The receptionist was rude and uncalled for would not give me the right information and was only able to get a consultation for my 3 year old yorkie cause we waited for the vet. My yorkie stevy has allergic reactions and has a lump by his ear this already causing worry for my family. I was given the rmwrong time on multiple occasions and I was starting to believe that I was treated so cruelly cause of my Skin tone. As a pet owner i do not need the stress of people being rude i would like the correct information 24/7 and to be treated with respect. I would not go back for Stevy's surgery as the older receptionist is rude.The vet was helpful,caring, understanding as well as though, i would only recommend to those who can deal with rude people or a Karan as they say.

The absolute vet ever!! The staff are amazing and know everyone’s pets’ names in addition to their “moms” and “dads” as we are referred to! You can see that Dr Darryl is truly passionate about animals and cares deeply about their wellbeing!! He always explains everything if your furbaby is ill, his plan of treatment and anything that needs to be done at home. He is extremely well read on the latest in veterinary medicines which is more than can be said for some human doctors! He also loves spoiling his patients!! You know you’ve found an excellent vet when your dog is excited to go there!!

Dr Hirschowitz and team are great. He takes care of pets , with incredible empathy and diligence. It takes years of experience to calm the nerves of the pet and owner at the same time. As a client, Treat everyone with respect here, as the stress that a clinic faces, especially with animals being put to rest, is far worse than most things you will face in a day. I endorse this Vet practise.

Dr Daryl is fantastic with my animals - 13 yr old Great Dane and 11 yr old Basset Hound. He takes time to assess and explain options and treatment. I have recommended this practice to all my friends and family. I have been going to him for 5 years, prior to that I bounced around between other vets frustrated that it was so difficult to find good service. I will never go anywhere else.
