We sent my mother money yesterday via PEP and when she was in this store to take it out they kept on saying its not going and eventually they ended up saying its blocked, when we inquired with standard bank' the bank said the money was withdrawn. To cut the long story short PEP Pinecrest employees left us feeling robbed and viewing them as untrustworthy, please be very extra careful when withdrawing your money there.
