Mr Sultan & his company were always ready to help us and no request was too big for them. We had an emergency & Sultan and his tour company made sure without any hesitancy that our request is fulfilled & we are assisted fully. Everyone, from Sultan, our tour guides , our drivers made sure that we had a comfortable, memorable ,enjoyable & hospitable trip. Transport provided was comfortable & adjusted according to itinerary so that journey is comfortable for e.g. for inter city travel a SUV was provided. Ho organizzato online (whatsapp comodissimo) con SULTAN. Organizzazione impeccabile. Autisti puntualissimi è molto gentili. Le guide preparatissime. È stato molto interessante scoprire col loro aiuto oltre alla storia antica del paese anche quella recente e attuale. Le guide parlavano un italiano perfetto, molto disponibili e flessibili . Ci hanno anche consigliato cibi e ristoranti. I trasferimenti tra le città li abbiamo fatti in treno. Devo dire che anche il treno “l’ovale” che collega khiva a Bukhara è stata una scelta giusta di SULTAN: i vagoni hanno i letti dove puoi riposare e leggere durante il tragitto (unico lungo, dura circa 8 ore). Girare in Uzbekistan è facile e sicuro. Unica cosa in pochi parlano inglese ma ci si capisce lo stesso! Tutti sono gentili e disposto a darti indicazioni. Raccomando molto questo tour operator. Noi eravamo in due e abbiamo evitato i viaggi di gruppo!

Contactamos por internet para organizar un viaje por Uzbekistan con esta agencia. Nuestro gestor fue Sultan quien organizó perfectamente todos los enlaces. Agencia seria. Solo tuvimos un mal entendido, con el tema de los guías, los cuales los pedimos en Español y solo un día tuvimos guía en Español. Hay que tener cuidado al contratar la lengua del guía, tiene que quedar muy claro el idioma en que se quiere el guía, pues a nosotros nos dijeron que era Español o inglés, al pedir una explicación del motivo de tener un guia en inglés, cuando en el presupuesto ponía español/ingles (nosotros entedimos que hablaba los dos idiomas) y cuando siempre habíamos pedido en nuesta solicitud guía en español. Por lo demás muy correctos. Pero este matiz nos hizo no disfrutar tanto de un viaje que teníamos ganas de hacer al no poder interactuar al completo con el guía y sus explicaciones.

Parmi les 4 voyagistes locaux contactés, Sultan Mamasharipov d'OrexCa a immédiatement saisi ce que nous attendions de notre voyage et proposé un programme de 16 jours entièrement sur mesure pour visiter l'Ouzbékistan, de la mer d'Aral à la vallée de Fergana, qui se détachait clairement de la concurrence. La procédure de paiement en ligne était simple et sécurisée. Une fois sur place, tout a été parfait et conforme en tout point au programme établi, jusqu'au transfert à l'aéroport pour notre vol retour: logistique et transports, guides, chauffeurs, hotels, etc. Nous recommendons chaudement OrexCa et Sultan.

We planned crossing Turkmenistan by motorcycle and needed a letter of invitation for our touristvisa. Over the internet we contacted OrexCA, who helped us immediately and informed us about the following steps. After we had been offered a complete 4-day trip through Turkmenistan from border to border we transfered the arranged amount. Unfortunately our plans completely changed as we were not allowed to enter Iran with the motorbikes. On our way through Georgia and Azerbaidschan OrexCA meanwhile organised a complete changed programm, so we where able to travel to Turkmenistan from the Uzbekistan border. During the whole time we had a very competend and always the same contact-person who organised us a really great trip.

Reliable and fast service! Natalia organised everything perfectly, and communicated all the details very clearly. We traveled as couple, and every hotel booking, transfer, guide... was booked according to my request and as planned. I recommend this agency for any travels in the area. We organise transfers between Tashkent, Bukhara and Samarkand, by airplane and train, had hotels and guides booked, and drivers.

Very good company! I booked transportation in Uzbekistan for a small group of 8 persons via the silk road. We received good quality minibuses equipped with air conditioning and English speaking drivers. The Bullet Train from Samarkand to Bukhara was amazing!
