I've used Patriot four of five times in the past 10 years and was always happy. Called up today and now they only do new installs of more than 50 (was it 100?) feet or warranty work. No small jobs, no maintenance. Looking forward to them replacing their repair crew. Minus 1 star because I can't use them any more.
