I decided to give Panarottis on the Bluff a go and ordered pasta via the Mr. D app. According to the Mr. D app the order was accepted but after waiting over an hour and 45 minutes I get the message that my order could not be fulfilled. I've been waiting hungrily for an hour and 45 minutes. No explanation was given and the idiots at Mr. D lied when I queried the order saying that the driver has arrived, 45 minutes in, to collect my order so clearly, being a Sunday and doesn't look like anyone was in the mood to work, all the (for a lack of a better word) all the idiots involved didn't give two hoots about customer service and lied more than once. Why accept an order when you can't fulfill it. This restaurant is a no go, if they didn't get it right the first time they won't get it right on any following occasions.

Worst experience ever. Went on 6/9/2019 for the Thursday special. Were given a dirty plate to start with. Then followed by 2 servings of cold pizza. At 21:15 I requested a final 3 cheeses pizza (our absolute favourite). At 21:30 the manager came to the table and told us that we can't have any more pizza. Never got the 3 cheeses which was requested 15min earlier. Then the waiter came to the table stating that he was "too scared" to tell us that we are not allowed any more pizzas. So Thursday special is a hoax. I never felt SO unwelcome at any restaurant in my life. Don't waste your time with Bluff Panarottis. We will continue our VIP journey with Ushaka and Galeria. This "restaurant" deserves an incredible 0 rating.

Panarottis Bluff always serves the best pizza. Tonight, just after 7 p.m., I went there as usual. The service was great, but when I got home, I was highly disappointed. The pizza toppings were very weak, and the pizza was very soft and messy. I had to use a spoon to eat it because of how soft it was, as if it had been exposed to heavy rain. I am very disappointed; even the taste was not good. We were very hungry, but we couldn't manage to eat as usual.

This place is AMAZING. I had a date, with my girlfriend of two years and this time around we decided on Pizza, so we sat down and it happened to be all you can eat pizza night so me being the brave guy I am I said "Babe, lets do it", which all on all ended up being a bad Idea BUT, there was a single blessing that night, when ordering drinks I asked for a castle light and the waitress came back about a minute later and said they don't have any that are cold enough, she'll be right back, so she RAN out of the restaurant and went and found me a cold beer, she will always be my hero.

Dropped my rating to 1 star after today. Phoned and ordered ahead. When we got there, they had given our pizza away to a MrD driver for another order! Had to wait for them to make the pizza then. Highly inconvenient. Would not recommend anyone calling in an order as it will not be ready anyways. Manager called to apologize and assure that this mistake will not happen to any customer in the future.

Visited Panarottis today and was craving a margherita pizza. The pizza had so much of salt on it that it was completely inedible! Because it’s so late, we can’t call and let anyone know. I didn’t know salt was needed on pizza, but even after brushing the salt off (it was THAT much salt), it was still too salty to eat. Extremely Disappointing. However, I got a call from Panarottis the next day and they were very helpful in accommodating my issue. Was very impressed with their response to the issue.

My absolute favorite go to family restaurant. With the kids safely playing and taken care of in plain site it helps for the parents to be more at ease and have a much needed restful afternoon out. They offer a very wide selection of meal choices to suit your pallets needs as well as deserts and beverages ranging from non alcoholic to alcoholic. They offer daily specials which are extremely affordable and their food is always very tasty I've yet to had a bad experience when it comes to dining here.

For me Panarottis is the elites of pizza, each franchise sets up to level up to that greatness. The service a little slow in the bluff branch but the food is served with a smile, fresh just as I ordered and I enjoyed my time overall.

not an enjoyable experience at all. I know we were a large crowd but they did have prior knowledge of the number of ppl in our group. some ppl got their food 30 minutes after the other ppl. your staff were more interested in getting photos than ensuring we all got our food timeously. when asked for a "doggy bag" some got theirs and others did not. would not recommend a large group to go there. even with a prior booking made service will probably still be bad. no stars recommended.

A pretty regular Panarottis outlet. Decent kids play area (which is only really suitable for 3+ year olds, due to lots of stairs and maze like climbing structure.) Consistant food quality. Relatively freindly service staff overall. Thursday special "eat all you can" sometimes features a live "one man band" music act which can be entertaining (if you like your 80's and 90's music). A good overall experience. Recommend if you're in the mood for Italian restaurant food.

We went last night for my mums birthday and dinner as a family wow, 20 people including kidlets, they had a blast playing and we had our stomaches filled to the top with delicious pizzas, pastas and chicken salad. Awesome service, thank you for such a pleasantly evening. *Maybe just one suggestion! Maybe look at pull down awning/cover type thing for the chill and the wind when seated outside*

I see they down-scaled, however we went there to buy pizza only to find the person making the pizza was not covering her nose with her mask and the 2 people working there where not interested in making an effort to correct this after we moaned .. disappointing and Sad because that was a great place when it was managed properly. i would not recommend that branch to anyone now.

I ordered a family size Alfredo for take away. Due to the rush , we realized when we was once home that it was off. The food was tasting funny , smelling funny And it was just really disgusting. that was a waste of my money. Very disappointed. The manager or worker in the front was rude and paid no attention to our order.

Not sure why the bad reviews but ive never had any bad experiences at this place. Great atmosphere neat and tidy. Area for kids and food is 5 star quality. You definitely get what youre paying for as prices are a bit higher than the other restuarants in the area but definitely of quality. Definitely recxomend their pizzas and waffles

Panarottis Bluff use to have the best pizza on the Bluff -, ordered a chicken Tikka pizza today, whilst the base was really good the topping was really disappointing. 1 Cubed of chicken piece on each slice of pizza with a drop of salty sauce!

Service is horrid.. Staff is friendly but seems like this Panarottis is always understaffed and food takes forever. Poor management. Will drive double the distance to another Panarottis not to waste my time. ... After coming home we saw our extras on our pizzas was placed on the wrong pizzas! Won't see me there again.

I always seem to punish myself and return to the Panarotti's Bluff thinking maybe they have improved. I was disappointed once again; unfriendly staff and poor service. Never again, never ever again am I going there. Nothing has changed despite complaining about their poor service. Shame on you Panarotti's Bluff.

Your pizza's are an excellent experience only beaten by your absolutely fantastic staff and service. We had the Thursday Special and got to taste all the different pizza's you do. Went here for my 15 year wedding anniversary. Staff was friendly. Food was delicious as always. Drink prices a bit heavy. Nice place to bring the kids. Great specials on Thursday eat as much as you want for R100. Would recommend for taking the family here nice kiddies area as well.

Bought lasagna this afternoon. Was told by waiter that it would serve two people. When I got home, opened container and found it didn't even cover the bottom or sides and was very oily. Disgusted that I had to pay R99.90 for this small amount. Won't recommend this place.
