Madam Neesh Neen, I was there when the incident happen...I was lying down behind the curtain to get my waxing done...so i can hear every words you say....the staff already repeatedly told you that she only know to do simple cutting and not layers before she started cutting your hair....You are the 1 who insisting for her to cut your hair...you even said that its ok if she did not do well since you are wearing hijab...the staff even praised that you have beautiful hair..You told the staff that the way she talk to you was not the way she should talk to customer...Well, if I was her I will not talking to you nicely like she did...you came at the last minute and very demanding....when she already told you repeatedly that she cannot do layers, you keep insisting and when you say you trust her, and she cut your hair, and then you feel dissatisfied, in the end you blamed her...who will not feel annoyed in that situation...Plus, you dont have to pay right?...I was a regular customer there...I came every 4-5 months to do my eye brow threading and waxing....If it was my hair, i will not let someone who are not confident to do the hairstyle that i want to cut my hair...You should go to hair saloon instead going to a beauty parlour....you even lied..I hear you told the staff that when you make appointment via Whastapps, the Boss said they can do layers...I text the boss myself and she told me that even she inform you earlier that they did not do layers....You said that you are from Maldives and you will be going home the next day...You go back to your country with the bad experiences caused by your own mistake...you should think what the effects of your comment to the business of this beauty parlour....the truth should be voice out....

It was my first time doing eyebrow treading! I must say that Ms Shajeni made me comfortable throughout the entire time. She is very much aware of how each individual has different pain tolerance level. She knows the exact spots on your face that would hurt more and made sure that her client is alright. I loved how she have shaped my brows, my friends gave double thumbs up and it certainly did enhance the shaping of my face. She also gives excellent consultation on skincare and doesn't simply push anyone to take up anything just to sell her service/products. Apart from that, she is meticulous and does few touch ups until the final outcome is perfect to her. I appreciate her for having the eye for detail! I accompanied my sister as she was trying face waxing and threading for the first time as well. Ms Shaje was extremely patient in treating us throughout the session. I am sooo happy to find such an amazing beauty parlour through Google coz the owner of this Salon is very friendly and she explains her service in detail. The staff Jodh is so excellent in her work and she does her work perfectly and she is sweet as her smile.I did full face waxing without pain. I was in KL for short vaccation and used the services at Paradise beauty parlour. I had the collagen advance facial after going through all the positive reviews. I felt my skin much clear immediately after the facial, I was amazed my skin was glowing after couple of days and all the tanning was clear. I was there only for a short stay otherwise I would have love to visit this place on regular basis. Joth was friendly and couteous. Owner was very helpful and responsive with my queries. I had my hair color touch up on my white hair growth earlier today, it was wonderful! I felt good during the service, my hair was bouncier and softer after the color. Staff were very friendly, light-handed and they even gave me a free eyebrow threading! Fatal service and murky staff. As an amateur in doing nails . I don't understand how anyone takes money for such amateur work. My cuticles are messed up, the gel is inaccurately applied + today is the second day after the service and my polish is coming off. I really do not know where the positive reviews came from because I suggested them, but the place also does not impress :/. I don't recommend unless you don't have high requirements.

Hi! Initially I went there for threading. The owner did my eyebrow very neatly, tak nipis sangat. And not painful. Then i did hot oil treatment for my hair. They’ll massage your scalp with hot oil, shoulder and arms. They’ll ask you if the pressure was enough. It was very nice, i feel so relaxed almost fell asleep. I’ll come again for the other services. Had a facial done with hot oil hair treatment, threading and eyelash tint. Found the staff extremely professional and competent, very experienced and had a great pampering session. I went here recently for a facial and pedicure and absolutely loved it. They recommend a banana facial and I went ahead with that which was super relaxing and helped clear out my skin. With a really relaxing massage and herbal masks this was just what I needed. Pedicure was also quite nice. I’ll definitely be going back soon.

Got a pedicure and gel. Unfortunately the gel started to peel off within 15 minutes and the pedicure itself also did not cover all areas. When I went back, another lady fixed it and it looks great now. Staff was vey were very friendly. Mistakes happen sometimes but they were very professional about it and found a solution.

Great service. I barely felt the waxing and it was done so fast with 2 therapists working together. My only issue was that it was more expensive than I saw on their price online, so confirm the price before you start to avoid a shock! But I highly recommend.
