Not good service as it is under government...no place to sit. If we come after 2pm we have to stand for a long time in lines as there is not a single bench for a person to sit

Their UMS service is very bad I have send a parcel from new multan post office to Islamabad dt 31st January 2023 and it is still not delivered.

The building is not being cared properly. Services are also questionable. No computerized slips for UMS and Registered mail. Pathetic...

No parking place,no sitting place,not even shelter from direct sunlight,just like other government offices it's not good

They won't pack your stuff to send somewhere. However, prices are very economical as compared to the competitors

Staff was a bit rude. And its back side is a cattle ranch . Literally goats were grazing there.
