I had booked a couples massage at this branch hoping to have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. On the contrary my massage was neither relaxing nor what one might call a professional massage. It was repeated strokes of body rubbing hinting at the fact that the masseuse wasn't in the mood to massage and just wanted time to somehow pass by quickly. She did not seem motivated at all and there was as little as no technique to her movements what so ever. 10 minutes into my massage and I wanted to tell her to stop torturing me. I guess I should have instead of keeping quiet. On the other hand my partners masseuse was great. She took her time with the massage and had a good technique. Also both our masseuses talked to each other quite a bit during our massage session. This just added to our unpleasant experience. I think it is possible to have a good massage and get your moneys worth at this place, you just have to be lucky to get a motivated masseuse. But then again there are a lot of other massage places in Prague that I would consider before waiting to get massaged by a motivated professional here again!! Also in this branch there is only the possibility to get massaged on mattresses, check out the other branches if you prefer a massage table.

Visited Pro Thai Massage twice during a visit to Prague in March 2023. Very impressed with the facilities and service! Thai massage is a combination of traditional massage therapy and stretching, and this location's staff know their craft, and provide services at very reasonable prices. First visit was for a couples' massage, and was performed on traditional Thai floor mats by "Eli" and "Klarre". Expert therapists both, who were able to quickly identify problem areas and address them. Second visit was solo, and the room had a usual massage table. Again, "Yen" provided thorough, expert massage. Highly recommended.

After a week of traveling through Europe and sleeping on the hardest beds known to mankind, I stumbled on Pro Thai Massage. I made an appointment for later that night for 30 minutes of neck and back and 30 minutes of foot. All I can say is this was possibly the best massage of my life. Definitely the best I've had in a long time. The pressure was just deep enough but not painful, which is rare to find in this type of massage. I wish I didn't live across the world because I would come back weekly!

Firstly it is to be noted that they do not have proper massage tables (this can be particularly stressful on the neck when your head is on it's side for 1hr) Had a back & neck massage which was definitely lacking skill. The masseuse seemed a bit sporadic with her exercises and compared to other thai massages I have had this just seemed to be confusing with transition from back to neck and head. Friendly staff is a plus but overall disappointing.......

This was my 2nd time visiting this place for Hot Stone massage and totally impressed by them. The massage is excellent, it helps me a lot to fix problem with my lower back and shoulders. Ambiance makes me feel comfortable, also reasonable prices and convenient location. Staff there very friendly and the receptionist very nice and helpful. My therapist were Kris and Grace and they did great work! Thank you and I will be back for sure!!

Clean and professional. The reason this place doesn’t get a full 5 stars is because they don’t provide the traditional Thai clothing for the massage, and you need to stay only with your underwear. I’ve been to many Thai massages in my life, and all around the world, and this was never the case. This made me uncomfortable, and if I knew that in advance I would have not booked in the first place.

I have been coming to Prothai for massages for years, and it's always been a great experience.Anyone with neck and shoulder tension should immediately go see Laila, she is fantastic and never fails to work out all my nasty knots. But I've had lots of other therapists here too and most were great, I like very deep tissue work so i guess it just depends on your preference. Highly Recommended!

This place is very suitably situated in the city center of Prague, on a small square, nearby to the historical sight Prazská Brána. Masseuse had no idea how to properly massage. Kept massaging the same spot over and over again with no technique and no strategy. My husband and I had a foot massage when we were so tired walking all day. It was amazing! 30mins went so fast and relaxed. As soon as the food massage finished, we decided to get neck and back massage as well. They did excellent job and definitely I will come back soon.

Nejhorší masáž, jakou jsem kdy měl. Zaplatili jsme 90 minut a masírovali jsme pouze 60 minut. Především to byla masáž poloviční. Je to škoda a za ty peníze příliš málo. Toto je jasné žádné další doporučení. Každý, kdo sem přijede, musí počítat s méně, než za co zaplatil.

Although reception isn’t exactly 5 star the service of the masseuse is definitely of 5 star quality, the massage made me feel a lot better and staff are extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend the place if your going for a massage to sort your back out!!

Easily one of the best sports massages I’ve had in a long time. My masseuse really knew what she was doing and knew how to get rid of the knots I was carrying. My one issue is that it’s a mat in the floor so it’s not easy to find a comfortable place to place your head

I got a back & shoulder massage for around 599 Czech krona for 30 mins. The massage itself was great however I did feel the staff did try to rush through it and get the next client in. I noticed my massage only lasted 25 minutes.
