We are a large family and Dr Fahmy has been our family doctor for almost 20 years since I was a child. Recently, her schedule has been very busy (because she’s such a good Dr!) and so can take up to 2-3 weeks before one can find a time to see her. We have been seeing Dr Henin for the past year or so and she has been equally wonderful. Now even the next generation are patients of the Drs at Panania Family Clinic. Thank you! Added: The reception staff are always a pleasure to deal with and so is the wonderful lady in pathology and the nurse!

Bad experience with Dr Marly Henin. I had my first consultation with Dr Marly and she did not ask me any relevant questions, giving me one word answers to my questions and was just trying to rush through my consultation. I was in there for less than 5 minutes. She was very unhelpful. I thought it was odd and went to see another GP with the same concern and that made me realised how bad the visit was with Dr Marly in comparison, I don’t think she’s knowledgeable at all and was very unhelpful. From now on I’ll be going to the other GP.

We usually visit Dr Marly at this clinic and we have an exceptional experience thanks to her knowledge, kindness and genuine care. She took the time to listen our concerns and explain any issues to us. She is particularly super careful in treating kids not to scare of drs. My son loves her too and she always makes him happy with a small balloon. The clinic itself has welcoming staff too. It’s only that it’s a bit old and a couple of times I saw dead cockroaches in the waiting room. Besides that it’s a great clinic.

Dr Fahmy has been a compassionate and caring doctor to my family for over 20 years. She genuinely cares for her patients and always listens and answers questions and concerns with warmth and honesty. Her knowledge and expertise provides reassurance and confidence in her advice, especially with regards to my young children. She is highly professional and goes above and beyond in providing medical care for her patients. I am very grateful to have Dr Fahmy as our family doctor.

I was a patient of Dr Seham Fahmy many years ago when I got married and moved into the area as that is who my in-laws saw. I moved interstate for 10 years and when I returned to the area was so happy to see Dr Seham Fahmy was still practicing. She now is my children’s GP (as well as Dr Taz). It’s a great local clinic. Super accomodating especially for kids. And the reception staff are the ones that make it all happen. Couldn’t recommend all the staff enough.

I’m attending this medical practice since 6 years ago , couldn’t find better health professionals to help me, seriously the people that working at Panania family doctors the reception lady ,the nurse & the doctors are honest and helpful people, my son now is five couldn’t find a better place to trust looking after my family health , I did attend many times and I saw how they are working so hard for their patients, Thank you so much Panania family doctors.

Very disappointed that I had an issue after my second vaccine and rang and spoke to reception and left a message for the practice manager who never rang back. Following my second injection for AZ i was left with an injured shoulder which has been diagnosed now as Bursitis. This will now cost me financially to fix. The receptionist advised "we did over 9000 injections and you are the only one that rang" this doesnt mean that i was the only one impacted.

Went there this morning with my wrist cut still bleeding and was turned away from some blonde lady telling me they are not excepting new patients after I did tell her I have been here before. She told me to go elsewhere. Very rude and unprofessional. Best to stay away if your in need of emergency Treatment. Went to Revesby medical centre took me in immediately and stitched up my wrist. No choice to give one star as that is the lowest.

Dr Fahmy & Dr Tasneem are the best in the local area! After visiting this Doctor's surgery i will not go anywhere else!! There attention to detail and level of respect and customer service towards patients is second to none. The practice is always clean and tidy and is extremely welcoming compared to other surgery's in the area!! highly recommend Panania Family Doctors for all your GP needs.

My go to family doctor for my son. Dr Awad is wonderful and patient. Receptionist and nurses are friendly. Sometimes it can get very busy here, but they are always lovely and accomodating. Today, there was bit of misunderstanding for my son’s blue book check but one of the female gps- I didnt catch the name but was quick to get everything sorted along with the nurse! Thank you :)

These have got to be the worst place to go to get treatment. The doctors are VERY slow at treating patients compared to any other GP clinics, the doctors tend to be rude and unhelpful and even the receptionist can either be unfriendly at times or even just unhelpful. I will not be attending to such a place anymore and I would prefer going elsewhere!

Overall I had a Fantastic experiance with Panania Drs, Spoke to a young girl in reception 'Hayley' who was more then plesant to speak to and answered all my enquires. Dr Marly was extreamly professional and took care of all my needs. I personally would recommend Panania Drs to anyone who is in need of medical attention! Keep up the great work!

Great medical clinic, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish since I started going there a few years ago. Appreciate Dr. Marly Henin for the effort she puts in always making me feel welcome and always taking the time to go over everything and explaining it, clarifying things clearly and helping me find a suitable treatment option.

We moved this area 6 months ago. I was struggling to find good GP for my 5 months old daughter and myself. By any chance, a friend recommended me Dr Tasneem in this clinic. I saw many doctors since I moved to Sydney 7 years ago. But Dr Tasneem is the best so far. She is a very kind person and very experienced doctor. No exception.

We've been here many, many times and I cannot rate them highly enough. They have always been running on time, or close to on time. The doctors are caring and professional, and have pursued health concerns that we haven't been able to get other doctors to listen to for years. We always feel listened to and looked after here.

I have recently returned to this practice and with my varied and complex chronic conditions I have found that Dr Marley is extremely knowledgeable and very very helpful. The reception staff are very friendly and willing to help along with the rest of the doctors and staff. I would highly recommend Panania family doctors.

Absolutely disgusted of the service I received at this medical centre, I walked in after a severe burn to both my hands and excruciating pain, only to be told the doctor has two patients in front of me and that I hadn’t been there in a couple of years, they lacked human empathy and their duty of care in an emergency!

Thank you to the Staff at this very efficient surgery. Rang up this morning as we were due Friday for our 2nd COVID injection….our original place was closed due to a case there. We got in an hour later, lovely reception staff & never felt a thing from our injections. Almost 3 hours later & absolutely no side effects.

I booked up for Pfizer vaccinations here through Healthengine. I am from other suburb and far away. I found the way to work very professional, fast, friendly doctor/nurse. I arrived a little earlier than my appointment and didn't have to wait long. I was scheduled to see a doctor (nurse) soon. Thank you very much.

Very disappointed with the reception service. Not answering the phone call for the enquiry, tried many times just to find out whether doctor is working or not. Meanwhile when we visit the clinic, receptionist told me the doctor whom we looking for is not working anymore.

One of the best clinics out there. DR SEHAM is one of the most friendliest doctors you will ever meet, she does a high service and looks after families and all the kids. Whatever she can do she will do for you if she is able to.

Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough GPs and nurses at this practice. Reception staff lovely. Easy online booking system. Often have to wait regardless of booking ahead but to be expected at all medical facilities.

I thought everyone was great, had a couple of small procedure, in particular I thought both the nurses were terrific very kind and thoughtful whilst I was having treatment, couldn’t recommend any higher

If you come here don't see Mybol Sous as she won't listen to you and won't believe you and when something is ruled out she won't request further testing. The other doctors here are good though
