3/5 as the parking proximity was great, however I'm yet to pay? I tried doing a late payment however the connect website I'm routed to from parkbees website doesn't allow me to make a payment. The liverpool Central villiage location code is 32124 however when I go through the late payment route, the bank details don't work and you are requested to contact parkbee or connect, parkbee said they couldn't help me find the correct location code for the connect automated operating payment route and asked me to send an sms to connect, which I've done but havnt had a reply, I've also emailed connect but no response yet. Bit of a inconvenience and stressful as I don't want to pay a fine. I've tried paying at least 10 times with different bank cards, but it hasn't worked. Please could I get some help, thanks! Update: Parkbee replied to me on trustpilot with a phone number which doesn't work and an email address I've already contacted and was advised by them " there is no way to make a payment now, and I may receive a parking fine", what a joke of a system. No person to speak with and no one to help, scamming system. Genuinely tried pretty hard to pay so feel hard done by. Changed to 1/5 due to the impossibility of anyone being able to help.

Title: "A Hassle-Free Parking Experience at Parkbee, Liverpool" Review by Karl: Discovering Parkbee in Liverpool was a game-changer for my city visits. Nestled in an excellent location, it's a boon for anyone looking to park in the heart of Liverpool without the usual fuss. What stands out is the cost-effectiveness. It's refreshingly cheap compared to other city-centre options, making it a smart choice for budget-conscious drivers. The security is top-notch, offering peace of mind while you're off exploring the city or attending to business. The standout feature for me is the no-hassle entry and exit system. The number plate recognition technology is seamless, allowing you to breeze in and out without the tiresome ticketing process. It's a small detail that significantly enhances the overall experience. For those planning an overnight stay, I highly recommend booking ahead. It not only secures your spot but also simplifies your journey, knowing that your parking is sorted. In summary, Parkbee in Liverpool is a hidden gem. Its combination of affordability, security, and ease makes it a must-use facility for any driver in the city. It certainly gets my wholehearted recommendation.

We booked and paid online to park here for a weekend in September 2022. We got a shock when we received a letter this week after nearly a year from the bailiffs saying we were fined £170 for parking there and to pay the fine within 14 days. Luckily, I had my credit card statement with proof that I had paid for the parking, so beware when booking online and keep proof of payment. I would now like to add (a few months after posting the above review), that after receiving more letters from DCBL warning us of final reminders to pay £170, I sent an email to ParkBee with the letters from DCBL and our proof of payment for the car park attached. I received a prompt response from Jonne who has been really helpful, and I've had my PCN revoked. I hope this will help those of you out there who are going through the same problem and it will release the stress it has caused. I have now given Parkbee 4 stars because of Jonne's help with this.

Theft job, better ran car parks throughout the city. Make sure you press the "Start parking" button on their janky website. Left my car here on the 23rd of April this year, I was in a rush so assumed I would pay for the stay upon leaving like everywhere else. When I'm about to leave I realise you have to pay on the website, even though they use ANPR cameras, you need to say when the parking started yourself, I didn't do this so I phoned up customer service, I was on the phone for a good 20 to 30 mins and the CSA said nothing could be done as there is no record of my stay? I even offered to pay the maximum amount on the spot for my error, which again she said she couldn't help me with. eventually she told me I'd be sent a bill over email / in the post. which I did but it was a £100 parking fine!!! absolutely criminal

This carpark is a complete scam. We have used this place a few times, no issues, then 6 months ago this nightmare started. Our parking was paid for as usual by phone and we have proof, received a PCN letter 2 months later, have appealed twice sent clear proof, appeal denied but then who are you appealing to? Now trying to pay due to stress and time this is taking up but we are unable to pay the astonomical fine as the company are not legit and their payment solutions do not work. Heading down solicitor route as there is no other option. It's a carpark that used to be good, this system is criminal and this place should be closed down, money making scam. No wonder it’s cheap, they are cleaning up sending out PCNs. AVOID.

Not easy to use. Try to login to parkbee website, get "oops" error. Trying via my mobile on their website. really not helpful. Please just think about your website and make it simple and intuitive to use. seems like they want you to just wing it and sort stuff out when you are there . website is amazingly frustrating , when you look for how to pay it gives multiple methods but does not say "how" indicates you check your parking session when you get back , what fing parking session, I'm not there yet and I really don't want to have to create some fing account only when i get there trying to type all the details in on my phone. Will you fing stop assuming everyone lives completely on their phone.

