They will actively hide costs. I would not recommend them in any way. I paid for an optional vaccination, I asked how much it would be and they told be R700 per cat, but I would need a booster later. I specifically mentioned that it is expensive but luckily its only once a year... (they did not mention anything about an additional cost for the booster) A month later I go for the booster and they charge me an additional R1100 per cat for the booster. I will not be going back due to these unethical practices.

2 weeks ago I took my daschund there, he couldn't breathe. And the service my pet and I got was outstanding. Maxine thank you for your quick response and your empathy. My little baby had to be put to sleep, he had a growth in his throat that was blocking his airways. I have been using Paulshof vet for a few years now and the prices are reasonable and service 5 star. Once again, thank you Maxine. Keep up the good work.

I was impressed by the level of professionalism and sheer love of animals. My cat was not feeling well so I brought him in, they kept to their appointment time and I didn't have to wait an age before they saw my cat. The vet took him in, assessed him and had him back with me very promptly. She explained in detail what was wrong and showed me how to administer his medication. Paulshof veterinary clinic will be my go-to in future.

Incredible and compassionate Drs. They all contributed to saving my dogs life. In lockdown they are working in teams so my baby had to go there almost every day and he was seen by most of the vets, yet they worked together to get him better. I am grateful to them all for helping in such a professional manner but yet being so kind and gentle with my little boy. Definitely the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to.

What a super Practice. Rceptionist fab. Vet devine. Caring and professional.anaethetist didnt know Blakey and phoned to get any info necessary Phoned after Blakeys dental procedure to say all went well. The Vet Came out to the car with blake to give a full update. Really really good experience and as for Blake... she did so well post op and no problems . AND EXTREMLY REASONABLE PRICE WISE! A truly amazing vetinary practice. So knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding, and always treat clients with respect, giving much of their time to explain conditions, treatments etc. Also skilled surgically and always up to date with the latest in vet science. I changed to Paulshof Vet early this year. All the staff are just the friendliest, most wonderful people. They also don't rip you off like a lot of the other Vets in the Sandton area. My fur baby had an operation last week, and Grant called me twice a day to give me an update on her progress - so grateful that I moved to them.

Dr Grant and his team at Paulshof vet are kind ,professional and very helpful ,explaining everything I should expect when spaying my dog.They really made me feel comfortable. I learned about a cat that was hurt and left out on the road. I was looking for a vet that was open at 7h30am. I called Paulshof Vet and was very happy that my call was answered by an attentive person. The cat was taken in and attended to with much care. I would definitely recommend Paulshof Veterinary Clinic.

A great local vet that provides all services across the board. Perfect for emergencies and vaccs etc, although their prices are exorbitant when compared to Blue Bush Animal Clinic and Boskruin Vet when it comes to dental care. R2 700 for anesthetic as compared to Blue Bush where it is R800 for dental.

The level of care and kindness that these people deliver is tops. This place makes one feel at home and at ease. They definitely love their job and have a passion for animals. You always feel like your furbabies are in safe and equipped hands. No other vet for my furbabies!

This team are definitely angels from another planet. Experienced Doctors (Vets), fun receptionists, my dogs love Alfred, my cat is always chilled, love going there albeit it's an expensive visit overall. But only the best for my fur babies.

Friendly staff who provide a great service. For example, my cat had an upset tummy for awhile, another vet put him on medication which caused his bum to bleed, this vet simply suggested a type of food, my kitty was sorted in 2 days.
