A hole was cut into the side of the cage and was left there for a few weeks. We reported it and no one came out to fix it so whoever cut the hole returned and stole all the bikes including mine. About 10-15 bikes were stolen and we did not even get an apology.
Really disappointed with the support. I had filed a refund for my card last year May but the support team is not responding me back or refunding me the money. Not sure what to do.
Love the convenience of riding to the station - faster and closer to the entrance than where I have to park the car anyway!