Feel like some reviews on here are very harsh. It's a multistorey car park for one, it's not meant to be anything else. The car park is tight yes but if you know how to drive (I know it's hard for some) there's plenty of car parking spots and lots of disabled accessibility. The lifts are quick and simple, albeit one didn't seem to be working when we arrived. As for the payment system that everyone complains about, I don't get what the fuss is about. There's 3 different and all simple ways provided of paying that anyone who can follow instructions can complete. Highly recommended anyone wanting extremely cheap car parking very close to the city centre (5min walk)

  • Alan Bradford

Wouldn't normally review a car park because it's a place where I'd park my car and that's usually all there is to it. Felt this car park needed a review though, visited the museums in Liverpool with my kids and wasn't familiar with the area. Good location, close to the museums and attractions, very clean and tidy, secure, well lit, ability to contact staff if needed and very reasonably priced too. Bonus points for a good view of the Liverpool skyline too from the higher levels! A lot of car park owners in central Manchester could learn a thing or two from a visit here! I can highly recommend this car park, I'm already a return customer.

  • Andreia Quinta

These days, any parking lot or silo that doesn't have my car broken into or vandalised is a win. Seems safe enough, and there's some guy downstairs doing watch which will deter no one with ill intent... but hei. I didn't see any CCTV spread out around the actual parking levels, so not much protection there or deterrent power. But like I said, My MX-5 was intact and it was there all day and into night time around 11 or 12pm without incidents. - 1 star because no CCTV and basic guard duty. Prices are reasonable for a lengthy parking time right smack in the city centre. Cheaper than john Lewis' QPark at the time of this review.

  • Chloe Carr

DON’T PARK HERE. ParkBee’s booking system is flawed and requires immediate attention. It is evident that their system fails to accurately record payments, resulting in wrongful penalties being issued to unsuspecting customers. I have paid for parking online and received fines twice even after submitting evidence of payment through bank statements and receipts, upon reading google reviews this has happened to multiple people! Unless you want to receive fines even after paying online, don’t park here, plenty of other car parks in Liverpool. The booking system here should be shut down to prevent further unfair penalties.

  • Kenny Chung

Gave 1 star because you can only pay by phone now and need to check in and check out.....why change it from when it used to be good and simple, when it gave you a physical ticket or when it used to get your reg plate on camera when entering and you just input you reg in the pay machines and pay when leaving. Also the security is appalling as entrance gates when driving in are always open and street entrance is always open so anyone can just walk in...was much better and safer when you had to present and scan your physical ticket to be allowed in, as there would be no reason for anyone not parking here to have access.

  • Mark Richards

Prebooked parking, online in advance, all day (10:45-23:30 midweek), for £10.90, which was good value. The confirmation email instructions said just drive in and park (no barrier), but a follow-up text on the day had instructions to log in online on arrival at the 'barrier', which is confusing; instructions need to be tailored to specific car parks. Plenty of spaces, level 6 and above. The parking spaces are just about big enough, but the up/down ramps are very tight to manoeuvre - lots of marks on them where vehicles had scraped the sides. Convenient for the city centre and visitor attractions. Open 24 hours.

  • Paul Roberts

Left the car there while away this weekend. On returning to collecting the car, found the passenger front window smashed and everything in the glove box all over the seat. Whilst contacting the police others from my party went looking if there was any CCTV and spoke to a lady at her car to find out hers and 2 others had there windows smashed in. After looking no CCTV to be found (on level 7) and no security. Due to this, the crime goes down as unsolved . Leaving this review to make people aware before leaving there car at this car park.

  • Veronika K.

Just to say that I got exactly the same treatment as Cass Bennett. Paid at the machine, got the car and drove off. 4 weeks later a penalty notice arrives for allegedly not paying or not paying enough (no specifics). Appeal backed up by bank statement with proof of payment not accepted - allegedly I parked 46 minutes longer than I had paid for (wihtout saying how much I should have paid) though the amount I paid as instructed by the machine was £1.50 higher than the price advertised for the 2 hours they make up I only paid for.

