Doctors are rude and have no interest in your issues. I’ve been here 3 times now. Once when it opened and then twice recently to give it another try. My first time I was chatting to the doctor I got and explaining what I thought might be wrong with me. I was a bit anxious due to my symptoms. Half way through my explanation the guy turns to me and starts slow clapping. When I asked what his problem was, he said to me: “why do you even bother coming here if you’re such a doctor already with the google? You don’t even need doctor you’re so smart”. Because I took the time to try to understand my condition before coming to a doctor… I walked out. My recent trip here I got a lady who didn’t even bother to do any basic checks on me and couldn’t explain to me possible causes of my illness. And didn’t know how to refer me to a specialist. Just waved me out of the door saying “the desk ladies will do it”. I asked her to give me permissions to get my face scanned at the in-house facilities. She advised against it saying she didn’t think the scan would pick up what I was looking for. When I went to the scan facility I asked the woman behind their desk if what I was looking for would show up. She said it’s the most common thing they do. I returned a week later to get my scan results and got a different lady doctor. She was so rude to me. I asked about my results and she couldn’t give me any answers. She just printed off the results (in medical speak) and handed it to me. She then got angry at me when I kept asking for clarification on my results as I don’t understand what any of the medical terms meant. Kept raising her voice at me and making me feel very unwelcome, like I was wasting her time. Everytime I’ve gone the receptionists have been very rude as well. Acting like I’m bothering them when they finally decide to serve me at the counter. One lady practically refused to book me in with a doctor on my last visit because I wouldn’t download their app. My phone was at home. DO NOT GO HERE. It’s just another Medicare swiping, no caring, in and out joke of a doctors practice.

Incompetent practice but staff were nice. 1. Went to see a doctor there 1 week ago for my wife's bad fall. Dr orders the wrong type of scan that didn't pick up there was a fracture. We were advised we would be contacted when x-ray was ready. Call never came. Tried to call them but they don't answer at all (recorded message says they may not answer the phone!!) 2. Went there in person again 5 days ago. X-rays were assessed but dr didn't receive them despite their radiology saying they sent them. Doctor#2, Iranian lady, who is very good, says CT scans were needed as x-ray won't pick up the fracture in that area of hand. 3. CT scan done and they promise to let us know when scans are reviewed. 5 days later and more pain, no contact so we tried to call. No-one answered again. 4. Went in person and had to wait 45 mins to see a Dr. Dr hasn't received the report despite radiology confirming they sent it. They were unable to print off the report on the printer so sent it electronically to doctor but he doesn't receive it. So backwards and forwards until the radiology reception READ OUT THE REPORT OVER THE PHONE!! Report confirms there is a fracture. 5. Dr refers us to their in-house physio for a cast the following day. The app to book an appointment doesn't work so we again go in at 9.15am and book for a 10.20am physio appointment and wait until 10.45am to be told they can't do the cast, now wait for it, because they don't have the materials in stock to do it!!! They then ask if we would like to wait a week to get it done!! 6. We go to a trusted physiotherapist I've been to before and get things sorted within 1.5 hours. It was comedy capers with different arms and systems of the practice not communicating with each other. However, the staff are pleasant enough. Iranian doctor Emineh (first name) is particularly good.

IF I could give a 0...I definitely would. This medical centre has to be the absolute worst. The way these "doctors" treat their patients is horrible. Not to mention certain receptionist being "too busy" to help with something so simple. Anyways. I have been seeing Dr Udoka ever since finding out im pregnant and the appointments have been ok, not the best she laughs when I ask too many questions though im a first time mum so I have no idea, long story short I went in after my 12 week NT scan/bloods and I had the worst experience of my life some not great news was delivered to me though in the worst way possible. First she tells me the baby has a complete different condition that was mentioned on the report then she proceeds to send me to an OB that doesn't take new patients. MEANWHILE im crying and upset because she's made this news much worse then it is and im asking her numerous questions and she points to the form and says to "read it" when I clearly didn't understand. I have now spoken with a midwife at the antenatal clinic at the hospital and have been to a new wonderful doctor that truly cared for what I had to say and they've both read the report and my NIPT test and advised me they have no concerns at all, this has given me so much comfort knowing that people actually care and look into things and not just deliver you false and horrible news with no support or help! I should of never even attended this medical centre, you've caused more stress to myself and my husband that was completely unnecessary. I see the owner only replies to who they want, I know you'll read this no matter what and either way ill be taking it further.

I will start with the positives about this centre. Dr. Naqvi is one of the most kind, compassionate and attentive GP's I have ever seen. He is thorough with his care and takes his time at every visit, he goes above and beyond. The male pathology collector that takes blood is so personable and attentive also, I can't fault him. It is convenient to have a pharmacy and radiology inside the centre as well which is mostly what keeps me returning. If this review was solely about the I would be giving 5+++ stars. Unfortunately in regards to the rest of the centre, I would be giving significantly less. 90% of the receptionists have the most atrocious customer service I have ever seen. I have witnessed receptionists being rude to patients every single time I have been to the centre as well as being on the receiving end of the behaviour. In particular, the young one with the brown hair who has "greeted" me with "ya right?" and "yep" on multiple occasions and the one with dark brown hair in her mid thirties who is completely incapable of the role clearly. Leaving me waiting for an hour while knowing full well that the doctor I was waiting for was in clinic in the morning rather than the rooms. Even after I called twice to check that he would be in prior to arrival. I then confronted her about it to be told he was "seeing other urgent patients" (in which I was called in as urgent), to then have the story change that he was in clinic. She then refused to apologise for her mistake. So bizarre. Once the receptionists are properly trained in customer service and essential communication the centre will be 1000x better.

* I have never written a 1 star review, I usually only ever share 5 star reviewed. And I, too, work in the medical and allied health space so I am truly appalled by this service * Without reading the current reviews, I attended the practice as advised by my physiotherapist as my normal GP had no same-day appointments available. Initially, the receptionist was rude and insisted I sit down, even though I was experiencing active (obvious) sciatica pain. Where I asked any questions about their booking system app, the receptionist huffed and puffed and looked at me like I was stupid. Later, I attended to the urgent care area of the clinic, where I was repeatedly questioned: “why [I] hadn’t gone to my normal doctor?” and was advised that the previous treating medical (paramedic) and allied health (physiotherapist) were wrong in administering their tests and he completely dismissed the pain I was in, even though I was clearly experiencing severe pain. Given my condition, I could barely walk and move my legs, and he carelessly moved my legs around until I was in excruciating pain. Dr Riza Cimen, made me feel so terrible about coming into the practice that I began crying, he later attended to me and said, “you look like you have been crying, what’s the matter”. At this point, I felt extremely uncomfortable. His patient-centred care was horrific, I couldn’t bare to imagine the way he speaks to patients with little to no health literacy. He really shouldn’t be in the job, especially not in urgent care, if he can’t show even the slightest bit of empathy. Would definitely NOT recommend this service.

