Was thinking to upgrade from previous laptop, and get a better spec instead. I was shopping around online store, and found out PC Image was selling the laptop with the spec that I needed. I decided to get Asus A1500E as it falls within my budget, and comes with Office Home and Student 2021. For a laptop that have 15.6 inches screen, and comes with extra ram slot and offers housing for storage expansion as well. In terms of the ports, it comes with type-A, type-C, 2x USB port, HDMI port and audio jack port, considered as standard set-up. For a mid-price laptop, it offers better performance than competing brand. The Intel Core i5-1135G7 Processor 2.4 GHz also ensure the strong performace matched with the effieciency of the laptop. Graphic wise, the NVIDIA® GeForce® MX330 2GB GDDR5 is just nice for basic task performance. The Vivobook 15 A1500E also able to keep me up from day to day use. I top-up a bit and upgraded the RAM from 8gb (in-built) to 24gb, and 512 GB SSD (in-built) to 1.5 TB SSD. Considering the price, I am reasonably happy with the performance so far.

Ordered a rm2k worth of canon printer via shopee. Reminded seller to ensure the right item is sent to me as I noticed item is sent from Sarawak. Seller confirmed it was alright. But eventually received a Asus router instead of a printer. Worst still seller took forever to approve refund. Now it is already 3 days after they receive the return and yet still they hanging on it. Beware if you are buying from them. I am afraid, you will get wrong item.

Really terrible experience shopping with them. Had some spontaneous glass breakage on my PC case and wanted to see if their warranty can get a replacement or I could pay for one. The salesperson kept asking if I had a video of the incident and refused to help otherwise. Bruh, I can't be recording my PC 24/7 in case anything like this happens just for warranty purposes. I'll be better off finding somewhere else nearby to shop in the future.

Bad experience at this shop the two chinese sales person at the counter do not want to help. He purposely ask you specific questions so he can overcharge you. If you don't agree with his suggestion or ask for alternative he tells you to get lost and does not even look at you. HORRIBLE!