  • jonathan pearce

Do not park here!!!!!, I payed on exit for the time it said on the machine when I inputted my vehicle registration. It charged me for 2 hours which I payed and left. I then received a fine in the post stating that I hadn't paid, upon looking I was parked for 2hrs 59mins 51 secs, it wasn't possible for me to pay the 3 hours. The scumbag company who they use to deal with there parking fines GROUP NEXUS, don't allow you a proper appeal and send a template letter as a response and then refuse to deal with you anymore.

  • David Chung

The stars mainly go to the clean appearance and relative convenience of the location. However, the phone payment system is clunky and is unforgiving when my phone didn't receive the txt message. There's just too much faffing and it'll baffle the average person I reckon. Best to use the only payment machine situated in the lobby entrance of level 1 which a passing cleaner kindly pointed out (after seeing us struggle for several minutes). If it wasn't for him, we'll be wasting time on that unfriendly online system.

  • Lee

WARNING AVOID this car park has a dual charging system I paid for parking for the time I was there then the day after I received a reminder via text message asking if my car was still there and the price has risen to £16.50 from the £4.50 I had paid. SCAM company ParkBee, definitely any advice I can pass on is to use another car park it's not worth the hassle. Also found out since the car park has a lot of security issues as in a lot of people getting their car broken into. Check the other reviews I wish I had.

  • Gareth Spencer

This place is reasonably priced so if you are looking for somewhere to park and not spend to much. Make sure you reading to parking payment as you need to scan the barcode as you park up. Parked in the evening and some of the parking levels lights were out. Which is not very good for safety, or simply seeing where you need to go. Also it appears there are people using the stairwells to stay and smoke. I did smell of wee a little. So for those who may feel unsafe maybe don’t park here.

  • Chloe Carr

DONT PARK HERE, used to use this car park a lot but I’ve recently had fines from a third party company for £60 even though I’ve paid, when you submit the evidence of receipts and booking online they don’t accept the appeal. Clearly the online booking system doesn’t work and they’re trying to get money out of people. Even if you have proof of purchase they still try and scam you and make you pay a fine for “no record of a parking payment” when booking online. AVOID! 0 stars

  • Phil Eptlett

Arrived Sun 20th Nov. afternoon. Lower floors were full as expected, but no problem finding a place higher up. As first time here, I asked an attendant what the procedure was, and he was extremely affable and friendly in explaining. It was simple. Convenient for city centre and attractions. It is located on a one way street, so be aware when exiting, not like a guy we saw trying to go the wrong way. Will definitely go again.

  • Ian Holman

Hard to find and cramped inside. But once you do its good value for money and close to the city centre. The great thing is, because it's so small inside they can't fit as many spaces in so some of the regular spaces are like disabled bays with extra room beside your car. My only issue is with the local council / highways authority for leaving the road out full of potholes much like the rest of Liverpool.

  • Sarah Doherty

Parked there for less than an hour in January 2023, paid on the day, received a parking charge in the post and even though I have been able to send evidence that I paid they have still not revoked the charge and I am still waiting on them to get back to me. Reading this it seems like an ongoing issue and most people have their appeals declined! - avoid this car park if you can I will not be using again.

  • Gary Delaney

Quick and easy to book online and the cheapest parking we found for a 2 night stay in Liverpool. The car park has electronic gates that secure the car park at night and when you arrive you visit a website to check in and are given the option to open the gates. (It was daytime when we arrived so they were open already). The car park was clean and felt safe, great location for the area we were staying.

  • Mike Kirwan

Confusing new check-in and check out system, what happens if driver doesn't have any access to the internet to use this system. No option to pay once you left and are at home or admit you didn't check in but want to check out on system, clearly the camera system clocks the time in and out, previous system was better, automatic fine is only option, will be trying other car parks in the future.

  • S J

Sent a letter from debt collectors 1 year after a supposed 'parking contravention' demanding £170. No opportunity to appeal and this is the first time I have been informed of any contravention. Letter says to respond within 14 days or CCJ will be filed, date on letter is more than 14 days ago despite me checking my post box in this time. Many people with the same story, avoid at all costs.

  • H

One of the easiest parking spots in the city centre. This car park exits onto bold street and is often the best value for money and most convenient if walking around town or going for a meal anywhere along bold street. Paying online is simple enough, unfortunately you cannot pay with cash. There is usually a security member at the car park door entrance/ exit incase you have any problems.

