I have my house on the market and is at transfer stage through your franchise at Stonemill Office Park Jhb. I am resident in Australia and disposing of a number of properties in SA. PGP was my preferred agent as they profess to be the best property Agents in SA. My experience however has been very disappointing. Extremely bad customer service. Would advise anybody departing SA to give them a miss. Will be moving my other properties to new agencies. Pam will be turning in her grave if she knew how they are trashing her legacy

I am dealing with one of your agents from Pam Golding Branch in Mitchells Palin very rude, evasive, unpleasant and completely unprofessional egotistical and have the audacity to tell me I'm not his client because I'm purchasing the property complete disregard for me and my family I will never recommend Pam Golding Mitchell plain to anyone Jonathan Markgraaf has disgusting attitude and makes you feel like you don't want to deal with him I will be contacting his superiors he shouldn't be in this profession

Disgusted with Alan Hicks and the Pam Golding team. They make renting more challenging going through their services than doing it yourself. When you give them feedback their response is to threaten you. I cannot believe how poorly your business handles complaints, absolutely shocking! Avoid! You'll pay them for doing endless paper work over and over again. Should you raise this concern with them they'll threaten you - AVOID!
