The food here is good. Piri Piri style chicken. They do 5 flavours: mild, hot, extra hot, lemon and herbs and BBQ. I've tried them all and I prefer hot and extra hot as it has a good piri piri flavour. The other flavours are not as good or flavoursome. Wish they had a garlic flavour as that would've been an excellent choice. They do whole and half chickens, wings and and strips. All cooked with succulent flavours and you can ask for extra sauce t make it juicy. The sides are a bit standard - just fries. No rice or bread and the salad is very standard too. This ruins the piri piri style cuisine and the overall experience of eating here. Negatives: The salad was cut too thick and sloppy (bent tomatoes and cucumbers) and the place was very messy when I walked in. All the tables had plates left on them. The place wasn't busy. Another customer took a video recording of the mess (he happened to know the owner of the restaurant) and asked the staff to clean the tables then they did. Overall experience was good but the service was a let down, but I'd recommend to eat here.

They used to make delicious fried chicken and fillet burgers but the meat has strange aftertaste and smell, (plus burger had no cheese!) it's not the oil or spices but the actual chicken meat. Peri peri burger also had same problem. Please check how you store chicken or maybe supplier is the issue. Decent portion of good quality fries were delicious! Their own brand Peppers chilli sauce is very delicious but the portion was tiny. Masala fish meal with fries and salad was nice and value for money. It was soft and slightly crispy, freshly fried with no fishy smell unlike other places who have soggy low quality fish.

Have to say Peppers food is nice But you rather go down the road to lozells road branch Peppers better flavors saucey chick and rice , big free car park, they don’t charge you extra for garlic mayo sauce, guy in this branch dark skin short fat kid with gap and beard charges you 50p for each garlic mayo You spend over £35 and get only 2 sauces and pay for rest scammy fcucker, lozells rd customer service and manager great guy and feel comfortable

Mega Chicken Fillet Burger meal £5.50 came with fries & can of Pepsi 3piece Southern Fried Chicken meal £4.50 (2 breast 1 leg) came with Pepsi Mega Fillet Burger was delicious. 3 thick cut pieces of chicken breast with cheese and mayo. Would be even better if they served it with Algerienne Sauce. The SFC was perfectly seasoned. You get a choice of having leg or breast. Fries were OK, nothing special They have 4 Star Hygiene Rating Complaints: lettuce was going brown, small amount of mayo, chilli sauce was nice but a bit watery. Drinks were not ice cold ☹️ Overall great value for money.

Very very Very bad!... Totally disappointed.. I already tried so many peppers restaurant i know what kind of taste it is that's why i orderd soho road one's,, "full Chicken meal" but It was horrible look like oven baked idk why they named it peri peri no proper seasoning taste like boiled Chicken.. if any option to claim money I'll definitely try this.... And if owner see my review plz response!.. Thank you.

Nasty! nasty! nasty, and that's the food. Let's not talk about the service. they gave me a chicken salad, bolw full of water, saying it is the sauce. After collection, i rang them, and said i think he forgot to empty the water after washing the salad and was told by the manager basically tough! That's how it is take it or leave it!

Food is amazing, great saver menu - 2 chicken strips and chips, 3 sizzler wings and chips, 5 chicken nuggets and chips - all for 1.80. Don't like the fact that the burger meal cost 4 pound. If your with family of 4 friends, highly recommend the "Bucket 'O' Burger." It details of 7 burgers, 2 large portion of chips and a large bottle of coke, tango or Pepsi. Out of the 7 burgers there a 5 chicken fillet, one mega and one mexicana

First time eating from here, the lady at the desk is lovely and made me have a tester of the food before buying which was really nice and professional. The wings here are really good and the lemon ones are amazing. Hungry? Fancy a quick bite I would recommend.

I've been ordering from here for years. The stir fry chicken rice is very nice. The only let down is out of the blue the portion sizes got a little smaller-plenty of rice but where's the chicken? Also prices for delivery and the food went up considerably. Still nice though.

Not the first time I have visited but won't be visiting again, hygiene levels don't appear to be great. I went for the beef king which is stated as 100% beef but it resembled a cheap frozen patty cooked badly. The fried chicken on the other hand isn't all that bad.

Nice flavours paid £10.50 for a 10 pices wings meal meal which comes with a drink which are not full wings

Although not widely visible / apparent when you visit, this place does FANTASTIC peri peri chicken. If you like nandos but hate the price then this place is a must try.

My experience for today quality is down from past. No toilets, so think before taking kids. I had to go to chaiiwala for toilet while dining in peppers city take out.
