I really experienced the worst here. I booked a prenatal massage because I'm pregnant, and I was looking forward to it. Because unlike other places, there was a menu called prenatal massage, so I thought it was differentiated from regular massage. But it wasn't, and it was even worse. To list the reasons in the worst order 1. By the time I changed my clothes after the massage, I was naked and the massager left the room. At that time, when the door opened, it opened wide enough to make eye contact with the man at the entrance, but the governor left it wide open without being careful. I was very ashamed. 2. After the massage, I had to wait 10 minutes for the massage in the process of paying. Turns out she was eating something in the staff lounge. Basically, he has no manners toward guests. 3. My massage skills are not good. I felt like I was beating up time by repeating the same movement, and I said a strong massage but just a touch that absorbed the oil. What a waste of time. 4. She absorbed her oil-laden hands into my hair without wiping them. My head and body are ruined.

We had a couple Spa at Ozmosis located at Ascott Hotel. It lasted for 4.5 hours and included transportation, a scrub, Jacuzzi relaxation, massage, facial, and dinner (they ordered takeout). The environment and ambiance were both very nice, and during the Jacuzzi session, they provided orange juice and snacks. However, the massage and facial were not satisfactory because the same therapist handled everything from start to finish. The price was around $480 SGD, and I do not recommend it. I suggest exploring spas in other larger hotels instead.

Very sweet staff and an alright ambience. However, by far the most expensive treatment s I've had in Malaysia (deep tissue massage and facial), and the quality didn't live up to the price. The massage was pretty sloppy technique-wise, and even though I'd asked for deep tissue and additionally asked for harder pressure, this wasn't provided. There also wasn't any check-in as to where I'd like the masseuse to focus on, and for the facial, the cleansing part was pretty superficial. So yeah, very expensive, but subpar experience.

Went during my birthday for body scrub & massage. Did coffee body scrub - felt that the scrub is too fine & they didn’t scrub well. But the smell is good. The massage is ok but not on point. The partition of room is badly done. Can hear the next door & no noise cancellation - noisy! Cannot relax well. Price medium affordable. Please book ahead.

At first I had a poor experience because the massage was not up to my standards. But the manager Jamie was amazing and helped me get a different therapist which really paid attention to my needs and was very sweet and friendly. I will definitely be coming back in the future …

Having a great spa day with my colleagues. A bridal shower setup by Ozmosis team is really beautiful and our bride to be amazed with the deco, high tea and tip top service. Thanks to Ms Anna doing a great job in massage. Would like to come here again! ❤️❤️

Supridah was amazing. Matured and knowledgeable with her hands and where to work on. Ambience is lovely! Would be nice if some aromatherapy in the wait room. Otherwise the space is wonderful, staff is amazing and massage is world class.

Wonderful experience for the Time for Two couples package. I mentioned it was my husband’s birthday and they made us a lovely afternoon tea. All the services were excellent and very professional. Highly recommend