If I could give this place a 0 I would !! I use to go to our medical home at Marsden Park and I never had an issue. So when i moved closer to the penrith one I thought great a doctor closer! Well wasn't I wrong.!!! Firstly, I took someone here that need to see a nurse more than a doctor and we were told to sit and wait so we did. 2 hours passes by and we are told we won't be seeing a nurse because she is finished now, so we continued to wait for a doctor about 30 mins later the receptionist comes over and announces to everyone there that the doctor cant see anyone else so we all need to leave and find somewhere else to go. It was 830pm at night and they don't close til 10pm. The doc ended up agreeing to see us and ended up being alright but the receptionist had no sympathy for anyone and basically told us it wasn't her problem. Then a couple days later we see a nurse to get a dressing changed and she was told by the doctor to pack the wound and she had no idea what she was doing so she just laid the packing over the entrance of the wound and slapped a bandage on. Now again today I went to see a doctor and get there at 7pm to be told we aren't seeing anymore patience we have met compacity. It's only 7pm and again yous close at 10pm. Whoever owns/runs this place need to get it together. Hire more doctors that actually wanna work and get some reception staff that aren't pig headed!! Remember your receptionist gives the first impression of this place!!

Don't like doing this but feel this is important to share, I need to amend my previous good review. My previous review was based on getting in and out quickly with vaccines. I have another GP in Emu Plains I trust more with my ongoing health concerns but visit here for simple issues. I was asked by my sons pediatrician to come here to get an accurate reading of my sons weight, height, blood pressure and heart rate so he could start his medication. We were in and out and the doctor did the tests, all seems ok, he didn't mention anything out of the ordinary. Today the pediatrician calls and says these results are inconsistent and this is hypertension, quite dangerous, but please don't worry as I assume the test was not done correctly. It worries me in this day and age that you can't even get an accurate rating on these things from a GP. So it was a wasted trip as I will be going to see my GP when we can get in, while they don't bulk bill they can give me results that I trust and rely on to make decisions for my sons ongoing health. Really frustrated and annoyed by this and just very grateful we have a diligent pediatrician. Also the whole being forced into using an app that is sub optimal for the checking in process is frustrating, I am tech savvy but I feel this must cause huge anxiety for older people who would just like to give their name and wait for a doctor, the fact they are forced to use the app now is a really poor decision.

I would like to share my experience with Dr. Nasrin Haque at this medical practice. Over the past 6 weeks, I've been seeking care and underwent multiple tests. Today, I had an appointment with Dr. Haque, and it was an extremely disappointing encounter. The previous doctor, a male, was more attentive and concerned about my condition. He ensured I would have additional tests to reach a proper diagnosis. In contrast, Dr. Nasrin Haque appeared to be inattentive and dismissive. She was singing when I entered the room and downplayed my condition. She didn't even review my previous notes or tests. Furthermore, she disregarded my concerns when I pointed out a new area of discomfort and pain (she didn’t even look at me). I explained that I've been in excruciating pain, to the point where I considered going to the hospital, but her response was to wait it out. I'm shocked that a female doctor would not show more understanding and empathy for what I might be going through. It's disheartening to see that some medical centres prioritise rushing patients in and out, which can lead to conditions being left untreated or misdiagnosed. If you're only seeking a medical certificate for work, you might be fine, but if you're genuinely concerned about your health, I would strongly advise seeking care elsewhere. Do not entrust your health in their hands, or more specifically, in Dr. Nasrin Haque's hands.

This is a very hit and miss place. Good if you just need a medical certificate. I find the nurses are good too for needles, etc. However, most of the Drs. have close no empathy for their patients. I have been numerous times, even before covid and they will not take serious matters seriously. In 2019 I had a rattly chest and trouble breathing. Without listening to my lungs, the Dr. prescribes me an opioid cough medicine. I insisted he listened to my lungs as they were painful. He hesitated and after a few excuses, he complied. Sure enough I had pneumonia after a confirmation X-ray. Just yesterday I signed in online to have my 1 year old looked at. We had to wait outside in the hot sun as he had a cough (among other symptoms). The Dr refused to see us and provided little to no help. "If he gets worse, bring him back" was the response. How does he know how bad my son was if he didn't examine him? What if it was serious? If I knew I was going to get that response, I would have just done a phone consultation, instead of dragging my sick baby out of the house. One Dr. couldn't even tell me which throat lollies are safe during pregnancy or which to avoid. She just sat there and plainly said "I don't know". Best to avoid if you are actually unwell and seeking advice, not just unwell and seeking a medical certificate. They just don't care.

Just visited for my COVID-19 Booster and the receptionist was the rudest individual I think I’ve encountered on a medical reception desk. No only did she ignore me when I was in line and continue to huff at her paperwork but her demeanor was immediately unpleasant when I made her aware I had a booked and confirmed appointment for my jab and she immediately told me bookings don’t start for another 2 hours. She acknowledged I had a booking but was completely rude about the whole thing saying that they weren’t doing appointments. Perhaps customers should be called to be informed rather than send confirmation messages and responding to them. Additionally if you are going to ask that people bring their own mask from home perhaps place this information as a special note in the confirmation to assist with customer knowledge and education about your accepted practices, I had no problem grabbing my mask from the car but being informed of things politely and respectfully goes a long way, especially when you expect it from your customers. What I think reflected the worst was that the treatment nurse was not surprised by the account of behavior and actually said that the appointment was correct. Won’t be recommending this place.

