. The only thing I would recommend for a slight change, is your scheduling process. It’s difficult to make or cancel an appointment. I tried setting up appointments via text, but never received a response. Although, your online scheduling worked perfect. Thank You, Tina Molina

  • Dana Goetz

I'm not sure what's going on with this practice, but I have never had this level of difficulty communicating with a provider. I have genuine health concerns and their disregard, especially the staff on 1/23, has been extremely disappointing. They cancelled two appointments, and they never went over my lab results. I wish I could have worked this out with them as we went along, but no one answered the phone and there is no other way to contact them.

  • Maddy Mowdy

My appointment was canceled 20 days in advanced just stating they could not handle their scheduling demands. As someone who needs care this inconvenience has caused stress and prolonged getting needed care. Don’t accept people if you can’t handle it, if you take a patient then help them, don’t cancel their appointment unexpectedly! Very unprofessional. As well their provided list of alternate care was trash and not helpful whatsoever.

  • Shell's

Excellent care is given to everyone who walks through the door no matter what's going on. Rhonda handle's it all very knowledgeable about her Job and the town of Florence. New doctor Dr. Ki Ki is awesome and seems to be a good fit for the office Very knowledgeable about professional, but also really cares about people. Acupuncture is very nice too, she really knows how to relax the body. Overall a very pleasant visit

I walked in with 2 friends to check out the center today Aug 28, 2013, around 4 pm. We walked up to the desk and a woman was on the phone and she seemed angry. She stayed on the phone for another 7-8 minutes without acknowledging that anyone walked into the clinic. Another woman walked out of a treatment room and again, no hello, no can I help you. We were potential clients but after 8-9 minutes we turned around and walked out.

  • Wren McKenzie

I have tried to contact anyone at the Portland clinic to reschedule an appointment every day for the last 2 weeks and no one has answered my calls or responded to my voicemails. I have called within their service hours every time and have called multiple times per day with no answer every time. I am now having to find a new doctor, as I've been off of my life saving medication for 2 weeks due to a lack of response from my PCP.

  • Martin D

when they are good, they're great, much better than most clinics. They are very helpful, conscientious and friendly. some services it takes 2 months to get on the calendar which is maybe typical? but they don't always return calls, even when repeated a dozen times over a month which is unforgivable. the acupuncturist rarely removes all the needles which I've never seen happen elsewhere so poorly & consistently.

  • Leona Priest

Prior to changing my primary physician to OIH I was receiving substandard care. Weather because i am getting up there in age or because I am a member of Trilliam I am not sure. Since my transfer I have received the higest quality of care and respect. I have received support to address my health issues as a whole and fell that i receive encouragement along the way. Thank you to OIH service providers you ROCK.

  • Warren Brown

It's a great place. Lots of medical services are offered. General health related stuff, chiropractic, acupuncture, counseling, etc.. And they are all very good at being attentive to each patient's needs even though they are often busy. Multitasking aficionados. And experienced and friendly to boot. I had the option to go somewhere else and opted to stay with Oregon Integrated Health. No reason to leave!

  • Robert Adams

I'm not sure why you can't get a call back? Ever! The last time this happened, I finally went into the office since it was important, thinking they must be slammed. Nope, not a single patient, and two people sat at the front desk? Three different times, I've left messages and never received a call back. this is frustrating when you're really sick and need to get in to see the doctor right away...

  • Mende Smith

What a difference a truly holistic approach to healthcare makes! Dr. Hermes was clever, smart, and totally responsive to my desire to treat my injury Annular Tear Homeopathically. I am already seeing a great Acupuncturist, now I will add PT and am thrilled to find a Chiropractor in the same office on my OHP. Very satisfied visit. Looking forward to working with Docs who HEAL the body for a change.

  • Jeanne Savela

This is my kind of health clinic. I consider diet to be my best line of defense, so it was great to talk with a practitioner who feels the same. Dr. Andrew Murison is a tuned-in professional who really listened to me and I left feeling heard. I will gladly return especially because I have appointments there with other health care professionals. This clinic really is offering integrated health.

  • tgordon65

A friend recommended a chiropractor there. I scheduled an appointment at an available time online as a new patient. An hour and half later I got an email declining my appointment request. I called in and was told you had to be a primary care patient there to get a chiropractic appointment there. It would be helpful to make that clear on the website so I didn't waste my time trying. Thanks.

Call and it rolls to voicemail. Leave a message, and no callback. In the miraculous event they do answer the phone its a total disappointment. As an established patient with an acute issue my first available appointment was 6 weeks out. I was told I wasn't able to see anyone else there as it was a conflict of interest between practitioners. Integrated? Hardly.

