I am a new patient at Park Slope Dental Arts and I couldn’t be happier. The first visit I had was a regular teeth cleaning/ X-rays, etc. It was the most thorough cleaning I have ever had done. They not only took X-rays but did a 3 dimensional scan of my entire mouth. The equipment and professionalism in the office is second to none The second visit, today in fact, was to have 2 implants put in. That kind of procedure can really make a person nervous. I had 2 implants done before at another practice a couple of years back. I can tell you that Park Slope Dental Arts was by far the better experience. Dr. Sergei did an amazing job putting the implants in. He was patient, reassuring and very skilled. The application of Novocain was precise and I never felt any pain at all during the procedure. The front office has been excellent in coordinating with my dental insurance company. All out of pocket expenses are thoroughly gone over in advance so there are no surprise charges. My previous dentist was always playing a cat and mouse game with what things would cost. Park Slope Dental Arts is not that kind of practice!!!

UPDATE: I can no longer recommend this business. I called today (August 16, 2023) to reschedule an appointment that was set for August 29 and was told they can't get me in until May 2024. That's NINE MONTHS later. This practice prioritizes getting new patients in the door--friends I've referred always get a first appointment within a week or two--but don't care at all about existing patients or their dental health. Time to find a new dentist who can actually see me in a reasonable amount of time. Save yourself the headache and don't go here. OLD REVIEW: I've been seeing Dr. Lee for general dentistry for several years now and always appreciate his approach to care. He always seems to know the latest in the field of dentistry, and he makes useful recommendations for home care and in-office treatments (but he's never pushy about it). He replaced an old crown for me and the new one was so beautiful and perfectly fit that I was mad at myself for not doing it sooner. The office staff are all really kind and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend Dr. Lee and his practice.

After my first visit to a dentist in Park Slope who was gruff, dismissive, and borderline rude, I contacted my insurance company for a referral to another in-network practitioner. PSDA was my choice after reading reviews. I was not disappointed. The doctors, technicians, and staff are fantastic. After my first cleaning, the doctor came in and discussed treatment options… and he wasn’t in a rush to get me out of the office. Today was my second cleaning. Before I came in, the office texted me to let me know that, though they still accepted my insurance, they were no longer in-network and that my co-pay would be higher. There was no hesitation on my part. The little extra that I will pay for an out-of-network dentist is well worth the price for the thoughtful and professional treatment I have received here. My heartfelt thanks.

This Dentist is life saver. I have serious problems so I needed to go somewhere great since my last annual check up from a different dentist didn’t find my issues. My friend suggested Dr Eddie so I have great confidence and already know my decision was right. I never have had such a great dental experience in my life! Dr Eddie explained his plan and thought what is best for me and answered my questions so nicely with knowledge. He made me feel so comfortable and brave ( I am the kind of person who is so scared of dentists) My oral surgeon Dr. Sergei also is very thoughtful and responds to my concerns after surgery - that is so helpful. All staff are super nice, warm, welcoming, caring and professional! The office is so clean and uses new modern technology, also I love the cool art decoration there. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend Dr Eddie and his team enough. I'm terrified of the dentist (had a few really traumatic experiences as a kid) but everyone here is so understanding and careful during treatment. If you're an adult who feels like you need to see a peds dentist, this is the place. They always explain what's happening and talk through the treatment options, and I never feel rushed. They've gotten very popular the last few years, so getting an appointment is harder now. But they'll try to squeeze you in if you're in a bad emergency. I'm unfortunately waiting 9 months before my next biannual cleaning, but they run a solid wait list so I'm pretty sure it won't end up being a 9 month wait. Regardless, this team is so amazing - I'll still gladly wait!

Sad to have to post a somewhat negative review, but I had a couple of fillings done here the end of 2022 (8ish months ago) and have since had to have the fillings I had done here, redone. I would've come back here to have them redone but have since moved cross country. Disappointed that I have to go through the headache and money to have them replaced. The fillings were on the sides of my teeth and were (visibly) not flush to the tooth. So I was having food rest in the crack between the tooth and the filling throughout the day.. I also had one of the fillings chip... Otherwise my care was great in terms of staff treatment and sensitivity to my fear of needles.