Perfectly happy with the waiting time and medical staff who in my experiences have been helpful and polite, however I have encountered some receptionists and a pharmacist who have been quite rude. Today I received a call asking me to come in to collect a refund which I was owed, while at the reception I was already being served perfectly well by someone, however I was unhelpfully interrupted by a second receptionist who rudely attempted to correct me without properly understanding. In the past I have also experienced impatient receptionists (honestly may have been the same person, I do not remember). Overall I have been satisfied with the final outcomes of all my presentations however I do not wish to return and deal with rude, borderline nasty reception staff before I can get through to the helpful medical staff. Your first point of contact is the reception, these staff should be polite at a minimum if not friendly as well. (You only need to look through a few more of the majority negative reviews of this place to see that the reception experience has significantly contributed to the low average score. it’s a shame that your business is being so heavily let down by just one or a few rude individuals)

  • Laykin Carrier

Ridiculous wait times. Drs taking 45minutes between patients. Today I only saw 3 patients being called in the hour and 20mins I was waiting. When I approached reception about the wait times between patients I was told they where writing notes (never have I seen it take that long between every patient) and when I sat down they where snickering to eachother and looking over at me which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Once I finally got in to see a gp and they where short and obviously not Listening to me because she asked me the same questions multiple times eg. “Do you have kids” was asked 4-5 times within my appointment. I was also told I have a serious condition that requires quick action but was not talked to of the possible treatments or steps I’d need to take other than handing me referrals for tests.. I didn’t even know one was for a blood test until I read it in the car. I would highly recommend trying a different centre as this was not my first bad experience… I honestly should have never gone back after seeing their receptionist a few months ago with one of the worst lice infestations I’ve seen in years.

worst hole of a medical centre . im reposting this since the medical centre decided to delete my review off their page . worst customer service , worst service by doctors , ESPECIALLY AMINEH!!!my mum came in to have her finger looked at, and walked out being told that she was severely “obese” and needs to lose 10kgs asap. My mum was left in disgust and didn’t even receive proper treatment for her finger she was too traumatised . Now that I have spread the word no one that I know will ever come here ever again . And I am complaining to head office and am going to do everything I can to make sure that this complaint is put through, because that is unacceptable. Doctors just want to pay their $2 degrees off at this place every chance they get . Very arrogant and rude . Cut patients off went talking . By the way , my mum came in a couple of weeks ago , and I am REPOSTING this to ensure that everyone that intends to come here is aware of the disgusting customer service and overall human decency and acknowledgment that runs this place . I’m sending a complaint through now to management , thank you Amineh

Saw Dr Mir and had to deal with nothing but arrogance, My partner went to see him about a Medicare care plan for a chiropractor due to her back issues. When she asked the doctor, he said due to the government paying for it they don’t approve them without multiple consults prior and medical evidence showing why she needs them (something I’ve never heard of before and I’ve gotten care plans for myself every year even on first consults with doctors), he then proceeded to say, “I’d like 5 million dollars to buy a house but I guess we both aren’t getting what we want” after that I tried to explain that she’s had serious back issues for over a year now and desperately needs to see a chiropractor as soon as possible but as I tried to talk he consistently interrupted me and spoke over the top of me, when I asked if he could stop talking over the top of me. He said “no, we’re done here” and opened the door and told us to leave, as I asked reception for his name he came over and stood behind me saying “make sure I never see her again” (my partner)

DONT GO HERE!! don’t waste your time and go somewhere else. the gps are extremely unprofessional and don’t care, they won’t listen they just want to get through patients and get paid. I had a very bad experience i passed out and had a seizure and my lymph nodes were swallowen and i was having sharp chest pains and was extremely sick. my doctor didn’t care and wasn’t listening and just said go get a blood test, wouldn’t even show me where to go or tell me what they’re testing for . paid 90$, next day i got a text saying my results are in and to go back . had to pay another 90$ just to be told my iron is good? a month later im still having problems and i have an immune disease , these doctors don’t care. and the fact i had to pay 90$ just to go in and be told my iron is good? the doctors just send every patient to the nurse to do bloods and not actually find out what’s wrong with you. didn’t even question any of my symptoms like where the pain is etc. pathetic

  • Kay Coombs

I am usually ok with this practice - been coming for about three years maybe a bit more. Since the introduction of the app I think service has gone down hill a bit. Today 4 November 2023 I witnessed a rude receptionist speaking to a person who obviously had a disability - telling him where he needed to go but then not checking whether he got there. When her colleague came to check, she said in a very loud voice ‘be knows exactly where to go’ young man was apologetic- but my take on it is that he actually hadn’t understood properly, just because she told him once. He was obviously anxious and had even said that to her when she was asking why he was there. I would have spoken up but my experience in that situation is that then I am seen as the aggressive one. How dare we challenge- I know they work long hours and have to manage some difficult people but this was not called for - this young man was nothing but polite and apologetic

I had to attend this centre as I had a little accident after hours and my regular medical centre was closed, it is convenient that they are opent till late, reception staff was welcoming and gave me proper directions of where to go and what to do as she knew it was my 1st time there. I had to wait a little to be seen on the examination room, however the nurse was kind, warm and treated me with respect (have been in others that I cannot say the same), he actually asked all the pertinent questions about what happened and all the time he made sure I was okay. He did the same with other patients and even got out some laughs, which is nice, so we could think about something else, rather that our pain caused by our injuries. Dr then examined my injury to give a diagnosis and further instructions to the nurse. I was honestly really pleased with the whole experience. Having the pharmacy on site is a bonus.

  • Sam McLoughlin

This practice really should be your absolute last resort i.e. if you can't get in anywhere else or you know exactly what you need. When I was waiting last week I heard them say that one doctor had seen 70 patients in a day...yes in a single day!!! The only reason they wouldn't see more was because of a Medicare cap. I went here twice last week for what I would deem, a potentially serious issue. Admittedly both visits were after 5pm but wait times were 2-3 hours for each. First visit I saw Dr Mahbubul Islam and second time Dr Okoroma Igbojiaku as a follow up to get my results. Both doctors clock watched and I left each consult without feeling reassured or confident that everything was being considered. Finally got back in with my regular GP at a different practice today and it was a breath of fresh air vs the experience here. Hopefully I'm never in a position where this is my only option again!

Went in early in the morning a week before Xmas. Receptionist could see I was having trouble booking in with my phone (yes I’m getting old!) so receptionist kindly called me over and told me she would fix it not to worry. Told to sit was adjusting my bag maybe 60 seconds then a lovely mature Indian dr called me in. I looked around as I didn’t quite understand how I could be next as there were others waiting but I asked was he saying Karen? He said yes. I had all my observations taken and I explained to the dr what I thought I could have as I’d had this problem before but he still checked me throughly. Dr Hamsi was his name. He was so kind and caring wished me a very merry Xmas told me where the pharmacy was and I was on my way. I’ve been there before and had a bad experience so it was a pleasure to see things had improved. It’s nice to have a medical centre open when others are not.

