Pellegrini would be one of the best cafe in North Adelaide. Great for Breakfast Lunch or dinner. Even offers late night desserts . You finds that ste staff are friendly with the food servicing massive.. I would highly recommend a visit.. Consider not order the burger unless you can handle it It is massive.

Great taste of food in a cosy cafe. We had "Carbonara pasta" & "Italiano schnitzel" which were both delicious. The portions were huge and enough for even more than two people at a fair price. Located on a corner block, the restaurant is small inside but outside seating is comfortable and not too noisy (from traffic). The food is mid $20 -30 for most mains but the portion sizes are huge! Good selection of local SA wine all by the glass. Nice staff too

We ate the Spaghetti Prawn Pasta and Spaghetti Seafood Marinara. The Spaghetti Prawn Pasta had lovely sun dried tomatoes and olives in a lovely olive oil sauce. The Prawns were big and juicy and fresh and they put plenty of then in.
