I had stopped visiting any PVR cinemas because they never started the show on time. Moreover, they irritate their patrons with loads of commercials instead of screening the movie at the said time as mentioned in the tickets. After more than a year, I decided to give them another chance, hoping for an improvement in their service. To my astonishment, the auditorium remained closed even beyond the scheduled movie start time. Upon finally gaining entry with a delay of 5-7 minutes, they subjected us to an additional 15 minutes of commercials. The seating arrangements were cramped and uncomfortable, lacking proper headrests. This marks my final visit to PVR, and I will neither return nor recommend it to anyone. AMB Cinema, in contrast, offers a vastly superior experience, making it a much better choice than PVR.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this mall's parking facility. After paying for parking, I discovered damage to my vehicle. When I approached the guard to report the incident, the response was not only unhelpful but also included misbehavior. The guard claimed it was not their duty to address such matters. This lack of responsibility and unprofessional behavior from the staff tarnished my visit. It's disheartening to see a disregard for customer concerns, especially when it involves the safety and security of their property. I hope the management takes steps to improve both the security measures and the attitude of their staff to ensure a safer and more pleasant experience for visitors. I think if I can vote in minus that will be correct to put . SUCH A WASTE PLACE !!!!

PVR is located at 5th floor of Atrium mall. As mall opened nearly 1 year ago only so picture and sound quality is amazing ❤️. Seats are comfortable especially the recliners. They don't have a huge waiting area for movies and somehow waiting area is not AC. Movie Halls are certainly AC, don't worry . They show almost 10-15 mi uses in the beginning advertisement and trailers only, so it is fine to be few minutes late. In gents toilets, kids friendly urinals at a lower height are installed which are easy for kids to pee . Refreshments are costly at standard rates of pvr. Outside at 3rd floor of the mall, a small food court is there with only a few shops opened so far. Overall a very good experience and will certainly keep visiting for movies

No complaints with the screens & sound quality whatsoever! Its with the staff handling snacks area, they seem to do their job in fear/pressure. Wrong calculations for the items taken(they quote few bucks less than the actuals!). If you’re good, you correct them and pay the right price and its up to you. They also seem lethargic, not able to handle orders even when there are pretty few. They also forget to get the bill to your seat, ensuring before that they will. I don’t know, may be they have to be motivated like a pat on the back mentioning they’re doing a good job once in a while by their bosses. PS: One recliner seat is torn so bad that all the insides are out, it should be fixed before its up for a booking!

Atrium is present on the prime location but the mall lacks options, crowd, vibes and better food options. PVR multiplexes are also located inside the ATRIUM Mall and is on the 4-5th floor. The PVR has 6 screens here and chairs are little bit cramp but reclinable. Only recliner chairs are also there, so book accordingly. The sound and videos are crisp like any other PVR screens. The food options are also limited and toilets are also located near 5th screens only. We went there to watch Bhola movie and the movie and the screens both were awesome. There is enough parking as in this mall no other options for shopping exists. Also, the PVR here feels new too.

Visited PVR at Atrium Mall yesterday to watch a movie. PVR is just fleecing the customers by providing unreasonable prices for the snacks and beverages. Also even after charging such high prices the quality of food being served is not good. The restrooms for both gents and ladies were in bad shape - no water in the wash basins, no cleaning and bad odour. Already the foot fall at Atrium Mall is low and after such an experience it is definitely not worth spoiling your day and mood by going to this PVR when there are multiple better options available in the vicinity.

Went to see the night show of The Flash. Got the lounge chairs. Very convenient location and parking was easy. Got popcorn for snack. Sound is great! AC is perfect. Comfortable seats. Reason for lower stars: The ads during the break were terribly loud and uncomfortable. They repeated the same Mountain Dew ad at least 10 times. I know I’ll never purchase that ever!!! Don’t even remember Alia Bhatt ad but yeah not buying that product either. For 20 mins break the ads felt like a torture. There was no one to complain also.

While the theatre itself is pretty good, the mall is very mediocre being a bit hard to reach at the moment due to ongoing road construction in front of it, and due to a severe lack of shops and stalls in it. People come here only to watch a movie it seems. The theatre is a little small even compared to other places but that's fine. The Dolby Atmos sound system seems to miss the mark for some reason. It doesn't work like it's supposed to. Also, food is very expensive here so don't expect to eat much.

