First thing.. I love PU & this is a review for the new location on Fulton and Nostrand. Picture included is of the cashier who stole $60 from me. When I paid $60 for my merchandise I asked for $40 back in change when I realized I can pay partially on their new POS system, no extra charge. When she charged me the $20 on my debit card she looked at me with a blank stare when I asked for my change.. she said “you didn’t give me $60” I asked them to check them cameras and the doorman came back within 30 seconds and told me he didn’t see anything & I had to pay another $20.. word of advice, if you split payment verify how much cash you’ve given them & maybe even record your transaction for record.

The worst place there is they are racist on top of being aggressive to they customers and disrespectful security put me in a head lock cus I wasn't able to pull my ID out fast enough while my wife and son was standing behind me as i was trying to leave even though I been there other times and never had to show my id before and apparently they don't have cameras ro that they don't work since they refused to give it to the police for the problem they caused the security was arrested for his actions and I would never return there again hopefully they run out of business

Nahhh this place is this worst and them chicks behind the counter is very disrespectful. This business is on a street where you can’t double park or find parking so people be taking chances to run in and out but you got these chicks that will have you standing there while they are talking or playing in their phones right in your face. They try to act as if they are doing something to waste your time. Find somewhere else because the treatment from that place ain’t worth getting a ticket for.

The women behind the window is rude and unprofessional and the lady back there with them is the manager and she allow them to talk to customers how they want.. when you walk up to the window after they are done with a customer they will tell you they didn’t ask you to come up to the window very rude like you are not about to spend your money, while they are on their cellphones, this is not a business I want to give my money too.

Tbh I think I found my new spot the prices are cheap it's like you are going directly to the plug cut the middle man out I just finished my 1st blunt of some Gary Payton half way through I have a nice buzz and I don't roll super big blunts since I'm burning solo

DO NOT USE YOUR CARD HERE. USE CASH!!! They don't tell you that there's a "$5" fee to use your card until your card is declined. Then when I transferred more money onto my card it charged me more than the $5 fee. The bud and prices are decent though.

PU is definitely worth my travel from Queens! Best prices and the smoke is good! Not sure if the person labeling items meant to write Venmo.. or if it’s actually the strain Venom either way I’m not knocking it for that price ijs.

These Yankee boys at the door is so disgusting and disrespectful I don't go to that place no more the store and church av never again in my life.... Look what America come to Yankee going around telling Jamaican about weed

Never use your debit card here first time I used my actual card in a month now I’m getting fraud charges and their customer service behind that window could be better ONLY USE CASH

Great selection. Incredible prices. Trust. Just go. Right off Strand on Church. A tad east off Nostrand. Take the 5 to church Ave. Get off and go a half a block east on Church.

Nice spot , good variety but I don't want anyone scanning my identification.. there's too much identity theft going on . No other industry I use scans my identification

Customer service skills was the worst the two chicks at the front had attitudes and must of thought they was to pretty to work cause baby when I say never again yeah ok

I've been here 3 times already, and had no problems with the ladies behind the glass. They were friendly and security was respectful.

I never have an issue when I go here to the one in Flatbush. The security is cool . Respect one another and there will b no worries
