I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at this store. The manager displayed discourtesy, inconsideration, and a lack of attentiveness, leading to an extended delay in exchanging footwear that had been inaccurately provided by a staff member less than two minutes prior. While one staff member was extremely friendly, providing a positive interaction. The overall service, encompassing inattentive personnel and an inefficient checkout process marked by prolonged wait times, unfortunately fell short of the expected standard.

What a rip off I bought Spirit IT, firs off The display and all of the boxes were in a wrong section, The display tag showed $30 but at the counter they said $45.