I rarely make it past the rudeness of the reception staff and usually end up having to go elsewhere. I also don’t feel like the doctors really listen or care like they do in Sydney where I used to live. It is just 2 minute medical care here, which makes me wonder why it then takes hours to see the next available doctor. I also don’t understand why I am sent promotional material and then get treated so rudely when I arrive to inquire. I got no help from here when I needed covid vaccinations (despite promotional texts saying that they were available) and ended up having to go the Blacktown hospital. I am sick of the way the receptionists do not know how to be civil. They were just as rude today so I had to call my old doctor in North Sydney to make an appointment. And please stop sending me promotional texts and emails. Work more on how you speak to people who come here.

  • Hannah Bennett

Reception staff are super lovely here, however, I feel like the care from the GPs is lacking. I've been here a few times when my normal GP has been unavailable and I've needed a Dr cert etc. Took my two year old here for a bad cough and had to wait for almost two hours (that's fine. I understand they're short staffed). However, the attitude of some of the doctors is really nonchalant. My son had a really bad cough and was showing signs of respiratory distress. The doctor pretty much shrugged and said "give him Ventolin" which we'd already been doing. Ended up in the ER that same evening. Turned out he had croup and needed steroids. Six hours in the ER could have been avoided if he'd been assessed properly. I think this practice is good if you need a script or have a broken bone or need a referral, but I wouldn't come back here for anything serious again.

  • P M

Dr Okoroma is a very incompetent doctor & extremely rude. Doesn’t listen to patients, just wants you in & out. Misdiagnosed a severe concussion & broken cheek bone because didn’t think anything of a head injury. Thank goodness we got into our regular dr who ordered an MRI. Then on another occasion, he refused to see my young son, who was obviously in pain, because we didn’t walk over to his room quick enough as it has a large waiting room. I was shocked when he said “I’ve removed your son from my booking, you took too long” when we literally got up & started walking over when we heard our name called. Even other patients in the waiting room said I should put in a complaint as they could not believe how rude he was. Will only go to this medical centre if desperate & can not get into my regular doc. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs!

  • Courtney B

Dr Armanali was fantastic with our young son. Very warm and made us feel welcome. However, took us a while to find the right Dr. Also, it’s advised to park in the Homemaker Centre car park near Anaconda and walk over not the medical centre parking lot. Spaces are small, always full, difficult to turn around and no way to go back to other car park if full once arrived and have to drive around the block. The wait times are awful. The app is convenient for those who are tech savvy and have already downloaded the app otherwise is painful to watch people struggle with the app upon arrival. We were able to wait outside due to a lack of seats and fresh air but didn’t miss our doctor calling out to us thanks to the app. The parking situation and wait times however are so awful that this warranted low reviews despite the quality of the Dr and the app.

  • Kevin Thompson

I have never experienced a worse practice. I was told by reception that I could not book an appointment with the doctor of my choice until they arrived. The schedule said the doctor would arrive at 10am which wasn't the case. At 10am, I estimated that there were 6 patients waiting outside the doctor's door for his arrival so they could go on the practice's app to make an appointment. The fastest would supposedly get the first appointment. As the doctor was 30 minutes late, I went to reception to ask if they knew if he was coming. As I did, he arrived. The receptionist said she would make the appointment for me but said there were 2 ahead of me. I asked how is it possible since we cannot book until he logged it. Apparently they paid a fee to get priority service. Been coming here for years and I have just had enough of the poor service.

  • James Watson

Chemist is much better than the Medical Center it is attached to. Feels like doctors are focused on churning out patients as quickly as possible. Forces you to use an app to book which will notify when you are next which is cool, but if you wait outside in the car because you are sick and don't want to wait in the waiting room out of respect for other patients, the doctor will move on to the next patient by the time you can get inside. You will then have to rejoin the queue. Long wait times typically as it gets quite busy. Will close earlier than 10PM as advertised because the doctors hit their quotas early. Pathology may or may not have the equipment to perform the test you have been instructed to take by the doctor. Rarely anyone at the counter. Make sure your phone has battery otherwise good luck getting medical treatment.

  • Domonique Carbone

Okay let’s start with the minimal positives: - Wait times are always short (my experience being before they added a priority subscription queue system to their app) - (seemingly) clean environment - reception staff have always been lovely And now for the negatives: - the third time I have left this doctors centre crying - I have seen 4 doctors here now, all of which have shown no genuine interest in my care - on one of these occasions, I was told I had “too many problems”, and I would have to “book another appointment if I had anymore concerns” - all of the issues I have come here to solve or seek advice on were “remedied” by routines and medications I had already tried. When explaining this the doctors refused to listen - there’s a subscription service available via the app now???

  • Olga Yagupa

Terrible service. You can't cone here if you won't scan the barcode to make an appointment. It never works- so you need to download the application and fill your details and only then you can get the appointment. Service lady was quite rude, saying that if you won't download the application next time- don't come. The owner is so greedy that he can't provide reception for appointments and helping patients. Doctors - it will depend on how lucky you are - some are ok, some is just wasting of time. Google is their all the time friend. Mostly after coming to this place you will go to see the other doctor- so if theres a chance- don't waste your time. Very disappointing service. Be aware- pharmacy is extremly overpriced. Better cross the parking and go to chemistwarehouse near spotlight.

  • Jimin Huh

I'm a student in high school and honestly, this hospital is probably the worst I've been to. I had sciatic nerve pain and the only reason I got to know that I did was because the doctor who examined me twice couldn't determine what it was and I had to do my own research. She gave me no medications or solution whatsoever. All she told me was that I should see a physio with my own money and solve it there, and she can't recommend me there to cover it with Medicare because she doesn't know what it is and it hasn't been going for 6 months. I went to a different hospital and straight away they could tell it wasn't a small problem. I seriously regret even downloading an app for this place. I hope they don't do this to someone else with a serious health issue and risk their well-being.

Living in the mountains where medical care is like living in a third world country, often our only choice is to travel to Penrith. We have had mostly positive experiences, until yesterday. When we were having a medical emergency, we were helped immediately, seen by the nurse and Dr Homsi My daughters issue was attended to as fast as possible. I believe this quick action saved her life. While most people from the mountains grumble about the travel and wait times, it's service like yesterday that makes the wait times for a sniffly nose worth it. We can't thank the drs, nurses and reception for their quick actions and will continue to travel to see them and as we are waiting, I know it will be because they're helping someone like my daughter and my sniffly nose can wait.

Terrible This medical practice has the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any shop, ever! Counter staff are rude, phones are never answered (I once called every 5min for 3 hours and once was a phone answered). Wait times are extremely long. Now they’re jumping on the greed train and trying to charge everyone who wants to attend a “membership fee”??? I’m downloading some dumb app and signing up to some pathetic money grabbing service that I could get for free elsewhere! Not only will I never go back here, but I will make sure anyone I know who thinks of going here never does! No customer service. No care. No compassion. All greed. The car park is also incredibly small and even the individual slots are tiny and always squeezing in and out of the car.

