The worst post office and service I have had In over 30 years.i went there around 1hour and 15 minutes before closing time.really big que even though there are 2 counters very slow service kept blaming the system to everyone it's very slow . finally got to the counter still 25 minutes left till closing had to get my s.i.a license renewal very rudely said come back tomorrow no time now blamed it on the system saying it shuts down in 10 minutes and we still have too many people to serve I was very angry and disappointed tryed to talk nicely still very rude. 2 other people who were waiting behind me for passport and s.i.a had to leave aswell even though they waited for about an hour they tried to talk to them aswell but they don't listen I'm never coming back here again il rather walk 20+30 minutes and go somewhere else . very very very bad people unprofessional and proud disgusting behaviour please avoid go somewhere else

Hello, went here today(9.12.21), the woman working was extremely rude to me and one point demanded my driving licence "give me the licence" she barked at me, first time I'd been to this post office and I will gladly never return. Parking is a pain and there is literally nothing else in the area worth looking at. Avoid at all cost, there's another post office in town that offers more services and it's in a much better location, with much friendlier employees.

I visit this post office at least 3 times a week. Never had an issue, all the staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeable about all the products and services the post office offers. It's always a pleasure to be served by Daksha who goes the extra mile to help and assist you and answer any questions you have. I definitely recommend Park Vale Post Office.

I regularly go to this post office and some time they don't handle the parcels gently despite it clearly labelled as Fragile. We are business and it's affecting our product delivery to customers. Sometimes we get complaints of damaged products from customers. Nowadays people have become selfish and lacking the understanding of their moral duties.

i went today, counter was closed, the person in the shop do only limited service, this is not the first time, i live close to the post office, i am annoyed, i have exprienced this many times, even during the weekdays, sometimes counter is closed for many reasons, specially saturdays only limited service, better say closed on saturday

Queued for half an hour because one counter was open even with a massive que and then was told at 4.53 there machine to renew driving licenses couldn't be used. It closes at 5pm but they couldn't be bothered . I will drive an extra 30 minutes rather than go to this post office again.

That lady who was sitting at post office counter 40 years old something was very rude. Other two are nice people. She doesn’t deserve a single star.

Counter is left with custom waiting for assistance, need to maje arrangements if one staff leaves the counter unattended.

Very helpful and do postal services that other post offices don't, so on par with city centre post office
