All of the food at this restaurant was excellent from the appetizers down through the main course the only reason why they are not getting 5 stars is because there was confusion about what time the kitchen versus the bar closing. When we arrived at the restaurant the host explained in the detail that the kitchen closed early at 9pm.... we had reservations for 7:30 which was not an issue. After we had appetizers drinks and started on dinner it was around 8:51... our server never mentioned the bar was closing or "last call" so naturally we did not order anything else. At 9:11 we asked for 1 more round and he explained the bar was closed we asked for the manager who was less than pleasant and stated we will not accommodate the request because the bar is completely closed which I can understand but it's not what you say but HOW you say it considering that our table spent at LEAST $1000 in food and drink gratuity and all.... really such a shame

I really enjoyed dinner at Pacific Rim. The food was really delicious, I did not have anything that I didn't like. The cocktails were decent, but I've had better. The restaurant closed at 9p which is kind of early for a Saturday but I understand staffing is hard to find these days. A few people in my party wanted another cocktail and because no one told us they already did last call, they couldn't get another drink. I overheard the manager Eli yelling at our server in the back saying why are they asking for more drinks. He didn't realize that we heard him but I thought it was extremely rude for him to be disrespectful to our server. A lady came out and said since it was 9:08p they closed the bar so we couldn't order another drink. She was a little nice nasty about it which I was not appreciative of especially because our groups tab was close to $800. I love the food and was hoping to go back, but now I'm not sure if I will.

Panang curry is a 10/10. The dish was so good and creamy. I got shrimp in my dish. The Snow White sushi was also good. Went here for my birthday and will return.

Kid-friendliness
My 4 year old was able to dine in. There are no kid menus or crayons. I ordered him a side of rice and he ate my panang curry.

Great sushi and the Thai basil noodles with chicken were really excellent too. Noodles were cooked perfectly and the sauce flavor was outstanding. Gyoza was also outstanding - light and crisp fried outside and delicious filling. A step above most places For sushi we ordered some specialty rolls and the salmon lovers plate. All the fish was fresh and the rolls had excellent flavor. I am confident that I could order any roll and enjoy it here. I do hope the lobster poboy roll makes it onto the main menu as it was probably my favorite with volcano being a close second. Good atmosphere, full bar, indoor and outdoor seating, quick service, overall a fantastic experience. I will definitely be coming back.

I would eat here again! The service was friendly and terrific. They recommended an amazing sake. The food was so fresh and the plates looked delicious. I had salmon and avocado rolls, along with miso soup (so good) and shrimp tempura rolls with eel sauce (also amazing). I can't recommend this restaurant enough, whether you're in Atlanta visiting and need a place to eat or looking for a fun time with friends. Thank you for a delicious and fun dinner.

I loved Pacific Rim Bistro! They had the best Pad Thai I've had in a while. They were also super quick, I walked there from my office during my lunch break, and within a few minutes of placing my order they brought my food out. I also was able to use tap to pay which was fantastic as I didn't bring my wallet with me. Quick and friendly service, which is exactly what I was looking for. Will be back soon!

Pretty good sushi here with a nice outdoor dining patio. Abundant menu with lots to choose from. I was asked if I was ready to order 3 times in a span of about 4 minutes. It became so awkward that on the 3rd time I just decided to order. Sushi was good and came out super fast. Service was fast but awkward. If you're undecided about what to get if you go to the website and click place order the menu will come up with pictures of everything.

I was delighted by the quality of food here: the sushi was remarkable in terms of quality and composition, especially the Sumo Roll with fresh crab. The drinks were also well-crafted. Our waitstaff was efficient, kind, and had a good sense of humor, too! I will definitely return when I’m in town.

I went here during Dragon Con and despite the fact there were more centralized restaurants to the con, the place was packed! There were con-themed drinks and the restaurant obviously took care to keep their location relevant depending on local activities. The appetizers were great; however, the chicken was a bit bland.

We came to celebrate my cousin’s birthday!!! Our server Patrick was so awesome and accommodating! He made the entire night enjoyable. The restaurant ran out of 3 different items, the lamb being one of them. That is why I gave the 4 stars. But all the items we did order including the drinks were delicious! Idk what they do to that rice but it is amazing! Cool spot, I’ll definitely return.

Grilled Portabello Mushroom salad. Order some for yourselves, your friends, your family. It is spicy and delicious. I would gladly give up steak if I could eat that Portabello Mushroom whenever I had a craving.

Enjoyed my meal and Japanese light beer here. One of my dishes came out wrong but they made it right, mistakes happen, so that's A+ in my book. Good vegetarian options, and they can substitute tofu for nearly all dishes on their menu. Nice big TV at the bar for sports. All in all, I would recommend it. More

Good ambiance and great service. We were not completely satisfied with the portion of the pad thai tofu, but it did taste quite phenomenal. All staff were attentive. Would highly recommend. We went on a Tuesday night.

Food and service was fantastic! The brussel sprouts were my favorite, the sauce paired perfectly with them. Went around 6pm, not too busy, had a great atmosphere. Food came out really quick, staff was very friendly.

Good experience. Sushi wasn't the best I've ever had. But it was good. If I were in the area, I'd go again. But I wouldn't make a special trip. Atmosphere and staff were very nice. Excellent menu selection however. A lot more than just Sushi.

  • Anthony Pompano

The sushi was good but portions were small. About 2/3rds the size you can get anywhere else for the same price or less. I wish I took a picture of the shrimp tempura appetizer because that was a HUGE disappointment. It was made to look like

Overall positive experience. Went twice during my trip to Atlanta and got the Grilled Bangkok Chicken the first night and sushi the next day for lunch. The chicken was pretty bland. The sushi was decent for Atlanta. My biggest complaint is

Truly amazing food and such a pleasant evening. We went on a Wednesday night and it was not crowded at all which was nice in terms of dining during a pandemic. The service was attentive and had wonderful recommendations of what to order.

  • Tony Sanzari

Second time here second time they messed up my wife’s order. First time they completely forgot her food… this time they brought a completely different meal. Then the waiter told us they we said blackened tilapia… ahh no! Shrimp Tempura

I ordered pacific rim for 2,overall it's good 4⭐️,if I didn't recognize wrong, the fish in the circle maybe yellow tail, wasn't processed very well, taste fishy。While my boyfriend will give 3 star he expect better average quality。

  • Danielle Loofbourrow

The staff were all very friendly and attentive, checking on everyone's table, not just their own (kudos). I had the hulk roll and mango roll, both VERY good!

Restaurant is nice. Parking is just never an easy thing in Downtown Atlanta but I only had to walk a city block. Waiter was pretty good although my drink glass was empty for a while before I

Service was fast and friendly. Atlanta Roll was ok. I didn't like the sauce poured over my spring rolls. The atmosphere was cute and calm. More
