I am APPALLED by the manager and her blatant condescension, and bullying of her Christmas casual that I was served by. Was about to spend over $200, which she changed her tune when she heard, but the damage was done. She’s known to other stores in the centre for her attitude. Stick to the cbd store

Worst experience at pandora , I was being served by an amazing staff member only to be rudely interrupted by someone who I later found out to be the manager , she was extremely rude to say the least and will not shop there again while she is serving , rude , unpleasant woman

Staff are always helpful but the one item, a knot bracelet, that l was keen to try on, had been sold out in my size. Perhaps they should be sent more stock in the " popular" sizes ..??