  • Gabrielle Geiselman

Much like the other reviews I have tried to book an appointment online, by phone and with the PA and nothing. I can’t get them to refill my heart meds and am now forced back into the system to try and find another provider. This is really not acceptable. I’ve been waiting on the phone to report them directly to OHP. Trillium ought to be ashamed!

  • Derek

At Oregon Intergated Health they really listen to me and they have all the staff to treat me as a whole person. They even have the only naturopathic doctor I found in town accepted by OHP. I can’t say enough good things about these people. Just got to see for yourself and you can tell right away how much they really care about people’s health.

  • Katsura Balanza

Not too sure about the services provided seeing as I have been given false information regarding care and insurance. Have been very patient for two weeks trying to set up appointment to no avail. Hopefully others have a smoother experience andoing are able to recieve needed care. Receptionists have been the worse I have experienced

  • Tomas Qubeck

I had my first appointment at OIH in Eugene, OR and was favorably impressed - staff is very courteous and the Health Care Provider listened to my questions taking time to answer, and gave me skilled advice. He made me aware of additional treatment options I was not aware of. I will recommend this facility to my friends and family.

  • Travis Lien

You must understand that with healthcare for the public there usually is a LARGE amount of people needing healthcare, but Oregon and Lane County have done a fantastic job offering simple services that are very easy to use and extremely reasonable for all people. OIH staff are all very helpful and kind, couldn’t be happier! Travis

  • Bily Scholten

One of the best doctors I’ve ever been to. Staff is fantastic and the facility, while a little small, is clean, warm and inviting. No long waits or uncomfortable waiting rooms here, they have always been prompt and professional. Will go Here as long as my insurance allows it. Really can’t say enough good things about this place.

  • Robert Ellis

Wow. A night and day difference between my experiences with clinics in Portland. The staff are excellent, the appointments are flexible, and I was able to get all my questions answered. The integrated health approach means I'm working with three experts for my particular issues, and they all work together for my treatment plan.

  • Galen Pack

No one will take your disease seriously here. I have made so many phone calls to get insulin pump supplies and while I’m dealt with in a manner as if I’m a mean customer not someone who needs these supplies to stay alive. They don’t follow through on anything here and I’m now having to look for another clinic that will. AVOID.

  • Stephanie Wogoman

OIH Eugene has a friendly and helpful staff. The office is welcoming and modern. The acupuncturist Lonnie is amazing! Very professional, caring and personable. He is always happy to answer my many questions about health and healing. I was surprised to learn how many different medical options offered. I highly recommend OIH.

  • Melodie Carter

If you can think of it, they'll find a way to make it worse. Never once had an appointment start on time. Prescription screw-ups every with refill. Dismissive medical care with a rushed vibe. Phone tree hell. No parking lot. High staff turnover. Save your time and co-pays and seek actual care elsewhere.

  • Deok

I would give a higher star but right off the bat, male staff said I cannot use OIH guest WiFi network because of HIPAA. What does HIPAA got to do with using OIH Guest network? First day there to see a Family physician, got there early. No receptionist. Waiting area had no reading materials, no Internet.

  • Lisa Higgs

I've been coming here every week for 6yrs for my acupuncture and physical therapy and chiropractor as well as every 3 months for meds and blood review. Love all my Dr's and the staff is extremely friendly and laid back. I'm moving soon and can't find anyone to replace them. Gonna miss all them here.

  • Brandon Meek

I received better care, kindness, and compassion from Dr Murison and the staff than I have ever received. They offer all the modalities in house necessary for complete care of the individual with all of them working under the same roof with a shared goal. It is truly amazing Integrated Health.

  • Justin Packnett

Dr. Kyle LaPoint is very personable and really tries to understand what’s going on with a person in order to treat the root cause. I’m very fortunate to have found a great doctor who doesn’t just send you out the door with a prescription. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful as well.

  • Nicholas “The Oligarch of Love” Engel

Rose and Andrew were, as usual, Wonderful!! Love the people that OIH has! I have nothing but admiration for the dedication of all the folks there! Shout out to the receptionist Ebony, she’s doing an amazing job twice as much work as before so they gave her a desk twice as big!

  • Terry Blacksmith

Dr murison is a great doctor, he has listened to everything I've told him and has taken action right away making sure tests other appointments are taking place, and all of the staff has made me feel very welcome. I know when I go in what ever I need will be accomplished.

  • Ariel Tindolph

Dr. Howell is fine but follow up is terrible! I had to call 4 times to get test results, my calls were never returned. My son's test results were supposed to be emailed to me but never were. The receptionist rarely answers the phone so it is hard to make an appointment.

  • G. Mattila

This was my follow up after meeting my new Primary Care Provider for the very first time; and I couldn't be more impressed. There was a lot to go over, she didn't rush through, and I truly feel like she genuinely cares about my health and well being. Great Place!

