One of the worst experience I had with this company. I lived in Dubai and based on reviews I contacted this company asked them to quote their prices for relication of house from Karachi to Pindi. The Manager of the Company Mr. Navid visited the house and quote the price, which I accepted. It was mentioned and agreed that company will responsible for dusmentall all furniture n fixed items and re assemble at destion in pindi. 1. Packing. Not professional at all. They used Al Karam textile cartons for house hold stuff which are supposed to used for textile. Plastic stripes they wrapped with manual knots 2. Labelling Not labelled and marked properly, result at destination it was very difficult to identify the contents of carton. 3. Transportation Container was hired to transport the house items. The time of loading was very odd. They promised that container will reach at 11 p.m. however it was reacged at 2.30 a.m. and loading completed 8 a.m next day morning. Whole night was waisted. The container drive keep calling me about charges which I told him instead of calling me please contact company. 4. Off loading They provided their representative name at Rawalpindi. After makibg several efforts, the guy told me all arrangnents have done. The container reached but driver dud nit allowed labor to offlload as he is asking the charges to be paid. Cimpany lical representative was not present at the site and nobidy knows whom to talk and who should pay. I contacted the company nanager Naveed, he asked to pay remainig 20% to him n labor. I objected and remind him that I am not supposed to pay directly to them, where is your representative. According to the deal the company supposed to reassemble all furniture and other items. Once job complete tgen I will pay tge remaining balance. He did not listen and arguing using very un professional language. Despite several attempts it took 8 hours then paid directly to driver. The labour left and dumped every thing. They told me that the dont hv tools n skills to reassemble. I arranged persobally local guy to assemble. 5. Conclusion. I would not recommend at all this company they dont know their job and very Un proffessional. They claimed they are Private registered company however they dont know industry standard if movers. I hired them bcuz i read good reviews but sorry to say their services were not up to the mark. First, their owner had misunderstanding with the contact number, that is, he mixed my contact number with some other client whose shifting was co-incidently on the same day. Secondly, they came quite late, they were scheduled to come at 10 AM but reached at 12:30 PM, upon asking they said that they had to arrange packing material & stuff. Third, their loading unloading workers were not skilled. They didn't even join the doors of almirah. Their packing workers were skilled & curteous. Overall NOT satisfied with their service. I would give 5 out of 10

asa conjusted area few years back it was neat and clean area. lot of illegle three and four storey building erected on small residential plot create shortage of water electricity sui gas . lack if space on roads due to illegal construction government agencies are either sleeping or involved in illegal construction on residential plots . Orison movers and packers also doing commercial activity on residential site .Request to google map to change the name of lication to condemn illegal activitis

I moved from Karachi to Attock. All furniture and appliances were packed in cartons and cardboard. Crockery was packed immaculately. The packing guys were very professional and nothing was damaged during transit. The loading guys were also professional at Karachi. However, at Attock the services were relatively less professional. For the price and service charges, I would say it is by far the best available package

It was overall very good experience with the Company. Their owner Nouman is highly professional with humble personality. The team they deployed were also skilled as per their LOAD and UNLOAD / PACKED UNPACK process. I got end to end solution with them including ACs, Generator, Geezer, Fans etc. Overall I would rate the Services 8/10 (with few improvements needed) and rate the Project incharge Nouman as 10/10.