I went to watch "Jawan" on September 12th. There was no AC in the lounge, and moreover, the movie started 20 minutes late. They make you watch advertisements for around 35 minutes, 20 minutes before the movie starts and 15 minutes during the interval. I have never seen this many advertisements in any of the theaters. I wonder why I should pay and watch advertisements and waste my precious 35 minutes. I will never go to this mall again, especially with so many options around.

Malls almost vacant .. pvr as usual good. Mall is ok ok.. it has very limited food stalls .. a big game room.. which has lot of gaming options available .the mall also contains decathlon which is very big and occupied almost three floors..the remaining stores are under construction...parking is available and has mechanical dual story parking facility.. kids have a decent entertainment like battery operated car or bike on ground floor.. ice cream on the ground floor

Awesome sound and seating experience with PVR atrium. Huge parking. Dolby Atmos sound experience is awesome. Food as we all are aware is way too costly. If food cost is taken care it would be good to attract more crowd. Ticket pricing is too high. PVR could reduce pricing on weekdays to get in more crowd. Their PR is good so they should know how to attract crowd rather me telling it. For the best cinematic experience this is an awesome place.

Great experience and the staff is amazing. By mistake , I left my airpods in the theatre and realised this after reaching home. Went back around 12:30 am, the manager was very polite and helpful and the cleaning staff was very honest. They had deposited my airpods at the manager's desk and after telling about the incident, the manager returned my airpods. Extremely thankful and grateful to everyone working there. Keep up the good work!❤️

You'll enjoy the experience if you don't mind sitting in a stuffy room with a bunch of other people. There are AC vents but they seem to be only for visual satisfaction. It is simply unacceptable that they charge a premium for tickets and don't provide a working AC for the duration of the movie. You'll probably be better of at a local single screen theater. They don't charge too much and at least provide some form of ventilation.

It’s a pretty theatre with an old world charm to it. Great sound system too. Unfortunately the seating and comfort was terrible. The seat of the row in front of me was touching my knees when the person reclined, and I’m of pretty average height. My tall friend was thoroughly uncomfortable. Then there’s that ridiculous pricing of food at the snack bar, perfectly designed to ruin your movie experience and cinema in general.

Worst experience I faced ever. I booked a recliner and it was not working, The support team didn't respond when I complained about the issue. Again in the interval also I asked them to solve the issue but no one at least came to see the issue. Imagine such a premium PVR is not providing at least a basic service to a viewer. My seat was in Audi 4 and the recliner number is 8. So pvr at least resolve the issue now.

Make sure you have extra 40-50 minutes to waste. Because when I booked tickets to watch, it's been 30 minutes before the movie has started. They continously played the ads, and repeatedly in those 30 minutes. And again another 10-15 minutes in the intermission. I even finished my dinner in the interval gap. Ambience is top notch, no issues with seat as far as I'm concerned. Screening and sound are both good.

This PVR cinemas is inside a semi operational mall - Atrium. Movie halls are well maintained, there is drinking water freely setup ( so better to take your bottles ), even though some screens are pretty small(screen number 5), that is still manageable. There are some food courts open in the mall along with the famous decathlon store that it self occupies 2 floors of one side of the mall.

First time to atrium mall for movies. 1) Hall is small. Deifnitly didn't get that movie feel. 2) The dts felt less as I could hear other voices from the hall. 3) main disappointment for me, popcorn and cool drink. There is very little difference between medium and large ..have to pay 360 for popcorn and 300 for cool drink. After that interval expense felt like not going there again.

Went there to watch The Flash (screen 4). There was sound coming from a faulty AC . The manager initially declined that there was an issue. Later acknowledged and switched off the AC. They put the AC back on after sometime and the metal clamping sound from the AC started again. They should have fixed the faulty AC before running the shows there. This happened on Screen 4.

Peaceful, less crowded and good for a family movie day. The cinema hall is clean and the seats are well cushioned. Do not forget to bring your water as the bottled water can get a bit expensive here. Their Jumbo Popcorn is good for 3 people. The rest of the experience is well n good. All the 5 screens in PVR have just one back row of recliners that get full very quickly.

The screen is good and the seats are fantastic. I've seen more than 4 movies and covered all screens except screen 5. The sound system is the latest Dolby Atmos which makes the experience even better. Also this theatre hosts a new and variety of movies, espl hollywood ones so you can catch them up quickly. Definitely worth watching movies here.

