I am based in Australia and needed to send flowers to a dear friend. Made an online order with Pattingngtons and they delivered the same day. My friend was very happy with the flowers she received. The only thing l was not happy with was that on their site the flowers l chose were advertised in a yellow gift bag which was the main reason why l chose them, but they were actually delivered in scotch green bag.

Ordered flowers from Cape Town yesterday. Professional, polite and efficient service. I didn't see the flowers, but from the conversation on the phone my order sounded like it was in excellent hands.

These guys are terrible on communication and very unresponsive even after order payment. They are not the best option If you are looking for sentimental or time sensitive gifts. Horrible experience

This place is incredible :) I received gifts from here twice and both times were exceptional. On time the flowers are fresh nothing is missing or not up to par. Excellent place and service.
