Don’t go there and waste your time. I've tried going here twice for a tune up on two bikes. Walked in with bith bikes and waited 10 minutes for someone to come talk to me. Once I talked to someone, they asked the manager if tune ups were OK at the moment. After looking at my bikes he says he didn’t have enough space and couldn’t offer me service. I offered to leave my bikes there for two weeks even, but no. Then I offered to come back in May and the manager said it would be worse. At this time I asked if he was suggesting I seek services from somewhere else and he more or less said yes. So I left the store with both bikes feeling very frustrated and like they could care less about the client or the service they advertise. Don’t waste your time going to this shop.

Let me tell you guys a story. A friend and I began our ride from downtown Toronto all the way to Waterloo this past weekend, and I began the ride as a complete novice. I didn't even have a patch kit! We decided to stop in to a bike shop in Mississauga and we couldn't have picked a better shop - the guys at Pedal Linx got me suited with a proper bib and some extra tubes, and when they saw the state of my bike (it had a ton of guck from wintertime use downtown), allowed us to use the power washer and some chain lube. Whether it was pity or just friendliness, Pedal Linx helped me out immensely and are probably the reason we were able to enjoy our day-long ride as much as we did!

I was looking for a brand of bike with no success until I came across this store. They had my bike with many sizes. In general, they have good selection of bikes. The owner and the staff are very friendly, they took out few bikes and let me test drive in the back laneway then they helped me with the fitting so I ended up with the proper size. When I asked for free accessories, they agreed to give me some and then explained to me that some they can give however it is not suitable for my bike and I agreed after hearing their explanation. They also give me free lifetime tune up. I strongly recommend this place if you're interested in buying one

Wonderful Owners and Staff. Pedalinx is definitely my go to local bike shop from now on. After a couple of km of riding, I came to a realization that I was slightly over reaching the handlebar which strained my neck and shoulder. I returned to the store 15 minutes to closing time... When I passed on my concern, the owners kept the store open until I was completely satisfied with the fit of my bicycle. My issue was eventually fixed when they *upgraded my 100mm specialized stem to a more expensive brand new in box 90mm s-work stem... for free. Both my parents have purchased bikes from this shop and I’ve only heard good things from them - today I got to experience it for myself! My dad’s birthday is on Tuesday and he’s been begging me for a kickstand for his bike as it didn’t come with one. Turns out it didn’t come with one because it’s highly unsafe for the type of bike he has. The owner graciously gave me a portable bike stand so that my dad can safely park his bike upright. The service I received today was truly unmatched. Thank you!

I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Pedalinx Bike shop! Honestly, they are the best in how they explain things to beginners to pro. They are all very professional, extremely helpful and just pleasant all around. I worked mostly with Peter and his team and they are all very helpful and I'll definitely recommend this place. What an experience! Pierre was nothing but absolutely amazing. Had us ready to go in 5 minutes and was very honest and professional. Most Bike shops don't give any guarentees during the busy season but with Pierre's experience and expertise we had our bike situation fixed and resolved at minimal cost without taking more then 5 minutes. Went for tuning up my bike to get ready for 75K Baycrest Charity. Excellent Customer Service with human touch and great service. As the race is on June 4th, they instantly performed the tune-up without charge even though they were backlogged for two weeks. What a tremendous gesture for the good cause. Highly Recommended!!! Fantastic bike store! Peter, Carl and all the rest of the staff members are so nice and super helpful. They know their stuff and will go out of their way to help you with buying or fixing your bike. We bought two bikes from Canadian Tire that broke within a month of owning them - or so we thought. They just weren't properly tuned and the chains were acting wonky. So we brought them to Pedalinx and were met with amazing staff, wonderful customer experience, and fast service. By the time we turned around to leave the store, both bikes were already fixed.

The staff at Pedalinx are incredibily knowledgeable of the products and services offered. Definitely a place I'd recommend to check out next time you're in the market to purchase a new bike or have your bike serviced. Went for a new set of peddles. Better choices and cheaper then Canadian Tire or Walmart with actual good service. The kind gentleman switched them off for me right there, adjusted the seat level for my proper height and checked the air on the tires. Earned my return business.
