I have been using long park for quite a few trips lately but everything always went well with my flights until my last trip. My first flight was cancelled after I had already scanned into the carpark with us being moved to a flight 22hours later, also my returning flight home was delayed 3 hours and yet airport parking was so accommodating and helpful. It was the smoothest part of this whole trip. Jack was very helping explaining how we got the car out of the carpark on the first day and how we could still drive back the next day to leave the car there until we returned home 2days later withiut being charged any extra for this change. Despite all the dramas with our virgin flights, our parking made the final steps getting home such a breeze, thank you airport parking :)

To all the drop kicks that are complaining about this service! Wake up! If you use the service and are here for longer than a couple of days of course your car is going to be parked outside! Think about the logistics of parking thousands upon thousands of cars in two car parks! Of course it's going off site!!!! Also if you're 4'5 and the person that takes your car is 6'2.... Of course they're going to change your seating settings!!! I've used this service and it's pretty good for what it is. I don't know why people complain.... Jesus Christ your going on holiday relax.... Or you got some high paying job where they fly you around Australia!!! Boohoo they changed your seat settings!!! Sooks

Not happy with this service at all - Car came back filthy with dust and bird poo so obviously parked outside. But most disturbing was someone thought it was a good idea to leave heating set to 30+ degrees, Seat heaters activated, radio station changed, seat lumber to maximum and other random car settings changed for the hell of it. Understand that seat position may need to be adjusted if the car is being moved but the other things are just "taking the piss". I now think parking the car myself is preferrable to trusting these clowns with our valuable possession. No confidence in this service at all and would not trust them again.

Took advantage of a special for a week-long park. Signage was very clear with lots of brightly coloured bollards and corflutes showing where to go and a friendly staff member on hand to direct me into a spot. Not pruely a valert service as you have to unload and load your own luggage and walk about 50-100m to/from your car, but you get a spot on the same level as the walkway through the P2 and P1 garages to the terminal. They park your car where it is convenient for them so can be outdoors. But otherwise decent value for money and saves a lot of time from hunting out your own spot and catching lifts etc.

Completely absent "Valet service." The Valet lane was closed and there was no one in the office when I arrived to drop off my car. Contacted the team about the situation and was advised that the issue was mine for parking in the wrong location. Of course I ended up parking in the wrong location. I had no option but to park in the alternate location because the lane was closed and the office was unattended. There is absolutely no service here. I booked this service to avoid any stress, and the experience was the complete opposite. Don't waste your money or time here.

I dropped my car off clean from the car wash. When I picked it up 3 days later it was dirty and covered in bird droppings. Not only had the driving seat position been completely changed but also the radio setting had been changed, the digital reading on the dashboard had all been changed and even the steering column angle and position had been changed. This is is ridiculous. First make sure you park undercover (otherwise just buy undercover parking) and second do not adjust peoples settings. An absolute joke.

To be honest, I really would prefer they didn't change all the settings in my car, particularly the seat settings. I've had the car for several years and never found the urge to change my seat settings during this time, however, whoever parked my car (driving it only 20 metres) changed every conceivable setting, laying drivers seat back, raising it by 6 inches and moving it forward. Even the temperature settings were changed. Is this really required when moving a car 20-30 metres? I think not.

Picked our car up last night after 2 weeks away, very unimpressed! Whilst the staff I dealt with were polite and friendly somebody obviously had a great time in my car. Driver and passenger seats had all been completely changed including headrests. All radio settings have been wiped and changed to new stations. All destinations in our GPS and its history have been wiped, there is also less fuel in the car making me wonder if it has been used offsite. Will not be using the service again.

Worst ‘valet’ car parking in my life. Not well signed being honest and frankly offers literally NO benefit to you as a customer. My advice is park your own car because that’s what you are paying extra for. You roll up park your car, give them your key and then on return pick up your key and walk about 200m to where they have left your car for you to pick up. What a total con. They aren’t even helpful.

Not a bad experience. The directions I was emailed were completely wrong. And they need better signs to guide you to the correct place. I had to drive around cones and go down a ramp the wrong way. But in saying that it made parking and leaving a lot easier. On our return we were lucky enough for our car to be parked a couple of metres away. Not the greatest set up but I would use them again.

This is not a valet service as it claims on the website. My car wasn't where they said it was, and when it was returned to me the back end had been in the rain... impossible if it were parked were they said it was. Slow computers each time I've booked, staff seem like they're trying but its mediocre at best for the $80 overnight parking.

This is a terrible parking option. They put your car outside which is not clear when you book. The temperature inside my car reached almost 60°. Also, when I picked my car up the battery was at 67%, yet yesterday it was 77% sitting outside in a car park. It is NOT valet parking and even their employee said it was better not to go there.

Not only was it the convenient and hassle-free parking experience promised, the team noticed while my car was there that it had developed a flat tyre, contacted me to let me know and then called the RACQ to come and change the tyre. So much better than flying back to a flat tyre. A big thanks to Daniel and Patrick for sorting that out.

First time trying the Park & Fly option as it’s the SAME price booking online for Park Short. Really enjoyed the experience and literally ALL staff were super friendly, helpful and courteous! What a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend to anyone planning to park at the Brisbane Domestic Airport …

Multiple pay machines out of order, the help buttons don't work on the machine at the gate so you can't even call someone to get them to help. Had to walk back up to another level just to find a machine that worked and spoke to someone on the intercom who doesnt seem to have any pride in his job and had no clue.

Website states Park and Fly is 'Valet-like parking'. This is a big load of BS. You park a considerable distance from the desk and unpack your luggage yourself. There is NOTHING valet-like about this service. It is terrible. Don't waste your money thinking this option will save you time. It doesn't.

Used park and fly for a business trip for the first time Signage was good, there were plenty of staff around, they were all courteous and efficient So much better than driving round and round looking for a space when on a tight timeline Will definitely use from now on and highly recommend

Fantastic service. So easy and so fast. I would really love to be able to have my car cleaned while I am away so maybe a service that could be added. However, this won’t stop me from coming back, the service is way to good. I won’t be using other airport parking services moving forward.

We have utilsed Park & Fly 3 times in the last 12 months. Whilst staff are courteous, the system is not.The computer generated entrance and exists have failed on 3 occassions. We are looking forward to an improved system that is streamlined, reliable and efficient.

Awesome idea! Saves you the trouble of driving around looking for a park. Direct skywalk access which takes you straight to the terminal. Staff are exceptionally great and have outstanding customer service. Highly recommend using Park and Fly on your next travel

OH MY GOD ON THIS….When in need for a coffee this is the place to go for that cappuccino on the go. Reasonable price and great staff here at the airport. So if in need of a hit of coffee, just visit the staff at jolt at the airport. Cheers big ears

This service is a joke, paid $190 for 6 days parking and the car was disgusting when we got back. Absolutely covered in bird poo, dust everywhere, between doors, bonnet and windows. Car settings and seats all changed as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Great that it's conveniently close to the airport. Not great that my car had a dint and scratch when I picked it up. And of course no word from them about the damage, I'm guessing they would deny all fault.

The QR coded didn't work. My car is covered in bird droppings. We were trapped in the car park and couldn't exit. The worst airport and carpark in the world!
