Took my blackberry curve to them to have the trackball replaced. Took them nearly two months to send back a track ball. When I went in to ask where my phone was or if they could provide me further information the guy there was very rude. He would not provide me a tracking number and got angry with me when I asked to find out about my phone. Took many repeated contact requests to get my cell phone back even though they 'would call me as soon as my phone came in', turns out my phone was sitting there for several days and I had to keep calling to get my phone back. I would not recommend them, heck even a typical Rogers store or any other phone store would provide more honest and reliable service than these guys. Plus they charged a lot for a replacement trackball. I would advice you be careful doing business with these people, they seem shady at best.

By far the worst shop I have ever visited. I bought a phone and they had opened it in front of me. I didn't like it so i tryed to Return it but they said it was used. Second of all they talk smack about you in their language and raise prices when they see which phone you are buying. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Took them 5 hours to repair my phones screen, then when I got it back the touchscreen was not responding properly. Had to wait an additional 2 hours for them to fix that. Shady business and would not recommend.

These men are very intelligent and extremely helpful. They are also extremely reasonable and have great costumer service. I would recommend everyone to get their phones fixed here.

avoid big blue at all costs...they actively trained us to deceive and confuse customers so they would get frustrated and not continue with their complaints

Although the negative reviews, took my broken iPhone 4 to these guys (back screen) they charged $25 and fixed it within 10 minutes...not bad.