Just don’t waste your time with this doctors office. I’ve given it many chances and each time I have been screwed around. First time it was being told by Dr Rajah that I needed to eat better when I had numbness in two of my fingers and could not feel them. Second time it’s being told by Dr Udoka that even though my employer said I need a return to work clearance for me injuring my back, I would not need one and she would not sign one. Now I have to wait again at another DRs office after my employer has come back to me and said I absolutely need one to return to work. I have had other minor dramas with this centre that aren’t even worth noting, never a good experience yet I continue to be stupid enough to try again. The reviews speak for itself.

  • Todd Horsley

Previously have had no issues with this place. Recently they have been changing their system and management with patients. Unfortunately when I had Covid they would not email my certificate. I tried sorting this out with reception with no luck and didn’t get a call back from the manager. Luckily I was given the name of the hr company cornerstone so I emailed. Explained that it was poor business not emailing a certificate to people who need to be isolated from other people. Cornerstone emailed my certificate but this should never been an issue. I highly recommend people go to another doctor during the year so you can do Telehealth when needed and get your certificate no problems, as this company needs to reconsider its outdated methods.

  • Tina Griffiths

Given the run around…was told to make an appointment with a nurse, which I did, on the Monday only to have to cancel. I then rebooked for the Friday and the receptionist booked the physiotherapist. I then waited 40 minutes for the physio. When I finally got in to see him he said I would have to make an appointment to see the nurse first. So I went back to reception and tried to make an appointment to see a nurse at which time I told the receptionists I was getting the run around. Then the head receptionist said why didn’t you make an appointment with the nurse - I said I thought I did - the receptionist made the rebooked appointment. I found the older receptionist rude. In any case I told them it was all too hard and walked out.

  • Chloe Dale

I normally have had a good experience with the centre but this time, I'm really disappointed with the service. I had bloods taken almost a week ago and have not received confirmation the results are back. Normally it only take 24-48hrs. So I rang reception to ask if they can just check if they're back as this was an important blood draw. Was advised they can't check that and doctors will issue the text message when they review the results. If the doctor is busy, no text will be issued. Was told to come in for an appointment and "hope they're back"... I.e wait 1-3hrs for an appointment without even knowing if the results are in. Get a better system. You're wasting doctors and patients time when your centre is already overworked.

  • Rochelle Williamson

Will never go here again! I sliced my finger with a Stanley knife and it was a deep cut. Went here as I didn’t think it warranted going to emergency but after I showed the doctor and she literally ripped the wound open with her fingers that left me bleeding more and in excruciating pain - she told me to put a Band-Aid on it for 3 days and it will be fine! I went to emergency on my way home due to the pain and bleeding caused by this doctor. They xrayed, and flushed the wound to look at it and I had actually cut through the tendon and required emergency surgery to repair it. I now have 6 weeks of recovery and physio to gain full movement back in my finger! Absolute negligence from this doctor! Will never recommend or return!

  • Brett Sutton

Has been my regular choice for seeing a doctor for a while due to location and modern clean facilities. In saying that after todays experience I won’t return. Waited in queue for ten minutes to be told that I needed to join their “membership” program to see a bulk billing doctor. I could have been told this by the concierge when I joined the queue but waited until I was at the front of the line. I refuse to be blackmailed into joining something that I can get elsewhere without my and my families health being a profit centre to this extent. Doesn’t surprise me as reception staff have been excessively rude on previous occasions and wait times are often in excess of 2hrs. Avoid this facility!

  • Jo Pacala

Dental department within centre, absolutely phenomenal! Was able to get appointment this afternoon for my 3 y/o daughter who had a broken tooth for almost 2 years. She was calm, cooperative & Dr Malik + his team were able to give a fantastic result with rectifying the broken tooth to its former appearance. I cannot recommend highly enough, they had patience, explained everything to be done clearly, interacted with her as a person & were fantastic in all aspects. As a parent i am thrilled to have found a wonderful place to bring my family for all future dentistry needs. Thankyou to all who were there today & who made this a great experience for me & my child, its deeply appreciated.

  • Kayley Hail

The calling system for patients is awful. I’m told every time “you can sit anywhere. the doctor will come find you”, meanwhile most of the doctors stand outside their door, call a name quietly once, then return to their room. The building layout makes this more difficult to reach all waiting patients. I have missed my name being called countless times, after waiting for hours, and then told it was my fault for “not listening”. Not sure if it’s been suggested before, but maybe a calling system like that of Service NSW should be implemented. Names (or codes for privacy) could be displayed on screen with the corresponding room, so no one would miss their appointment.

  • R Jansen

Oh my Goodness! I literally put in the app on my phone hoping to take in my 84 year old mum to see one of the doctors. But after reading so so many negative reviews (all of which repeated the same problems - Reception staff being rude, Doctors not showing empathy, the centre NOT being open until 10pm, as stated, and ppl being turned away) There's NO WAY there can be so so many reviews with the SAME complaints without it being True. I will now Delete the App I have on my phone for my mum and look elsewhere. Thank you everyone that wrote a Review - this really helped me make my decision and Stopped me from making an awful Mistake! :)

  • Riza G

I have been here multiple times and was seen by at least 5 different doctors as well. While some may seem to just want you out as soon as you got in. Most of the doctors are genuinely interested on why you are there to see them. The receptionists were also helpful when there’s a problem with the app. And the nurses were always nice and make you feel at ease and comfortable. I like the system where you can check-in using the app and you can see the GPs rosters but sometimes it’s unreliable because the doctors don’t turn up on time. They bulk bill as well and I haven’t paid a single cent for blood tests, vaccines and ultrasound.

Exceptional Care and Compassion from Dr. Armanali Mirjordvay at Our Medical Penrith I had a great experience with Dr. Armanali Mirjordvay at Our Medical Penrith. His professionalism, expertise, and compassion really made him stand out. He listened attentively to my concerns and explained my diagnosis and treatment options thoroughly. His genuine concern for my well-being and medical knowledge was impressive. I highly recommend Dr Mirjordvay and the team at Our Medical Penrith to anyone seeking compassionate and comprehensive healthcare. Thank you, Dr. Mirjordvay, for your outstanding service and patient commitment.

