I had 2 years of taxes to file and Orman was recommended by a family member. I ended up with Cindy preparing my taxes-that is all I wanted. I got very uncomfortable as she started asking questions, she was not as knowledgeable about tax preparation as I was but I let her prepare them. She efiled my taxes without asking if that’s what I wanted. She charged me over $350 and like an idiot I paid her. Then I went to H&R Block for their free second glance and discovered she had totally screwed up our taxes. I am married and do not work and I told her to put my husbands name only on the taxes-she put mine on also. I didn’t bother to complain and ended up in a mess with the State of Indiana and the IRS. Thanks Cindy for the fine mess we ended up in. Please just go to H&R Block at least they will back you up. I’m spreading the word because I would hate for anyone else to end up in the mess my husband and I went through. STAY AWAY FROM ORMAN TAX SERVICES.

This place sucks the refund amount they give is garbage. They ask questions that are not even relevant. Most of all they didn't even bother to ask me if I paid rent . Like are you sure you are trying to max out my refund …

Orman Accounting has been doing our taxes for years. Since my husband works for the railroad, the taxes are a bit tricky. Orman Accounting has always been excellent handling every detail.

One of the worst tax services I ever could have used. They were recommend by a friend that friend has gone on to hate them as much as i do.

We have used Orman for several years. Dan is very knowledgeable and prices are reasonable.

Still dealing with an error from 2017 return...not sure if I'll ever see my money.
