Worst insurance company in the world! It’s about to be a year since I made a claim and still no response, every time I call they tell me they’ll look into what’s going on and give me a call back and never do. Really tired of them. Don’t usually write reviews unless it’s positive BUT STAY AWAY FROM ANY OXFORD INSURANCE

So i was jus told that during this pandemic stay home order that my insurance wasnt offering a discount but instead the advice i got was let ur policy cancel..we are not able to drive right now at least giv us a discount we could always let

It's rubbish insurance, I had an accident and the only thing they do is send you to another # so they can send you with another # and more #s. You don't want to take responsibility or what?

For me personally, the employees are very friendly but the insurance. I didn't have a bad experience, and I won't take this insurance again.

Terrible experience they lost a customer due to unprofessional attitude there was always an issue with payments and new staff incompetent