My first visit back to a dentist after much anxiety and it was a great experience. The entire staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Eddie is great and provides a thorough explanation of exam results using the latest technological equipment. The waiting room and exam rooms are clean and comfortable. For all three of my visits, there was minimal waiting and they took me in before my scheduled time. My work schedule is 9-5, so the extended hours on Thursday and periodic Saturdays are very much appreciated.

Amazing dentist for kids and adults. Dr. Eddie, Dr. Rich, Dr. Sheryl, and all the dentists and the orthodontist and oral surgeon are wonderful, as are the hygienists and office staff. I’ve had a fair amount of dental work done there and totally trust them. They are really great with kids. Only hope they get more dentists as it’s sometimes hard to get an appt but they are great at keeping you on a wait list. Bonus the space is well designed and has lots of cool art.

My husband and I have been coming to Dr. Lee's practice since they opened and we have always felt highly satisfied with the care we received. Dr. Lee and the hygienists staff were kind, caring, attentive and offered us sound, practical treatment recommendations.The medical equipment were quite modern and the exam rooms were clean. The office staff was courteous and helpful. All in all, we highly recommend Park Slope Dental Arts.

I was recommended to this dentist by my pediatrician and I’ve since signed up all my kids including myself. We sadly moved out of Brooklyn this year, but my oldest son still comes here since he has some corrective orthodontist work (which was identified and seamlessly corrected) here. All the doctors have a very calm, practical, and preventive approach which I so appreciate. I really trust the work here and highly recommend.

When I had to change my dentist of 20 years, I looked for one in Park Slope. After looking into many recommendations, I decided to try Park Slope Dental Arts. I was really impressed with the modern practice and professionalism. Dr. Eddie did two difficult fillings for me and I felt that I was in good hands. Also, the cleaning and check ups are always very thorough using modern equipment. I highly recommend this practice.

I cannot explain how awesome this practice is. The entire team is wonderful, professional and extremely attentive to all your needs. I've never met Doctor's like Dr. Eddie an Dr. Richie, their bedside manner is like no other. Thankful to come across these doctors. The dental hygienist are also super detailed in their cleanings. I hate going to the dentist but this is a pleasurable experience.

This place is amazing! My first appointment resulted in a big fix. They explained the pricing and explained why the procedure and the process was painless. I have been back several times and my appointments are with the same hygienist so they become familiar with their patients, they are not just names in a book they are people they get to know and remember.

I really love this office for cleanings, and recently I had my wisdom teeth out with Dr. Sergei and had a really positive experience. The whole process was smooth and Dr. Sergei was kind and patient. The whole team is attentive, including following up afterward to check in on me and continuing to answer questions about healing. I would definitely recommend!

Everyone here is professional, efficient, and friendly. As a "senior," I've seen many dentists...I am lucky to have found Dr Eddie et al to continue good care, as well as to correct some earlier work that was not ideal. This practice stands by its work with well-earned confidence.

I love this office. The orthodontist and dentist are really attentive and gentle. The staff friendly and cheerful. I also like watching puppies and kitties playing on a screen above the dentist chair while work gets done. It makes me a happy and help me to relax.

I have a severe phobia for the dentists but my experience here was excellent. The hygienist was so gentle yet thorough. I really recommend coming here for your cleaning and dental needs. The space is clean, the front desk staff is friendly and is very modern.

Dr. Ed takes his time to explain and engage with any issues and concerns I have. He does not try to up charge you for procedures that are not need. The hygienist is very thorough with my teeth cleaning. Always have a great experience here.

Dr.Eddie is wonderful ! I have been to numerous dentists in my 62 years and he is the only one I would ever recommend. The staff is friendly and efficient. The wait time is nonexistent. Love this place and I hate going to the dentist!

Staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Eddie is always trying to find ways to make his patient as comfortable as possible, e.g they have glasses to cover your eyes when doing teeth cleaning and the warm face towel after.
