This location is in desperate need of more staff and an attitude adjustment. A year ago, I started visiting this location because I moved into the neighborhood. There were peak times where it was busy, but staff would always greet me when I entered and let me know they would be with me shortly. Recently, in the past month or two- all the staff look miserable there. They hsve frowns, and dont greet or thank their customers. The wait times have grown as well, Ive ordered online for pick up and have had to wait sometimes 15 minutes after the estimated time the meal would be ready. Other times Ive tried going in to order. Today I attempted to order in person and stood at the counter for 10 minutes without being greeted. The staff didnt seem organized and were bickering amongst themselves about a big online order (Panda Express corporate should really think about having a dedicated line to service only online orders). I would have been gine waiting had I been greeted or met with a smile, but it felt like this business did not want my money or patronage. I wish the could bring their services levels back to where they were a year ago.

I have lived for over 6 years in the area this restaurant is located. Not that often times but whenever I am in need of food in this area this restaurant is where I usually walk in and grab the meal of my choice. I have had no issues all those times but today on my way home off work I just walked in to grab some food for take away as usual. As I approached the guy behind the buffet and told him what I need.. he told me that the item that you’re choosing is a premier item so it’s 5 dollars extra. I said, never experienced this kind of services but I don’t care… just give me what I need. He just grabbed a very little of my choice and passed it the cashier. The cashier was confused and had to open the plate and check what the heck the guy had put in there. The confused cashier just charged me 11 dollars and something for almost an empty plate. Nothing personal, but same guy used to work for Jersey Mike’s and for his and his associate colleagues EXTREMELY BAD customer service I had to stop going to that restaurant (sandwich shop) indefinitely. Now panda! Very bad!!

UPDATE 2: The situation is still pretty frustrating, with long lines and mediocre service. The previous crew appears to have been replaced with new staff. Parking is a nightmare during busy hours, with bad drivers fighting over spots. If you must come here, park in the SW corner across from the urgent care to avoid parking lot rage. UPDATE 1: 30+ minute wait for an online order pick up. A long line to the door came and went the entire time I was waiting. NOT COOL. So much for "saving time" with online ordering. ORIGINAL: Asian manager was rudely chiding a black female employee for forgetting her name tag (she did her laundry and forgot) in public view. The way she spoke was disproportionately rude. It was unwarranted, demeaning, and I suspect racially motivated. All the while, only one other girl was working while she took the black female to the back to lecture about name tags. Service was slow as a result. I didn't even want their fake Chinese food! Went their for someone else. Next time, I'm going to film it.

It seems like a picture perfect looking panda but it's not, the people that come through to line more some of the time then not are entitled and rude which runs off on some of the staff, it would be better but the associates there are burnt out from bad behavior and antics, if you go early enough you can avoid the drama and get a good meal, go to late and you risk rolling the dice Update 01/17/23 had a minor mistake on my order the associate forgot my orange chicken in my bigger plate order that I placed online, understandable this place is a hot spot and is crazy busy some nights which is hard to determine at times but the line was long and food was flowing, that being said I called told them my situation, they understood and offered to replace it which they did today, and all is just as well in the universe as it should be, I appreciate the hard working staff and hope they look know they're truly appreciated.

I placed a delivery order through their website (not grubhub, Postmates, door dash, etc.) it was a little after 9pm and they said they deliver until 10. I received my order around 950. No big deal. My food was cold and my third entree box of kungpao chicken was only half filled (the really small box) and there was only one piece of chicken in it. Not happy because I go there all the time but normally go in or use grubhub rather than their main site. Which happened to be still open where the others were not. Also no way to complain through their site.

Uncooked brown rice. Check back with staff and said that’s how it cooked and never asked or see what was in my bowl. I have been with brown rice all the time at other locations and that’s never happened like this. Kind of disrespectful and untrained employees. Wondering if that’s from the supervisor issues, just let’s employees as what they are and do not care about product quality. And even do not care if customers can eat or not.

The line to order was huge and the orders were long, but the workers were calm, efficient, and welcoming. I would definitely come back. I might have spent 25 minutes in line but it was worth it as they were continuously making new batches of hot fresh food. There were a total of 5 employees there and they were able to hold the fort down during the rush hour dinner peak on a Sunday evening.

Tonight was the worst service I've ever had at a panda. I've been coming to this specific panda since they opened but tonight was not the night. Employees kept cutting me off and confusing my order, I waited to be checked out for 5m as the cashier was nowhere to be found, and once I got home my meat and veggies were over cooked burnt and tacky sticking to my teeth and burnt flavor over everything. Can not believe my favorite spot turned out Tobe a 40$ dive tonight.

The lady work at lunch hours (not sure she works on dinner), she is an African American lady looks like manager? She looks like working hard but she is very slow. Looks like 15 people waiting and she is the one serving and looks she can’t afford by herself. Yelling to her coworkers and dropping plates very loudly And I wish they wear some type of mask because they are yelling and talking right in front of foods…

I dread every time I have to come to this location. I do DoorDash and this is one of the most unorganized stores I’ve ever seen for panda. All I can say is management either needs to be trained on how to create a cohesive flow with deliveries and cooking and line, prep, and orders filling and everything they need management, education or they just don’t care. Give me a week with his crew it was so so much better.

Just ordered from Uber eats, first bite of my food had a strong chemical taste and had to spit it out. Tried 3 other bites all the same. Mouth started feeling like I had something really spicy and I always get sweet fire chicken from here and never have had that sensation from it or taste. Probably going to be sticking to the civic drive location in Gresham from now on. My wife's food was fine (Beijing beef).

Some people here are real sweet. Some others however seem to think it’s okay to be rude to their coworkers. This girl was working with my fiancé who is the tall gentleman and apparently seems to think calling him worthless and complaining left and right when I have witnessed her being too slow and too quiet herself is okay. Absolutely not.

Worst food I've tasted in a long time. The rice tasted like there was a chemical in it, the orange chicken tasted like it had old man cologne in it, and the spring role was cold. Terrible food, not to be racist but what happened to the Asians? The food was good when they were running the show. Now its white and Mexican girls, who have no idea what they're doing.

Showed up right at open but sadly had to wait 10min for the food that was still cooking. The food has seemed to improve since last time I was here… not sure if it’s the cooks or something changed but am happy with this location now. Tables are clean and floors are very clean!

This location is always busy when I am here. It can feel as though they are understaffed with the line always at the door and beyond but the staff maintains their cool under pressure. They are one of the few Panda’s that keep ahead of the food being depleted from the pans.

For a fast food place, the Beijeng Beef is delicious, and their new Chili Crisp Shrimp is pretty good. Always love the fried rice and the egg rolls are pretty good!!!
