Loved the haircut, it was a good experience. The only sketchy thing was them charging extra amount for card payment. When inquired about this extra payment, the reason given was that it is for the ease of the customer otherwise they only need cash. Furthermore, the receptionist suggested i can either make online transfer to avoid paying extra or pay with cash. Never heard this kind of reason in any other salon nor something like this was mentioned on their website. Nevertheless, satisfied with the haircut :)

Palwasha gave me a super sassy supe4 short haircut. It was my first cut after the lockdown and I'm so glad I opted for her. As I have thick hair with lots of volume, she made sure the cut is hassle free. I dont have to blow dry it, it falls perfectly in place. Overall the place was clean, did not have too many distractions, it was appointment based so not too many clients as well, which was really important for me at this time. Would definitely recommend her, especially for short haircuts.

Absolutely the worst hair salon I have ever visited! Palwasha started the cut half an hour late. I had booked half roots and haircut with Palwasha, and the receptionist did not even bother telling me that Palwasha doesn’t do roots. Upon confrontation, Palwasha stated that I was giving her nonsense. She did not even bother checking the colour more than once (which was done at the end). Please avoid her at all cost! An arrogant stylist who cannot accept criticism

I was skeptical about the hair bar. I had heard mediocre reviews and wasn’t sure how it works be. To my delight, it’s better than I expected. Everyone understands you, the staff is polite. It has the new modern, minimalistic vibe that very refreshing in this day and age. In terms of hair skills? Not a 10/10, but maybe that’s just my hair? And the best bit? Unlike other places, they don’t keep pushing treatments and procedures, and in the process crush your mood

They hve not given my thousand back extreme bad service ,very disappointing Miss thug and dishonest palwasha and her dishonest staff Now listen you thugs and liars you took my ten thousand rupees and robbed me off 3 thousand just retuning me only 300while my session was not even completed,I called you even to report and then even visited the parlour ,i pray to god that your dishonesty ruins your business so don't do it again to other new customers,

Went for a shoulder length blunt cut. Got exactly what I wanted. Palwasha herself was very nice. Heard my hair history and let me explain what I wanted. Had my hair straigthened first to ensure it isn't frizzy at the time of the cut. Was very understanding and accommodating. The price points for haircut are heavy on the pocket but good for if you wanna go for something a little bit risky.

This is the best hairbar in town! I loved the vibe and overall staff. I fully recommend everyone of all ages to try this. Palwasha is doing well for a reason. She works hard and really cares for her customers. The staff is professional and knows what they are doing. Excellent service at reasonable rates. I can't wait to go again. 5 stars.

Palwasha was really good with my hair cutting and styling. They showed me several hair cuts that would suit my face and the service was extremely fast and helpful. The ambiance of the place was also very pleasant and modern so I love it! Overall, a very good experience and I would 10/10 recommend.

I had a great experience at Palwasha’s salon. She was extremely careful and respectful with my hair as it needed to be dyed. Even though I was a little doubtful cutting down my hair colour at first, my hair turned out to be a really nice colour and did not get damaged!

Always a good experience to visit the HairBar. It is a beautiful salon with a great staff and an overall great vibe. Palwasha Yousuf really listens to what you want and gives her feedback. Appointments are also attended to right away. In love with the place!

Highly unprofessional people , I went into get my hair color done and my hair is damaged after the color and the color is not what I asked for it’s the complete opposite of it , high prices wouldn’t recommend its not worth it

Chic ambience, nice staff, very pleasant stylist. We got a good cut (layers) $$ Taking an appointment isn't too straightforward though. They were not prompt in responding on WhatsaApp.

The stylist didn't know the difference between feather cut and layers ruined hair by cutting too short and arguing she knows what she is doing
