It was my 1st time there and the lady at the counter was so laid back and neverminded. I asked how it works to get a coffee and was standing at the coffee counter to order a smoothy. After waiting 5 min no one came to help me. Felt unwelcome with bad service. The only good service I got was from the door man greeting me.

What a fantastic store. All the freshest most amazing products. Such friendly and helpful staff with a tranquil and inviting atmosphere. This is one of my favourite stores to go to for healthy, organic, delicious food and health products. Today I received my first online order. Communication was great and accurate, products were all in beautiful condition, including easily bruised fruits delivered perfect and in tact. Highly, highly recommended.

Organic Zone is my go-to shop for all things health. I've recently tried their online service and was very impressed. The staff (in store and online) are always friendly and whenever I've had a problem they've dealt with it impeccably. Highly recommend.
