No one ever picks up. The paralegals are never by the phone nor return phone calls once you leave messages. Say they will call with update right after court appearance but never do. It is like pulling teeth with this law firm. Worst mistake was taking my case to them should have never listened to my friend to use these people.

There is just so much to say about the help I have received from all the team. Mainly, I appreciate how comforting everyone is here, along with how ambitious they are to help. This is truly a team that is very rare nowadays. Very thankful for Mr. Pavlounis and Ms. Martinez, who put every inch of effort to my case.