  • C W

It's a mixed bag of reviews. I found it very easy to use. Payment was very straight forward using mobile phone. Parking spaces seemed a reasonable size. Was well lit. Stairways had been moped and were clean, lifts worked well. Most car parks are narrow driving up and down between floors, this is not the worse car park I've been in for this. Excellent location, will use again.

  • Jack Morgan

Used to be a great car park but it has been run into the ground by ParkBee and is now filthy and unsafe. Their payment methods are also suspect... I paid for parking but have received a PCN. I sent proof of payment but it was rejected. The online payment gateway doesn't provide a receipt, so it's difficult to prove your payment, other than by bank statement.

  • Yogaraj Senthil

Multistory parking that is reasonably priced and located close to the city centre. Pay by phone location code - 32124. There are other supported apps & websites as well. The ticket machine is also there to pay on the spot. Pedestrian sliding doors will be closed from 00:00 to 05:00. During that time pedestrians should also use the same entry as vehicles.

  • Susan R

Parked here Saturday afternoon 4th Feb couldn't pay codes apps etc not working very stressful. On leaving tried to pay again but still not working. Security were aware of problem. Tried when we got home online but still no good. Security we spoke to while we were there said it happened the day before too x you only get 24hrs to sort it,very worry !

  • souting chiu

Parked on 18th Feb 2022 on the 11th floor between 5pm - 10pm, car was broken into, car completely messed up, came back to the car with the hood wide open. night security services clearly weren't doing their job & don't report the crime. PARK WITH CAUTION, NO CCTV, didn't feel secure at all, loads of random ppl just hanging out at the car park at night.

  • Tausif Baber

Easy to use but people get confused. If you want to use the machine downstairs for payment then dont use their app. When using app then dont use machine. This is as simple as that. For app, just scan barcode and start session. Pay via app when leaving. A cheap parking with a little tighter parking bays. Has lifts as well. It is open 24 hour.

  • Tracy Irwin

What a badly designed car park. Everything is just packed too tight, the parking spaces don't look designed for optimal spaces. It's so hard to get round cars and there are so many black marks on the walls going up and down between levels you know the turns are too tight. Cheap though if you don't care about scratching your car!

  • John Reeves

Great location and cheap prices considering where it is. Two minutes from town centre. Great view over the city too on the upper levels. Pay when you leave so no clock watching worrying about the ticket running out. UPDATE December 2022. Now pay on an app instead of a machine on site. Make sure you can use a QR code reader.

  • Kat

Nice easy cheap parking compared to many other sites. Fabulously placed for Bold Street if planning dinner up there after shopping or of an evening. Used it for visiting the Empire and the short easy walk along the road was nice after 4 hours seated inside. Simple to pay before or when you arrive online. Would reccomend.

  • Sarah Jamieson

I pre-paid parking at this car park and parked within the times I had booked for. Several weeks later I received a parking charge notice as if I had not paid. I sent them a note of my invoice number, but I am continuing to receive reminders threatening legal action. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for parking if you can.

  • Robert B

Good price and felt comfortable leaving my car there as it seemed very secure - I pre-paid for parking and only issue is that the touch screens you use for your pin when you've pre-paid are not the most responsive and as a result it took me a few attempts whenever I used them to enter the code in properly

  • Amanda Stanton

Very accessible, right in town. Lovely and clean, not overcrowded per level. Lift is clearly sign posted on each floor. Way in and out is very visible both by foot and by car. Leads you straight onto Bold Street via walkway. Quite cheap too. Only cost £1 for an hours parking. Would definitely use again.

  • Courteney Rowlands

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Worst car park i have ever been to, sent me a ticket 2 months after using the car park, sent proof I paid and they still declined the appeal. Had to give it one star because cant pick 0. Hills are steep and tight. Price is only cheapish cause they will send you a ticket afterwards.

  • Andy P

Great carpark and fair hourly rates. Weekly and monthly payments should be more rewarding and not have silly loop holes - enter after 9 and pay more even though you stay for less time. Extra charges on weekly pass when you overstay are more than the hourly rate, online booking system is poor too.

  • twelfthdoc

Avoid at all costs! I paid for my parking via their website on my phone, and just got home from holiday today to find a PCN for non-payment! I have credit card statements proving I paid too. You're better off parking on the street round the corner, it's free most of the time.

