This place is a joke. They frown on winning. If you play 20 dollars.. And win one hundred(100) you are required to cash out your credits, before you are given another drink. So my suggestion is if you count your play...cash out every $20 coin in even if you lost/won only twenty-five cents (.25). Because if you win you will be penalized for it. Plus; earn one hundred in free play... That counts for nothing. So just don't play enough to earn anything because all it does is hurt you. Go somewhere else!!!! Where you don't interfere with their text messaging. Ugh!!!!

Will never return here. Played slots for about 2 hours and put $80 in the machine. Drinks were watered down, but I didn't complain because I assumed they were comped. Gave the bartender a $10 tip, but it had no effect. When I left, I was billed for 2 of the 3 horrible drinks I was given. I wish I would have taken the bartenders tip back. 2 hours, $80 gambled, a $10 tip and I still have to pay for 2 watered down drinks? Ridiculous. Worst place I've been in a while.

Bartenders did great. Lower raring is due to the kitchen. Service was extremely slow, chicken wings came out undercooked and wife's meal was supposed to have sourkrout. The kitchen was out and neglected to say anything but still made the meal without a main ingredient. Wife decided to just eat it anyway since it took so long to get it. Just order drinks and you will be fine. Go next door to Robertos if your hungry.

Bartender was very nice and welcoming, until their regulars come in and complain you're "at their machine", and you're politely asked "to move over one, if you don't mind". I've only been to two PTs but I've never left and felt inclined to go back to either location. Lake Mead has 4 pool tables but unless you wanna sit in a plume of cigarette and weed smoke find somewhere else to shoot.

This is not good, I have been trying to write realistic review of how rude the staff are, specifically Jessica but I keep getting cut off. So keeping this short, rude, if you just want chill and hang with good friends and catch up, be prepared to be treated rude if you are putting into gaming machines.

Nice bar...just stopped for a drink after I had my taxes done....and boy did I need one thanks to the IRS...they also recently added a kitchen to this location...too bad I didn't hit much on the machine would have helped take care of the tax bill …

The girl with the long blonde hair on Sunday morning is a ditz. Ordered chicken tenders, she put in for wings. Sent the order back, still rang up the wrong order. She’s more occupied sitting in the back corner eating her own food.

Krystal is the absolute best. She was so kind and really cares to listen when you speak. The food was out quickly and the beer tasted even better with her pretty smile. Would love to come back and see all of your friendly staff.

My 'ol stompin grounds. The best Pts to visit. Great bar staff. Pool tables. Full bar. Lounge. Great food. 70" flat screens. Great for football! Had the honor of working here for almost 10 years. Had a blast. I visit often.

Not all PTs are alike. This one is my favorite because they have 4 decent pool tables (recently re-covered) and charge by the hour ($5), a nice little lounge area, plenty of machines, great music and a 24-hour kitchen ❤

I love this bar when I'm trying to go out and spend some quality time with someone. It's never too packed, a pool table is always open, and the bartenders are all down to earth. Music could use some improvement though.

You could call it cozy. Its an active place to meet up with friends. Good drinks and decent bartenders. The pool tables are always up and running with games. Its not terribly dirty and the music is nice. Well done PT

UNDER Pour!!!! Ordered mixed drinks and you couldn’t even taste the alcohol. Ordered shots and it was literally a sip. I would say a half shot and that’s being generous. If you want a drink avoid this place

The staff here has been friendly to me and this location also features 2 pool tables. I once went at 1am on a weekday and the bartender let us play pool at no cost other than our drinks and a tip.

Overpriced people gamble well over 100 bucks and they dont even give you a drink. Rude customers and not so smart bartender. Cook seemed nice but not great or good food. I myself wont go back

Was great to watch a hockey game , met some new people who I had a great time with playing pool . Will be there again in the future
