Hi I purchased a hennessy vsop 700ml cognac for rs 23,750 .cash ....This brandy is to make cake for a wedding ..just imagin after spending all that money the teller thusitha and manager both refused to give me a blue cloth pramasiri bag rs 50 free after spending rs 23750. Instead it was given in a rs 2 polythene sara sara bag ..cost of bag rs 2 ...Shameful on you pramasiri supermarket kollupitiya ...terrible customer service even after asking for the blue cloth bag both teller and manager refused ...terrible never shop at pramasiri supermarket again...They are so profit conscious that even rs 50 after spending rs 23750 is not possible that also give a rs 2 polythene bag and tell the customer that the bag may fall if I give you a blue bag but it will not fall in a sara sara bag what's the logic ? The worst place to shop at is pramasiri supermarket kollupitiya. 20 years ago they used to bring your shopping to the car there was a old Butler that greated you at the door today they give you a cheap rs 2 bag for the money you have spend and tell you to get lost ...I will never ever shop at pramasiri supermarket kollupitiya again . I new the old gent his daughter but today this supermarket is gone to the dogs . Not even a decent bag is given for shopping you do . Cash paid. The worst possible experience imaginable. They've registered themselves on PickMe Market and the experience I had was appaling. They have no idea how to operate the app, and did not prepare the order placed online for more than an hour. Tried contacting the land-line and the person who answered the call was unprofessional and rude and cut me off mid call. He gave another number to call, and that person never bothered to answer his/her phone after I dialed it 6 times. Then they proceeded to switch off the phone. Absolutely unprofessional, rude and horrible service. I'd give it zero stars if possible.

Very poor customer service and lack of honor. I had a very bad experience with parking as well as I ended up in court because of their illegal parking space. There is some kind of dispute between the police station and the liquor store as a result I got caught in between. The store manager and staff admitted that there is a problem however the senior management neglected the issue and said it’s ok to lose a customer or two (perhaps wrong mindset).

The worst place where you can do your online shoppings at. They never interact. I was cheated on a amount of Lankan Rupees 5000/= on a pickme order during this lockdown. They neve answered the landline and blocked me on their cell phone number. I had to get in touch with PICKME to get it sorted. Better refrain from shopping with them unless you are okay with paying them money in exchange for nothing!

This is one of the best places in CMB to go and buy liquor. They have an incredibly extensive range of liquors that range from Sri Lankan brands to premium foreign brands. They also have a mini super market in their premises which include grocery items as well as fruits and veggies. Prices are reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in CMB looking to buy a few bottles.

The bar in this supermarket has a large selection of local & foreign liquors. (JW, JD, Chivas & others) Some liquor prices are lower compared to other supermarkets. (in 2023) It is easily accessible and parking space is very limited. There is a lot of traffic here in the evening to buy liquor, and there is a separate window in front of the shop to buy small bottles of liquor.

Though its called a supermarket, its' primary business is alcohol anf spirits. Extensive collection, decent collection of wines as well. They do have a grocery products and many as a supermarket would have. Prices are decent, centrally located in colombo 3. Parking available for few vehicles at the porch, the road beside is also a safe place to park.

Great range of local and imported liquor. The best range of imported rum I've seen in Colombo for the past month. Had everything from Jamaican, Puerto Rican, Trinidad to Cuban rum plus cachacha and other stuff. Parking is terrible if you park the police will give you a ticket. The establishment will not assist with it better get your booze fix elsewhere. There are plenty of fish around in the booze game so do not fear. Liberty plaza also has and ample safe parking is provided.

One of the best wine stores in town with a worst customer service. It's just one guy. Just get rid of him. Easy to find. He'll top your ignorant and arrogant criteria by high marks.