  • Thomas Armstrong

I HAVE PAID FOR MY PARKING AND HAVE EVIDENCE THROUGH MY BANK STATEMENTS AND NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO CLAIM I HAVE NOT PAID. ABSOLUTE SCUM BAGS *UPDATE 03/11/23 3 MONTHS LATER AFTER SEVERAL LETTERS AND DEALING WITH A !BAILIFF COMPANY! THEY HAVE FINALLY REMOVED THE ILLEGAL CHARGE

  • Michael Poole

I prebooked space and all seems to have gone OK but with no barriers or seemingly vehicle recognition I'm hoping I'm not going to be double charged. Lacked information of what will take place. Felt comfortable leaving car overnight and parking facility in a good location.

  • Neil Morris

My issue with the ace was the having to pay by the app after staying more than 24hrs. The reception for my phone was terrible and as such I couldn't log in t the site and pay before leaving. I did get a signal after leaving but it was a pain trying to pay whilst there

  • Mohamed Baba

Worse car park ever used. Massive queue to pay your ticket as there is only one pay machine and you need to manually enter your car registration which takes so long that is causes a build up of a long queue. The contactless payment is also not always working!

  • grahame archer

It is a little awkward to find but well worth the effort. Its the cleanest, tidiest, most secure city centre car park we have ever used and very good value. Yes it is a little tight inside, like most multi stories, but we have been in many worse and managed.

  • Adam

Autopay worked great and got a nice spot to park. Was just very scared of scratching my car going down one side of exits, its very narrow, my car only could just turn into it. Looks like a lot of other cars have scratched into that wall as it is very black!

  • Martin Shannon-Smith

BE VERY CARFUL. Used to be my go-to as the cheapest car park in the town centre. Since being taken over by Parkbee everything has been automated and the system they've implemented is needlessly convoluted to the point practically ensuring

  • Claire OToole

AVOID at ALL costs!! Someone is running a scam here. Paid using the QR code then received a £60 fine which I appealed, submitting a receipt of payment. They ignored the appeal and sent debt collector letters. I have submitted a further

  • Abir Mirza (PhenomStaR)

I always use this car park whenever I drive into the city centre it's safe and secure. Also convenient as Liverpool One isn't far and neither is Albert Docks. It's not overly priced either compared to other big city's very reasonable.

  • Mark Jones

Paid 4.50 on exit to park using their system, and got a fine!!!! Apparently to their system I only paid for two hours and they have dismissed the case. There are ALOT of reviews and comments like this. Do not use this parking lot

  • Mark W

Very handy parking but I do find the Internet patchy I often have to leave to get a signal but that's not their fault not expensive at all and perfect for bold street, pay on app only now but the only place I park in town now.

  • Bollar Remmy

The cheapest and best place to park your car for a lengthy period. I used the Just Park app to buy 5 days worth of parking and it only cost me less than £50. It was value for money and worth it as it is strategically located.

  • Geoffany Twain

Parked here in January and paid the £5 fee at the time. Just had a fine through the door for £60. Will now have to go through the rigmarole of going through a dispute. Really not worth the hassle. Won't be parking here again.

  • Andrew Cooke

Not as safe and secure as it used to be..... Please bring back the secure access like this car park used to have It smells of urine by every lift area. We were parked on level 15 and there was glass from a smashed car window

  • GOOSE CIPHER

I had pre-booked a parking space for a visit to the Liverpool Philharmonic. Everything went well, no hassles or drama, turned up in my booked time, had a good evening, returned and drove away. Can't fault the experience

  • Jessica Wood

Car parking fines given willy nilly here, regardless of whether you have paid or not, the company are quite happy to refuse evidence shown that you have paid. Absolutely disgusting, never had a worst experience. Avoid!!

  • G Hickey

The employees make or break a company and I would say it is a tale of two half’s. We had booked online a parking slot, we didn’t know exactly what time we would arrive so paid the whole day and got an email with a pin.

  • Sy Hicks

Fantastic little car park been using this place for years always been reasonable priced for parking, it's been made easier with been able to use the app to pay for extra time if your out shopping or dining.