  • Emma Davies

I only ever go here when my usual practice is shut and I always walk out questioning why I bother. Better to just wait and see a good GP. Dr Udoka has to be one of the most rudest and uncaring doctors I’ve ever met. Not a care in the world for your health. My husband has experienced the same from her on multiple occasions. If you care for your health, then Dr Udoka is not the person to visit. She will just rush you in and out and just speak to patients with absolutely no empathy. The reception staff were lovely though. But if you care for your physical and mental health, stay away from this place!

  • Chantelle Awadallah

Absolutely disgusted with the way the receptionist behaved towards me today. I tested covid positive today and have a serious illness, I tried calling and it said they don't answer the phones on a Sunday so I went in to find out if I can get a telehealth appt today and she treated me like I was the worst person in the world, she was yelling at me in front of everybody and she said you can't be in here, get out, leave now!!!even though I had all the correct protection on. She said we will not help you, leave now! I was so embarrassed, I just wanted to speak to a doctor on the phone

  • kim crawford

We were apprehensive about the need to utilise the App to access care at Our Medical after years of traditional visits. Receptionist Ellie could not have been more helpful in assisting us technologically this morning and we were able to consult our doctor, Rachid Homsi, and receive our Covid and flu injections from a very professional Nurse - all within an hour. The experience was efficient, pleasant and very satisfying. I do wonder about the assumption (by the Our Medical administration) that everyone has a mobile phone to download apps but the Penrith team couldn't be faulted.

  • TL

So hard to find a family Dr anymore so resorted to going here. When first open, was impressed as always a lot of Drs on & ones I saw were good. Have only been going recently for prescriptions & for that purpose, although definitely see a shift in the Drs that are now there, for scripts still ok. Went Thursday night, 5.30pm for something other than a script & the booking app they make you use wouldn't work so went to desk only to be told by a very rude Receptionist that there was only 1 Dr on & wouldn't be taking any more patients for the day. At 5.30 when they are open till 10?

  • Sarah Tibos

I love Our Medical in Penrith. I recently changed as I have friends that also attend this practice and have nothing but good things to say about them. I also agree. Since I changed medical practice’s, I don’t have to wait for 2 hours to see a doctor and I’m in and out of the appointment in 5-10 minutes. The service from the reception staff, doctors and pharmacist staff has been nothing short of wonderful. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to change practice’s. There are many more doctors there than other places and the wait times for me have been very short.

  • Faith Georgia

DO NOT GO HERE !!This place doesn’t actually care about you or your health!! I just went in about an hour ago I saw Dr Rachid Homsi, I went In cause I have a throat infection and wanted to see if there was anything I could do to help the pain cause it is excruciating he did nothing and insisted on getting a covid test even tho I’ve don’t multiplied and have all come back negative but still insisted after telling him after pleading for pain relief he sent me out I had a more helpful experience with the gentleman in the pharmacy this place is a joke and should be shut down.

  • Jim and Terry Cameron

Attended Our Medical Practice early Sunday Morning and observed that the very large waiting room was about 75% full. Was advised by the receptionist that wait time was between 45 minutes and one hour. Saw a doctor and walked out in less than one hour Would recommend this practice when your regular GP is not available and you have a minor ailment. Far better than attending Nepean Hospital and the practice bulk bills. Initially reluctant to attend this practice due to the number of one star reviews but based on my experience will attend again when necessary.

  • Serenity Clinch-phillips

Terrible service from one of the doctors that was in room1 9:00pm 27/09 regardless of the time I was there, I needed advice with my health and he practically told me the reason why I’m gaining weight is because I’m eating too much not knowing I eat once a day and also told me not to take my implant out because I will have “another one of those in your hands” referring to my 1 year old daughter.and told me the pill and implant are the same thing when they definitely are not. He really made me uncomfortable never going here again wouldn’t even rate it 1 star

  • Stuart S

The first doctor ordered the wrong scans, and prolonged my clearly soft tissue treatment (and pain), second doctor reported on Xrays (all clear) then I had to prompt them to follow up with further scans and treatment - they had zero interest in speaking to me and wanted me gone in minutes to see the next person. They didn't care about the patient, they just had a KPI to pump people through and get the medicare claims up. There is no focus on patient care here. That being said, the Xray people were lovely and at least had good beside manner.

  • Anthony Ashdown

Service is generally pretty good. But it's the 21st century. I should be able to get a copy of my test results emailed to me. Your only options are printouts and FAX?!?!? FAX?!?! it's 2023. The rest of the world has updated their privacy policies to match the current times. Your centre needs to catch up. This is especially disappointing for a centre that was only recently built. What is especially egregious about this, is when I arrived to pick them up, I wasn't even asked for ID. I could have been anyone pilfering results for anyone!

  • Trent Hanrahan

Arrived not 15 but 45 minutes before closing time but reception declined as the surgery was not taking any further patients. This doctors surgery is advertised as a walk-in customer option. Let it be noted that the waiting room was completely empty with the exception of one lady sitting on a seat. This was a waste of my time coming to our medical Penrith. Multiple other people walked in and were declined. It was a waste of their time also driving out from their houses. Definitely do not recommend this doctors

  • RK G

Waited 2hrs to get a notification from the app saying i'll be next to be seen and then waited 1.5hrs only to never be called in by the doctor I was given and the app saying "your session is done". 3.5hrs is so ridiculous. Multiple people who were waiting for only an hour who questioned the wait time were told basically it is what it is and "not too much longer". Choose as your last resort & make sure your phone's fully charged seeing as everything is on an app and not done manually by the front desk.

  • B C

Dr Amineh Nick Nahad Gharmakher was good and helpful however the centre as a whole is diabolical, from having to download the app and give every single piece of data about yourself to book an appt then being forced to sign up to their fake membership program... only a matter of time before all my personal data is stolen. Secondly they don't do phone apps apparently so if u need to discuss xray results you need to haul your sick self back to the centre.. This is an absolute last resort medical centre

  • Melissa Howard

I've had a great experience with the X-Ray department, but have been unhappy with the lack of care and ability of the 3 different GPs I've seen there. One of them managed to miss a fractured shoulder and the other seemed to be in a hurry to get me out of there when I had gone in with three fairly straightforward questions, that could have benefited from some more detailed answers or further investigation which was picked up by another doctor at a different medical centre. I won't be returning.

  • Rhylea Rigby

Came in with my 8 month old baby on 13/05/2022 at 3pm and had been waiting about 40 minutes. My baby was getting restless so I politely asked the receptionist if she could tell me how many people were in front of us. She rudely said “oh my god! Everyone comes up and asks me every 5 minutes, I have so much work to do”. Apparently I was inconveniencing her. Maybe they should employ more people or employ someone who can handle the pressure without being rude. Clearly not very good at her job.

