Ostia Antica

Gare très pratique pour se rendre à Rome en moins d'une heure ! Cependant, le parking manque cruellement de sécurité : la première et seule fois où nous avons pris la voiture pour nous y rendre quelle ne fut pas la surprise quand nous l'avons retrouvée le soir en rentrant...toutes les voitures étrangères ont été vandalisées ! La police n'a pas pris la peine de se déplacer et la "sécurité" de la gare ne voulait rien y faire. De plus, nous avons appris que cela était le cas dans toutes les gares à proximité et également au niveau des plages. En bref, le mieux est de se déplacer à pied, vélo ou taxi.

Szybki i sprawny dojazd - 20 minut pociągiem ze stacji Porta San Paolo. Bilet jedyne 1.5 euro. Jedyny mankament podczas podróży pociągiem to Romowie umilający podróż, czy tego chcemy czy nie chcemy, muzyką akordeonową. W przypadku dojazdu samochodem nie radzę zostawiać auta w rejonie tej stacji (zwłaszcza z pozostawionymi wewnątrz wartościowymi rzeczami). Zdarzają się tu kradzieże. Okolica stacji nie jest przez nikogo strzeżona.

la gestione é passata alla cotral. La stazione è sporca, ma le banchine sono state ripulite e le aiuole sono curate. Sulla banchina nord - direzione porta san paolo (Roma centro) c’è una graziosa fontana con i pesci rossi. Ci sono 2 biglietterie automatiche. gli orari sono scomodissimi da trovare, più o meno i treni passano ogni 20 minuti. La stazione ha 2 parcheggi gratuiti. É essere accessibile in sedia a rotelle. A piedi tramite il sovrappasso si arriva al parco archeologico di Ostia Antica (di una bellezza impagabile e con un teatro tutt’ora attivo - da 2000 anni)

Delightful archeological park of ancient Rome. Easy 30 minute train trip from Piramid station and then a short walk. Very peaceful and quiet, lovely park type setting and it is a large site. Very well preserved but not as much as Pompei as I suspect the building materials were not protected by volcano ssh and have been used for centuries to create new structures in this area. Well worth a visit and I would allow a half day all up. Unfortunately the museum has been closed for restoration for some time and no indication when it will re open.

We parked our car there for an overnight stay in Rome and our car was robbed! Do not leave your car here!! Every single cubby and pocket was robbed and EVERYTHING including bags, souvenirs, change, and luggage was stolen! We were careful to leave nothing visible and backed up to a wall for the trunk to be against. Didn't matter, everything was stolen. Security guards at the station did not care! Would not even get off their cell phone to talk to us! May be my last time to ever desire to visit Rome!

I don't understand why so many retards review this train station as if it were the actual archeological park. The railways work in a typical Italian fashion: there are no displays inside the station; they are at the platforms so you can't see them from the station and find out the trains don't follow the published timetable. Neither does the company bother to supply the data to Google Maps and the various mobile apps are very low quality and hard to use.

Un seul ticket de métro suffit pour se rendre à Ostia Antica de n'importe quel endroit de Rome Centre. Nous sommes partis de la station Spagna, avons changé à la station Termini, puis avons pris le train à Piramide. Temps total : 1 heure, tout cela avec un seul ticket de métro à 1,50 euros. Prendre la passerelle pour se rendre sur le site d'Ostia Antica. Prévoir de l'eau de bonne chaussures car la visite est longue et superbe !

Sobrecogedor. Las ruinas de toda una ciudad romana que muy poco tiene que envidiar a las de Pompeya. La entrada es barata para el enorme recorrido que propone el lugar, que además puedes hacer con total libertad, entrando en las casas y descubriendo templos, mosaicos, plazas o columnas tras cada recodo del camino. Y aunque queda a apenas media hora de Roma en metro, es un lugar muy tranquilo. Volveré seguro.

Ci abito as Ostia antica, è un posto meraviglioso! Il borgo con la piazzoletta ed i suoi ristoranti e bistrò Invece su via del Porto fluviale, la pescheria è solo pescheria Non si mangia qui. Accanto alla pescheria c'è un ristorante cinese dove c'è il menù all-you-can eat Un posto meraviglioso ed accogliente Questo lo posso consigliare a tutti quelli che amano il cibo orientale Via del Porto fluviale 67/B

La stazione di Ostia Antica è una fermata ferroviaria della Roma-Lido e si trova a cinque minuti a piedi dagli omonimi famosi scavi archeologici. Non ha particolari attrattive e sembra un po' sperduta, visto che è fuori dal centro abitato, a ridosso della via Ostiense. E' comoda per i pendolari della zona e, soprattutto, per i turisti di tutto il mondo che visitano la meravigliosa zona archeologica.

La stazione è stata inaugurata assieme alla linea Roma-Ostia, il 10 agosto 1924. Completamente distrutta a causa degli eventi bellici della Seconda guerra mondiale, è stata ricostruita negli anni cinquanta. Era soprannominata "Stazione giardino". Nell'orario ferroviario del 10 agosto del 1924 il nome è "Ostia", senza ulteriori specificazioni, mentre il capolinea è indicato come "Marina di Ostia".

Ich hatte den Ort mit mehr Begeisterung in Erinnerung. Unterm Strich sind es viele alte Steine, der archäologische Park wirkt insgesamt nicht sonderlich gepflegt etc. Wenn man sich eine Erklärung mit nimmt geht es vielleicht ansonsten sind wir nach ner guten Stunde wieder raus, weil wir genug gesehen haben

Muy lindo lugar, se ven las ruinas de antica. Vine en el mes de agosto y no había nadie, por lo que fue un paseo tranquilo y armonioso. No tienen audio guía en español por lo que sugiero por lo menos comprar un mapa para saber lo que estás viendo

Gyönyörű és hatalmas. A történelem iránt érdeklődőknek különösen ajánlom. Legalább fél napos program. Wc csak a terület bejáratánál és a terület túsó végén van. A területén működő múzeum jelenleg zárva volt.

La stazione di Ostia antica è ben fornita ha un grande parcheggio ed un sistema di sicurezza Diurno e notturno da non trascurare Penso siano Italpol riferimento molto importante oggigiorno per i viaggiatori

Stazione comoda per il turismo essendo poco distante dagli scavi archeologici, ma fatiscente dagli altri punti di vista. Appare poco curata e altrettanto poco controllata.
