its a super nice station so 2 stars for that but the staff their are so horrible. I got stuck in the elevator today and we diadled the telephone button but they never replied until about 10 minutes later. By this point i missed my train however the staff who was constantly staring at us did nothing. We were there in the elevator without any help. By the time we finished our call they said it was going to take awhile since there was no staff when the people around me saw the workers. We had kids and babies as young as 3 months with us and it was really hard to breathe as well since it was a tight space. This was horrible and I am never returning or going on that elevator.

One of the busiest place after central cause it is situated at Parramatta considers as second city. Good staff with friendly attitude .Always willing to help . Unfortunately the restrooms are not good at see from inside. I have seen the cleaning staff are cleaning regularly but unsure they sre pittin effort to clean it or pass the time to get wage Overall it is a good place

Big, clean with clear signs and staffs onsite. This is in the very heart of this vibrant city. Regular services from the city of Sydney and vice versa. There's lifts and escalators as well as stairway. Bus stops just outside the station and a short stroll to Parramatta shopping centre and ferry station.

Very well maintained. Most of the Trains going to all parts of Sydney can be boarded from this station. Unisex toilets are very cleanly maintained. From inside the Station there are accesses to Westfield shopping centre, Parramatta, to the Bus stops to different Streets.

Bus stand just outside Parramatta station opposite Westfield mall. Passenger seating amenities are good.