  • Cian Voets

I went here today as a walk in (around 3ish in the afternoon) & it was pretty straightforward. Just signed up on the app which took a few mins, selected to see any doctor and someone saw me within 5 minutes. I was in to do some basic vaccinations (so nothing too complicated) but worked fine for me! I found the whole online process really easy and streamlined. I live in the mountains (which is very archaic in all of their processes and takes weeks to see a doctor) so was a godsend for me!

  • Jay Tso

Consulted with the doctor in Room 11. Not very good communicating with asking patient (me) about the ailment or in explaining the prognosis. eg with the result of the CT scan on my ailment, he simply printed it out and asked me to read it myself. I had to asked him to explain the medical terminologies. Even then, I only got a few words explanation out of him Not very enlightening to me at all ‍♂️ I will be getting a second opinion from another doctor somewhere else.

  • carl cameron

Cant really complain about the system, and if people are upset by the wait times, they shouldnt go to one of the few "walk in" clinics left, and they should feel free to to the hospital and wait twice as long. Reception have always been willing and happy to assist clients with any app related issues when I've been there, though i will admit for the less technologically apt people, it might be somewhat stressfull, wondering why you cant just walk in and have someone book you in.

  • Jason Turnbull

The absolute worst booking system of any medical center I have ever been to. Want to see a specific doctor but they haven't arrived yet? Every person that has asked to see first available will be ahead of you in the queue, even if you arrived well before them. Receptionist defers any issues to "sorry head office said" or "you need to use the app" and are completely unapologetic. I truly wish my doctor would leave this wretched place so I could see him elsewhere.

  • Wayne Neaves

My wife sat in there for near 2 hours. How does this happen? I’ve tried calling to ask how and I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes. How does this happen? This is piss poor truly. The hold music says we won answer calls after 5pm but it doesn’t seem like they answer calls at all. It also says on there we let patients know when we’re at capacity. I think that capacity notification needs to be much lower if you’re keeping people waiting more than an hour. Do better.

  • Reza Hosseini

I drive 50 mins each time to visit doctor Mir about my general health as he is such a caring and knowledgeable doctor with great experience someone who loves his job and remember all his patients profile . He always motivates his patients towards a healthy life and remind them things they need to do to overcome their medical conditions and to prevent serious issues in time. He is a life saver and Im great I can use his practice within 1 hour of my place

  • Krystal Carr

Never see Dr Mahbubul Islam. I sent a teenager for a mental health care plan who he proceeded to say they take 1/2 hour and he’s to busy so come back in two days! Just looking for maximum Bulk Billing. Disgusting from a Dr who supposedly took the Hippocratic Oath. Never send your love ones here. If only I could leave zero stars. You also can’t call on a weekend to complain so I will be making an in person complaint as well as to the Minister.

  • Xaha

absolutely ridiculous, maybe hire a receptionist that doesn’t go and get a coffee with a line out to the car park. takes 20 minutes just to serve one person. your app isn’t practical when it is constantly crashing. hire more competent receptionists and start doing your jobs rather than being lazy and leaving the practice, what are you even getting paid to do? sit at the front, not answer phones and go get coffee when you please?

  • James Emerson

DO NOT SEE DR HOSSEIN JAVAHERI - This guy is totally rude, unbelievably arrogant and dismissive. He has a totally condescending attitude as well. He has already had official complaints made about him and if you search Reprimand and conditions on practise for unsatisfactory professional conduct and professional misconduct, He is on the health care complaints commission. This man should not have the privilege of working as a Dr. Terrible.

  • Lucy Thomson

Had to go here as my usual GP was closed. The Dr I saw was downright rude and offensive. She laughed at me when I told her why I was there. And kept laughing. Didn’t even ask what my symptoms were, didn’t examine me or take my temperature. Just wrote a script for antibiotics. I called reception about some results next day and they were totally unhelpful. I will never go back there if I don’t have to. Absolutely terrible place.

  • Sam Culley

Chemist and receptionist are nice. Been here several times. Doctors are just focused on getting you to leave as soon as you walk in. As a result of this, they often don’t diagnose the correct issues or provide they incorrect treatment. If you go to this clinic, do not answer them when they say “is there anything else I can help you with?” They will become agitated when you say yes and just want you to leave.

  • Kylie-Elizabeth Ferriere

If I could give zero stars ✨ I would. I have never experienced such rude reception staff in my 46 years alive. To be spoken to like a child in a rude manner in front of other patients is unbelievable. Please save yr health and sanity and find another medical centre. They have lost all the good doctors to other centres and save yr mind and don't get spoken to Ella the receptionis The rudest staff member ever

  • Lucy B

You get what you pay for and these GPs are bulk billed. I went in with a painful leg fracture and the doctor wouldn't prescribe me painkillers. More interested in talking about breast exams. Made me traipse across Penrith with a broken bone to get xray printed out when available electronically by hospital. Plus the app they force everyone to use doesn't work. Only upside is that they are open 7 days a week.

  • Eden Caffyn-Clancy

Saw Dr Homsi twice before for injuries both sustained at work and outside of work hours. I work for Toll so regardless of when and where the injury occurs I have to have the Dr fill out the toll form stating I can be fit for work. Toll doesn’t accept simple Dr letters for injuries. So when I explained that I need this form stamped and signed he always refuses which results in my losing a day or two of pay.

  • Kobie Taljaard

Saw a Dr from this practice. She couldn’t have been less interested. Didn’t ask too many questions, wasn’t interested in doing any examination. Was in and out within 5 minutes. Total waste of time. Raised a complaint with the practice manager and was advised all of their practitioners are independent contractors and there’s nothing they can do. This is ripping off the Medicare system

  • Rochelle Thompson

Just visited the urgent care and was a very positive experience. Reception was helpful and took us straight down to the waiting area and within minutes my son was attended to by the Dr and the nurse . Finger glued back into place and tetanus shot given . All done within 30 mins. Saved us hours waiting at the hospital would highly recommend using this service .

  • Kyle Rush

This is a walk in only centre however call in advance to ask if it is busy. The Receptionist is super lovely and helpful. Fortunately I was able to get straight in with sick little ones and the Dr was great! Rooms clean. Australian Drs so English was not an issue. Parking is easy and there is a chemist in the homemaker centre a little walk away if needed.

  • Gerard van Ommen Kloeke

Generally a really good service. I am concerned that the increased pressure to register using the app is a move to save money by making reception jobs increasingly redundant. Our Medical Receptionists take note. This is not a good thing for you. This will also make it difficult for older patients to register. Don’t automate yourself out of a job..

