This company just scammed my 90 year old grandmother into a "package" for a new water heater that cost $3500! That is absolutely absurd! A water heaters costs a few hundred dollars and install maybe a little over $1000 and you have charged her 2.5 times that much. Taking advantage of people is disgusting. Payless is a lie!