  • Spooky Baron

Came to Liverpool for the weekend Fri 3PM - Sun 3PM £26.. Booked in advanced, got there parked and returned on the Sunday.. been back 2 weeks now and no issue regarding fees. Clean well lit space (picture)

  • Andy Easy

First time I've ever been to a car park like this ( fully digital ) found it really easy to use and it was nice there was a security guy at the entrance. It was clean and tidy. And reasonably priced.

  • Vladimir Levachyov

I paid and got a PCN anyway. I'm appealing and I'm confident it'll be fine (they emailed me an invoice, even!) but my time isn't free... I could better spend it doing absolutely anything else.

  • Pat Hines

Brilliant parking and the staff were so helpful as we did not understand how the payment system worked, pretty easy once explained. Once again very helpful staff definitely worth the 5 stars

  • Amanda Harvey

Great value 24hr parking. A short walk from our hotel but less than half the price of the carpark next to the hotel. We'll worth the effort. Only £8 per 24hrs as opposed to £19! No brainer!

  • Simon Hildreth

A very efficient and convenient city centre secure car park. Ordered a ticket online and simply entered the code upon arrival. Cheapest parking we could find at £6 for 24hr. Happy days.

  • Cass Bennett

BE CAREFUL PARKING HERE. To back up other reviews, the owners Group NEXUS have given me a parking fine from this car park because apparently my car was parked for *2 minutes* longer

  • Mark Baines

Apart from the usual narrowness of the ramps (count the lines on the walls where cars have scraped them) it's the usual multistorey carpark. Payment system is online and works well.

  • Michael Yates

easy to use, clean and well looked after car park in a good location within Liverpool city centre. however if you don't have a smart phone, i'm sure there are other ways to pay...

  • Kashif

Easy to use. Perfect location and fair price. I used RingGo app for payment and it was quick. It can get busy. The parking spaces are narrow, so would be difficult for big cars.

  • Wild Venus

Easy to pay and use, cheap tarif if you need to stay all day. Best of all - the ramps were angled and quite wide so hopefully not to many cars get scraped on the tight corners!

  • Phil Taylor

Convenient place to park in Liverpool city centre. Hidden away a little; use Google maps to find it. Watch for the tight turns inside. Seems secure. Online payment via app.

  • Fazle Hamid

Very tight and narrow, but it is one of the closest car park to Liverpool 1, so not bad. Got the lift and do not forget to scan the QR code before leaving the car park. Ta

  • Julie Jackson

Good big car park but very out the way when it's getting dark have to go down very unused road and not alot of people needs have some sort of security for people's safety

  • Femi Ogunshakin

An excellent facility located centrally at fairly decent rates. The fact that its all ebased is an added bonus. Loved it. As the big man famously quipped: "I'll Be Back!"

  • Claire Cooper

Probably the cheapest parking in Liverpool if you have a mobile phone that scans QR codes. Follow the instructions before you leave the car park and you can't go wrong.

  • Mark Roberts

Awful experience at this car park really tight parking spaces, awful automated payment machine and not one member of staff on site when it all goes wrong, never again.

  • Antony Waters

Top draw 1st time I've used it was easy to use close to the hotel which was around the corner in the centre and 24 hrs cost me 15 quid fully recommend …

  • Bo wsa

I am genuinely surprised to be writing a review on a car park, but hey why not! The car park itself feels very secure, and given that it is in the centre of

  • EI Loonat

No pay and display so gotta be tech savvy. If you are good with this, then pretty easy to use. Prices are reasonable. Charged me more for a 24hr stay.

  • George Sabapathy

Very centrally located multistorey car park. Online booking is simple and efficient, easy to find and park. Fair pricing, would definitely use again.

  • Ken Pye

It takes a while to set up your parking session, and even longer to sign out. Oh for the days of quickly depositing a coin or swiping a card!

  • Leroy

Good value for money. Excellent customer service, if you have any difficulties. Car park secure with regular checks from Security.

  • Gavin Evans

Nice and easy to use the website simply by scanning a qr code the website worked faultlessly and fair prices too

  • Stacey K

good location and cheaper than other similar car parks in cities. Easy to pay using a QR code and Apple Pay too

  • Dave Carter

Not overpriced for city centre parks ng. Easy to use app too. Clean and safe. Will definitely use it again.

Good value, need smart phone and to read QR code for the automation.
