Well, it was a long time ago that I ordered a cable and a battery. I contacted them after a couple of weeks about the battery and they aid that the delivery was having issues and the would let me know as soon as it arrived..... I never heard back from them. Now I contact them to see if they have an SSD available. They give me a price for the drive, then installation of windows, followed by labour and installation fee... All well and good... So I asked what brand the drive was. They gave me 2 brands, even though I asked which one was that price... So I asked again what brand it was, and if it was crucial was it the MX or BX variant... They didn't answer that.... They then told me if I wanted to buy or anything that I had to call on the phone or visit in store... After this, I asked again about he battery and my 3m cable... They said they have 2m cables in stock... Even though i had the 3m one there waiting for the battery to come in so I would get them in one trip. So I still have no battery, no cable, and now they won't sell me a drive... Using the live chat has the log... Phone calls have the log too.... In person has the logs as well... The live chat just means they can go check things and do what they need to do as it isn't urgent like it would be in store or on he phone... They would not be able to do other things in the mean time... I don't understand these people, but I would highly recommend that our avoid them as they apparently don't want to sell anything to anyone. I would go 1 star if they didn't even do less than the bare minimum of effort to answer the chat and just ignored everything.

Rude, unprofessional and dodgy are three words I can think of to describe this horrible company. Overcharged me by a lot for a 'gaming' desktop even though it was worse than my partner's non gaming one. Took it in for repairs a week later as it wasn't working properly then they proceeded to charge me for an upgrade I didn't ask for. They are full of lies. Do not buy from them, as they will rip you off. 1050$ for something that should have only cost half

Ive been to Pc Australia for over 10 years now the service is excellent the price is write . The staff treat you like a family member not just any customer that walks in . They are very efficient with there service they provide . They dont try to oversell you items that you dont need and only recommend what is suitable for your liking. came in due putting in new parts and my monitor not displaying, the guy (beleived his name is Quinn?) helped me as he said I didn't update bios and was very quick to help and was super friendly, didn't end up charging me for it because it was a common error people do before switching parts. Highly reccomend this guy, amazing service, will be coming back whenever I need assistance and suggest others do it too!

I recently helped my parents with their PC Tower issue and we took it to PC Australia for repairs. The staff there were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed by the friendly employee who kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. I've used a few computer repair places in the northern suburbs and this place has been the best. They didn't try to charge me for useless services like other places have. They installed a brand new mother board and upgraded the ram free of charge. This was a unexpected surprise and I will be taking any future computer repairs to these guys.

I’d give zero stars if that was an option. Dropped my laptop off for a screen replacement, was told it would take 1-2 weeks, finally 3 MONTHS later was told to pick it up, it still hadn’t been fixed, laptop was left very dirty and not assembled properly! USELESS

I came to get an external drive fixed and the guy didn't even know how to open the plastic case, he nearly broke the hd, he then took it apart and gave it back in pieces. I had to put it back together myself. At the end they didn't help at all :/

They fix laptops and computers. I couldn't find anyone to repair my laptop. I went there and they ordered the part for me on the spot. Very friendly customer service and good priced aswell. I would 100% recommend going here for any tech repairs.
