If I could leave a negative number of stars, I would...I took my wife here for a shopping spree this morning on our last day in Prague of our 4 week European vacation, but the lady who came from across the street to open the shop had such an attitude, that we went somewhere else. Her rude comments when we simply said good morning were totally uncalled for, and then her attitude when we let her know we didn't want to leave our luggage in her shop ( not sure exactly what she was referring to when she said "don't think you are going to leave your luggage here") cost her, or the shop owner the sale of several dresses. If she is the owner, I am surprised how she stays in business... if she is simply an employee, I would hope the owner knows what terrible customer service she provides potential customers. I would imagine in that area, a large part of their business comes from tourists, who also read reviews and share good and bad customer service stories....As business owners ourselves, we know the value of treating customers right. She needs some training! She ended with a snarky "bye" and closed the door in our faces... Amazing!

Well...I never been in shop like that. Ladie was amazing. I feel like a princess. I came there, I looking for a white dress for party for tomorrow. It was bad, because I realized that a white it wasn’t my colour for my shapes. But the ladie? She doesn’t show me a trousers, but just a dress. In the end, I bought just some supplements for my outfit. I will come definitely back. Thank you. :)

We came across this picturesque shop whilst in holiday in Prague and were pleasantly suprised at the level of service and prices. And the selection! Amazing, and good quality too. We'll definitely stop again when we return to Prague and a shout out to the cashier for taking fantastic care of us.

Quality and original dresses for good prices, below or around 2k czk (around 80 eur). It is an outlet, so the sizes in the store are the only ones available. Worth stopping by when in the area, for having a look or for a little treat :)

Once you visit this store, you dont want to go shopping anywhere else :) I am a huge fan especially of the knitwear and cashmere sweaters for an unbelievable price! Truly a hidden gem!
