Cleaning and services inside the PVR is good but one thing is not realistic that is the snacs price inside PVR. Tickets are costaly but snacs are too much costaly at PVR. Else everything is OK. PVR also showing IMAX visuals for those movies which support it and gives ultimate entertainment to the viewers. Mall has attractive interiors but there is a great scope for improvement in public interactions...... showrooms are everywhere there where u can find everything you needed....Place is hygienic and clean... It's has a nice ambience. But I think that if seating arrangements are done on every floor so that aged group people could relax for a while. It would be a quite amazing step to add in their list for a change. According to space it is not very big but so beautifully decorated. You can gel all brands here. Multi parking level. You can see movie here in pvr cinema. Enjoy food court, children's gaming. Best food, best selfie area, gamming area. One amazing and unique thing that I have seen is Turkish icecream that's really make you feel that you are in Turey.

I must give it only four stars. I like the movie and everything else at the hall. What I didn't like war when the cashier asked us to pay INR 750 while the ticket cost was only INR 375. When I asked for breakdown, he told me that the extra amount was returned im the form of vouchers worth INR 450 which were redeamable only for four hours, in the form of snacks and drinks. It was okay. Then I asked about corns. A cup cost INR 190. A cola cup cost INR 290. A cornflakes cup cost INR 550. I great God. I just didn't need the edibles. The counter guy told me that it was mandatory and I must bear with it.... The message on my phone said that my ticket were worth INR 375 and I had received four vouchers. It didn't say anything about what I paid extra.... It felt very bad... I had gone to watch a movie and that I did enjoy. But on coming back, I feel like I must tell you all..

Beautiful watching last series of Jurassic World Overall nice ambience.. Reducing rating to one because every time we take some cold coffee can and change the flavour next time but todays dark chocolate was pathetic and seems over refrigerated. Was quite disheartening. This time it was Pathan on Pathan Day which although with a light story but nice action and Sharukh's great acting and personality. Again the experience is awesome while watching Jawan so increasing the rating but not 5 star because it the cheese popcorn the powder was immensely poured. ❤️

It is one of the good malls for shopping and is usually crowded on weekends.

I bought 4 tivket of 5 pm of movie Donkey for classic. The tickets were charged for Rs.1200 stating that the cost increased by that time. After charging she informed me that there is an offer of snacks of Rs.600 with these tickets free of charge. At home I saw the invoice it states that the tickets were of only of Rs.684 and Rs.514 were charged for snacks. It is FRAUD.

Never gonna visit PVR Phoenix United Lucknow in my life. Went for movie yesterday… lights were on around 40 minutes of the movie until audience shouted and complained and the seat J12 Audi 03 is malfunctioned it’s hard to sit on it. We went there for entertainment not to feel discomfort and we are paying for this. @PVR management should look into this.

Best part about this PVR is its cheaper than the most. Food prices are sky high. Wish govt does something. Why to buy a popcorn for Rs 300 when you can get it for as low as 50 ?? I don't support getting food from outside but the vendors inside should be asked to sell things at their actual cost and not loot the customers

This PVR Theatre is located inside the Phoenix Mall Alambagh. The PVR has a total of 6 screens and in each hall, there is crystal clear sound. The ambiance is nice and you will various stalls of food. The food is a bit expensive but that's the same when you visit any PVR. The washrooms are neat and clean.

Over the years the quality of pvr phoenix has dropped. I went to watch 12th fail and the condition of the seats was horrendous. The recline was broken for all 3 seats in audi 1. The only saving grace was that the movie was awesome.