  • Joshua Bush

This place is pretty reliable if we can’t get an appointment with our usual family gp, as we typically have seen a doctor within 1 hour. We use the app to check in and can browse the shops if we are waiting to see someone for our son. Parking is easy and they are open on Easter sunday. Also, added plus of having the pharmacy inside the centre.

  • Steph Podmore

My husband went there today with an injured back to ask for a referral for physio and the doctor told him they don’t give referrals for physio for people suffering acute problems, only chronic. Absolutely deplorable! We have NEVER had this issue at any other doctor surgery before and only went here because it was a public holiday.

  • Luke Davies

Feel unwell, short of breath or have a medical emergency. “You’re going to have to register through the app” I DO NOT WANT TO SIGN UP FOR ANOTHER APP. Asked the receptionist to just book me in and she refused to. I wouldn’t recommend any of “Our Medical” clinics. They’re all the same and the drs care is minimal.

  • Leanne Williamson

One of the doctors there tell my husband he probably just has food poisoning. 2 weeks later, he is in ICU with an obstructed bowel which led to other complications! This is not the only blaśe under diagnosis is have heard! My stepdaughter as well! Maybe the doctors should be more caring and have more tests done!

  • Julie Forster

I very rarely write negative reviews. I used the app yesterday to book an appointment with a female doctor. Waited 40 minutes which was to be expected, so I didn’t have an issue with that. I’ve never had an appointment with a more uncaring and off-hand doctor in my life. She actually didn’t even look at me.

  • Carolyn Oakley

Arrived on a Sat afternoon hoping to see a GP for shoulder pain only to be told there were 40 waiting and most were coming back in the evening. Previous visits were also disappointing with long wait times and completely disinterested Drs. Not a place I'd recommend to anyone who expects quality medical care.

  • Maaka

I was overcharge for an extraction. I was told it was a surgical extraction and it most definately wasn't. I wasn't given clear and concise information as to why the dentist considered it to be a surgical procedure. He just decided it to be so an charged 718 dollars. I will never use these guys again.!

  • Lucas Henderson-Hay

Unfortunately we can’t go lower than one star, a lot of the doctors there have no idea - especially one who double masks, face shield et cetera, now they have a points system and an app, like what? Visit us more and you’ll get your next vaccine free? Lol, scared people, eating up the narrative.

  • georgia-blu chetcuti

worst doctor ever went in for something personal n the doctor said what i needed very loud n telling me he doesn’t do it , i’m fine with him not being able to give me what i needed but everyone heard what i asked for n was getting looks when i walked out most embarrassing thing i’ve gone threw

  • Lucky Lamb2018

Unbelievably bad and ask for an email to complain and you can't, we only accept emails from Doctors!!!!!! WT!!!! I told the receptionist, I wouldn't come to you if I were dying. The boss called me back to tell me, I can't do that. Are these people right in the head. Avoid them at all costs!

  • Antessa Marroune

The front of house staff and doctors have been amazing to both my son and I. We usually see Dr Armstrong who is really thorough and great with children. Occasionally we've had to see other doctors and our experience with them has been positive as well. Its 5 ☆ from us! Highly recommend!

  • Cindy O’Gorman

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! RECEPTION NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND TAKE FOREVER TO SERVE YOU. THE WAIT TIME TO SEE A DR IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT IN THE TREATMENT ROOM, DON'T EVEN BOTHER COMING IN ON TIME BECAUSE YOU'LL BE WAITING WAY PAST THE SCHEDULED TIME!

  • nazanin jalili

Saw Dr Mir the other day and decided to have him as my regular GP. The way he cared about my mental and physical health situation was something else. Also, he’s an absolute expert in terms of Women’s and children’s health. Definitely worth the drive since I’m a bit far from the area

  • Jose Caraballo

The receptionist was rude. The doctor showed no care. Had to wait for more than an hour. I would have been better going to the hospital but I didn't want to further clog the struggling public health system. A good Medical centre to go to when your desperate and have no other option.

  • Gene Savva

Reception rude. Manager rude. Drs just didn’t care and didn’t follow up as they said they would. And even though the so called manager ensured me my data was removed from their system I still get spammed by them too. So I wouldn’t trust their protection of customer data either.

  • Lynn Turner

Worst experience today had to sit with a extremely sore neck & back for 2 & half hrs unacceptable thought I would be in & out quickly if I go back I’ll have to pack my lunch absolutely ridiculous time to add drs that don’t rely on google & more English speaking drs zero stars

  • Jake Stanley

Terrible service from both treatment nurses and Dr Mirjordvay. After waiting for 30 minutes and watching 6 patients who had arrived after me be taken in I asked the nurse if there is a error with my name on the list, to which see confirmed

  • Coreleen Anderson

Poor business model… waited 2.5 hours one day then over 3.5 hours another day and told there were still 10 people in front and only one doctor working. Plenty of rooms for doctors but none on to see, plenty of other services on offer, but

  • Barbara Campbell

I have been here 3 to 4 times. First visit was great, they had only be open a short period of time. 2nd visit was quite the wait 3 hours but I needed to see the Dr. 3rd time I waited and waited just to be told the Dr I was waiting on had

  • Bonnie Steel

Some doctors are very thorough compared to others. However, the receptionist at the x-ray counter couldn’t be more rude and unprofessional is she tried. Refusing to give out her name when asked. I had written down a formal complaint and

  • Peace Lilly

If you don’t become a member and download the app you are no longer able to access bulk billing and will be charged $90. So good to see that the care of people is more important than collecting information and making money. Disgraceful!

  • Krystal Maguire

If you want to wait an hour to see a doctor even though there is barely anyone waiting, as well as receiving disrespect from both doctors and receptionist, moreover judged for being sick, go here (If I could give no stars I would)

  • Emily

I have pneumonia and X-ray refused to do THEIR JOB without a negative covid. I was standing there struggling to breath after being seen by both dr and nurse. Thanks for the hospital visit. Don’t waste your time!!!

  • Courtney Atkins

Unfortunately, I had to attend this practice in early April after suffering a miscarriage which is appropriately devastating and unexpected. During my consultation with a male doctor, he stated the following -

  • Aydan Walker

Forces you to subscribe to their membership to avoid a $90 visit fee. They than offer priority wait tines, for those willing to pay extra, to get seen faster. If this isn't illegal, it is morally abhorrent

  • Keith Parker

Was there today regarding a possible fracture. Saw a nurse, then a doctor, had the x-ray, then saw the doctor. Out of there in 30 minutes. Terrific. Friendly service too. Very happy.