  • Roxanne Cole

Can I just say how pleased I am ❤ The atmosphere was so nice and they were so friendly they took the time to actually listen when you talked and I didn't feel like I was rushed in anyway like how I feel in most doctors appointments I truly do appreciate …

  • brad cozart

Great place if you're looking for a Care Provider. Not your run of the mill doctors office because they have so many other specialties right there. Randa Kucey is an amazing provider that cares about her patents. Wish I'd found her and OIH years ago.

  • Sarah Ferguson

Very friendly, accommodating staff. Terri took the time to listen and was quite friendly and proactive with her approach. She is direct, which some of the Eugene population could benefit from. Happy to have a multi dynamic approach to my healthcare.

  • Rando

Staff was pleasant, wait time was reasonable, and my concerns were addressed. Waiting room is a bit small, there were no available seats when I arrived, and it was a bit warmer in the rooms than I would call ideal, but it's a very hot day.

  • Preston Fuller

They keep cancelling my appointments. Doctors keep not showing up. I've been waiting two months to get my meds refilled and they keep failing to honor their appointments. I'm consistently running out of my medications with these people.

  • John Alvis

Seems like a good place, front office person and the doctor were both nice. I'll be going back. I did email and ask about appointments before calling. The email was never replied to. So if you need to make an appointment we must call.

  • K Z

I see the providers at the Portland Clinic, on Flanders. The model for the clinic and the people who bring it to life have a lot of skill and heart. Utterly unpretentious. Their counsel and care have and continue to change my life.

  • Amber Lackey

I appricate the care i get the docters and such actually try to get to know you as a person. But i do feel alot of people in the office can be kinda rude they need to work on that part other than that as for the care 100% everytime

  • Marcia Moores

Very efficient staff. Kind and competent with their medical services. I am very thankful for the extremely efficient wait list procedure using text messages. Highly satisfied with my experience at Oregon Integrated Health today.

  • Courtney McKinnon

Scheduling is always a breeze, the front desk is always very helpful and cheerful. James Hermes and Kelly Yan have been extremely helpful with issues regarding my physical and mental health. Would highly recommend OIH.

  • Kirsten Narzisi

I like my doctor, the receptionist out front needs some public relations coaching. Update: I have not had any problems with any lack of customer service since that one experience so I am changing my review to 5 stars.

  • Tara kahewaialoha Alder

The Eugene staff at Oregon Integrated Health have been extremely helpful. I highly recommend them for health care needs. They have been reliable, consistent and respectful of my health care choices. 5 star for sure!

  • Deanna Lovell

After my dr of 25 years retired I was terribly disappointed with the replacement, my sister recommended OIH. I was incredibly happy with dr murrison looks like I will be with him for the next 25 years God willing.

  • pat

I had a previous work related injury, they took my insurance without a problem, which was great. John Howell fixed my shoulder pain quicker than a physical therapist. Amazing place with amazing service!!!!

  • Janice Witt

I met with Pat for an initial visit and physical. She was kind and compassionate. I felt listened to and attended to; and also, she was a wealth of information about type 1 diabetes and insulin. Thank you!

  • Devin Smith

The doctor I saw was straight forward and to the point He address all my issues and made me feel comfortable. I was for some reason having an anxiety attack and he helped address that issue. Great doctor.

  • Theresa Chocktoot

Love my new primary caregiver. She's compassionate kind and knowledgeable. Made me feel very welcome and very comfortable. She listened intently and I knew she truly cared. Thank you for the visit today.

  • James Knowlton

I feel completely heard and supported by my Naturopath, James Hermes. Additionally, I feel exceptionally grateful that they take OHP and have received excellent acupuncture services here as well.

  • David DePass

I have been going to Integrated Health since 2011 they're always fast friendly and they did good work, dr. Vanessa Esteves is quite possibly one of the best care providers that I've ever had.

  • Elaine Harris

I love my primary, she really listens to me. I also like the fact that they have other services available like chiropractic and physical therapy available. Not thrilled with the phone system.

  • Aimee Lahey

This group is great. They got me in for alternative treatments very efficiently. Far more help than simply giving me a prescription and all in one location!! Great office staff too.

  • Vinnie Olivas

Not easy to get an urgent appointment. Request was declined for an open appointment this week. Doctor was easier to see at his previous office/ was able to get in quicker.

  • Sara Obrochta

I’ve been going to the Eugene clinic for over a year and half and have had nothing but positive experiences. I love the staff and physicians! A very good family vibe.

  • Ashley Walker

MY doctor takes the whole hour with me and provides natural helps to my health. They have in house counselors, acupuncture and massages. Wonderful place to go!

  • Tanis Justice (tanisjustice)

This is the only primary doctor I’ve had that I really felt heard by. Everyone is so friendly and patient focused. I feel blessed.