Not great, service is bad, there is a sitting arrangement inside the PVR, however we were not allowed to go inside and sit as we reached 30 mins before the movie time, everyone who reached early was standing outside. Pop corn quality is bad, I ordered cheese pop corn, they added cheese powder over salted pop corn and gave it to me. Bad experience

One of the best pvr in Hyderabad , This is the new theater and hence has the best seats in the city. Plush, neat and striking dark red colored, the seats are comfortable. The staff comes and takes food order at your seat and service is fast. The open food court area is quite spacious and has good food options. Nice movie experience

The cinema hall is great , we are at 4 Audi, there was some continuous noise of fan blade was coming while watching movie throughout. It was disturbing . Plus the temperature maintained inside the Hall is too low ..please take care for this as I had a small kid with me, it was very uncomfortable.

This mall is just placed on gachibowli opp to Radisson. The 4th floor will be the pvr movies. If you are a couple and looking for the best private space to sit. Then this is the perfect space where recliners are too good like sofas. If you choose the top order. Then 2 seats will be like sofas

Pathetic service by pvr staff..ordered Frankie for kids in interval and expected it to be delivered within 10-15 mins..came out after 20 mins seeing staff chilling out and eating themselves...I finally had cancelled order, leave movies and took kids downstairs to food court. Not recommended.

A good experience it was when I first went to this movie theater. The morning shows a little bit hectic, kind of as they won't allow us to go inside first of all if the morning show is at 10 am and u come before the time. The screen experience was good. Sound quality was also good.

We went to Audi 5 screen which is very small hall in the mall and screen is also very small. But the audio experience was very good. Not prefer this screen, incase you want bigger and better viewing experience. For big budget movies, this is screen preferable.

The recliner seat which i have booked was not even working and staff didnt even responded for that. Please dont book for recliner here. The worst experience i had with the staff here and still refund has not been processed which was promised by manager.

The PVR experience was good but reaching the Atrium mall was painful to say the least. Specially because of the traffic restrictions of Gachibowli circle closure. One needs to add a minimum of 45/50 mins commute time to make it for the movie on time.

A hidden GEM right next to AMB Sarath city mall. In case you plan to see a movie on a Saturday/ Sunday, forget AMB Sarath City mall as parking, etc can be an issue. ATRIUM is a clean , high class movie going experience. Good parking at keast for now.

It was a very good experience, PVR is already very much renowned, so don't want to explain about that, but this particular hall is very much cleaned and hygienic. Just deducted one point due to stinking washroom/toilet which definitely shouldn't be.

No personel to help you. We went for a noon show and they didn't even switch on the AC, had to go and complaint, post that they switched it on and in the middle of movie, they switched it off again. Bad experience, feels stuffy after sometime …

I watched a 3D movie in this theater, and the sound and screen clarity were really good. However, I didn't like the snacks, especially the BBQ chicken hotdog, which was not good at all and too expensive. So, I wouldn't recommend ordering food here.

Didn't play the national anthem. Seats were conjusted, no leg space at all. Not punctual at all. Started the movie 30 mins late than the scheduled time. Played atleast 25 to 30 ads before the movie and in interval as well. Worst experience

We been to Miss shetty and Mr polishetty movie on Sep 7th at Audi 02 screen, the movie supposed to start at 1.30pm but even after 2pm movie didn't start and no one was available to give any update. The experience is pathetic.

Standard PVR fare with multiple screens, fantastic movie-viewing experience and completely-crazy food prices. The quality of popcorn, which is a must-have for most audience needs to improve. It's invariably cold and soggy.

One of the last places to visit if you want to watch a movie or do some shopping. The only highlight of this mall is the presence of Decathlon here. Washrooms are stinking and dirty with no soap. No maintenance being done.

I liked the theater. We watched Avatar 3d.. generally, in theaters we will have screens above head height and we have to watch head high.. here screen is in parallel to head height and it was awesome watching experience

Too congested for multiplex. They have 4 screens but very limited snacks counter. Multiple long queues for a pack of popcorn is too much to expect for. Washrooms on other floors are stinking and not maintained.

Not a true PVR experience. Ambience is good and dolby atmos sound is best but there was some construction sound which was there in Audi 4. Didn’t find seats as comfortable as there are in other PVR.

The PVR screen was very good with Dolby sound and comfortable seats. With good audience in my time. The bathroom was clean and tidy. And the food is very costly. Be sure to keep that in mind.

Every thing is good, only cone is the seats which are medium size and also hard, if they are leather pushback it may be more confortable, they stopped AC after interval which caused humidity.

Pros: Pleasant space to visit and always less crowded. Never faced issue with parking space. Declathon store is also not crowded here. Cons: Not much to rome around with in the mall.

For screen 2 the leg space between the seating rows is very less. The front chair will be touching your knee. It will be difficult for people with 5.8 and above
